I really enjoyed this fruity green tea. It was a perfect afternoon beverage. It was light and refreshing. I bet it'd be great iced too.

I really enjoyed this fruity green tea. It was a perfect afternoon beverage. It was light and refreshing. I bet it'd be great iced too.
Very aromatic! My husband really enjoys the combination of the rose and lychee.
This is a very fragrant tea, and leaves no doubt what you're making, or drinking. Everything bursts and balances in this blend.
I love this tea. it is excellent and so different. I like to add a few jasmine pearls to it to jazz it up occassionally.
Light and gentle with enough caffeine to get me through a stressful day. IMy go to cup of tea in the morning when I want to ease my way into the day and enjoy the softness of this tea before facing the chaos of the world.
I enjoyed this cup but am unfamiliar with the star ingredient itself. I was unsure at first but every sip was better than the last.
A gentle rose-flavored green tea balanced with a light fruity sweetness. Delicious sipped hot or chilled. I enjoyed this one very much!
A pretty good green tea. It has a light fruity taste that I quite enjoyed. I also didn’t find the rose flavor too heavy, a bonus for me as rose isn’t a favorite flavor
I've had this before and have always likes it. Even though my spouse would complain about how it smelled in the pouch.
Today's CommuniTea is meh. The base gree tea isn't that great and I'm not too fond of rose in my tea.
This tea is very good, light fruitiness a little floral, I enjoyed it.
A perfectly balanced flavored green tea. If you don't like this kind of thing, you won't like this, but if you do at all, this is a very pleasant and delicate tea.
I am not at all a fan of flavored green teas, especially ones that taste like a flower. 🤣 This is like drinking the smell of a rose.
The CommuniTea packet smelled amazing upon opening. The tea brewed to a yellowish hue. The flavor was a perfect blend of floral, lychee and green tea. Delicious both hot and chilled, I thoroughly enjoyed every sip.
Upon my first scent I thought it had a peculiar scent. Then I tasted it and was a little set back by the strange addition to the green tea. It kind of reminded me of a rose that went bad. My husband however loved the flavor, so it just wasn’t for me.
It was good, it great for a green tea. (185 @ 3min).🫖☕️
Today's packet opened to reveal an intoxicatingly floral and sweet scent of Lychee. A quick 3 minute steep at 180°F produced a light yellow-green tea.
The lychee and rose aromas were still very apparent in the steaming cup as it cooled down. The first sip was full of floral lychee flavor and aromatics. Green tea brought some dry astringency and body towards the end of each sip.
I decided to add some of Adagio's 'green tea' goldenrod honey variety to one cup. As it turned out, this was an excellent idea! It brought forward the lychee so much that with closed eyes it became almost indistinguishable from a real lychee fruit. Finding the balance for the amount of honey was tricky to get just right, but it was definitely worth the effort.
Lychee and rose pair together well, as they both have flavors and scents with floral characteristics. If you like floral flavors in your tea, this one's a must try! It makes a nice delicate and calming green tea for the afternoon.
This tea wasn't good. The green flavor was nothing to enjoy. The floral was subtle and generally unejoyable over the unpleasant green vegative taste
Wasn’t sure what to expect with this one, I don’t normally like rose in my tea. The aroma was so light and beautiful. The green tea wasn’t bitter or too green. The lychee aroma and flavor was actually noticeable, which was great. There was a lot of rose in my packet but it didn’t transfer to the taste thankfully. It ended up being very light and complemented the lychee. I added a tsp of Adagios honey for green tea to bring the lychee out even more. I enjoyed this cup hot but was only able to drink half before I had to bolt so I put the rest in the fridge. Just had it cold and was delighted by how the lychee flavor jumped forward. What a refreshing treat. (175° for 2.5 minutes.)
This is a nice tea though it is only lightly fruity, unlike how it smells.
I tried this tea cold brewed. I'm not a fan of rose tea, but love lychee. The flavors in this tea are relatively mild, but the rose does overtake the lychee a bit. I wish there was a bit more of the lychee flavor, but overall this was an enjoyable one
Wonderful flavors in this cup. Aroma of rose was strong when I opened up the packet, but this brewed into a very nice light fruity cup of tea with a hint of rose in the background. The green tea was a nice base tea that allowed the lychee flavors of grape, melon, and kiwi to shine through. No grassy flavors here. I drank this warm with a bit of honey that brought out the fruit even more. As it cooled the lychee flavor become even more pronounced then the rose. This will make a great iced tea. Another green tea that I like added to my growing list. Steeped at 180º for 3 mins. Enjoy!
One of my favorite green teas. It can be a little grassy if you let it steep too long. But even then, it is light, sweet and tastes good from the first sip to the last swallow.
Very quenching blend. True to its namesake. If you love floral teas this would be a great addition! You can taste the lychee flavour and rose flavour in tandem! Good hot, but probably also good cold brewed as well!
A delicious green tea with gentle fruit notes and a floral rose flavor that doesn't overpower the base tea. Strongly recommend enjoying this chilled!
Delicious cup. Tasted melon, grape and a little rose flavors. A very pleasant green tea blend. May go on the shopping list.
Yum! I love lychee but don't usually like rose tea, so I wasn't sure how this blend would be for me. It's great! Very fruity, lychee-forward in smell and taste, complimented with a bit of green tea bitterness (in a good way) and soft rose notes. I brewed this hot.
This is a beautifully balanced tea. Nice, light fruit flavor with an understated green tea foundation. I say understated because there is none of the grassy flavor you often get with green tea. The top notes of fruit are light and almost tease, but they aren't heavy at all. I'm not a 'syrupy' fruit tea fan, so this one checked all the boxes for me.
I enjoyed this blend a lot. I'm not familiar with the flavor of lychee so had no idea what to expect. Very fresh fragrance and flavor. The rose wasn't overwhelming and paired well with the fruitiness of the lychee.
This one had a bitter, perfume-like flavor. I’m not fond of green teas, so my expectations were low. I could only detect a light fruit flavor, because the rose petals took over.
Absolutely amazing tea today!! The lychee played of the rose petals in such a brilliant want. Delicious and soothing!
Ive wanted to try this tea for awhile. sadly it is Way too floral for me. A solid no.
I really enjoyed the lychee in this tea. The rose was subtle
One of my favorites on Adagio: this green tea is floral to the maximum, and lychee fruit has a ‘perfumed’ taste that’s accurately captured here. For those who aren’t fans of flowery tastes, this might be a tea to stay away from - people I’ve served this to have complained that it tastes like soap. But for people like me who enjoy rose and the sharp sweetness of lychee, this is a tea for your collection.
I got so excited when I saw that this was in today's CommuniTEA packet, because this is one of my very favorite teas and certainly a staple in my tea collection.
I love rose in teas, and lychee is my absolute favorite fruit. So a lychee rose tea is just about as perfect as perfect can be for me.
I also love how versatile it is: it's heavenly as a hot tea, as an iced tea, as an ice cream float, and if you add a little sweetener, it even makes great popsicles... basically, this tea can't go wrong no matter what you do with it!
Treat it right - steep it at the right temp and time - and it will treat you very right in kind.
I liked this quite a bit for a tea that contains rose. The lychee is delicious and balances nicely with the crisp green tea.
I've never eaten a lychee fruit before, but if this tea is any indication, I would enjoy eating them. The rose flavor and the fruit flavor blended really nicely with the green tea base, and I found this to be a really delicious cup of tea. I genuinely enjoyed it from start to finish. I brewed at 175F for 3 min.
Lovely green tea with a touch of delicate sweet fruit accented by rose. A good sip when you want something green, different and delightful. Lychee has the flavor akin to something grape-like and citrus with a bit of rose. The brewed tea has a pale yellow color with a slight green hue and quickly takes on the lychee flavor with a sweetener add. I found the rose petals accented the sweet fruity taste well without being overwhelming. The gentle green tea base was a non grassy, non vegetal one.
My Ct packet had 3 g / 3 tsp of green tea leaves aplenty, some rose petals and a few lychee flavored apple pieces. I brewed at green tea temp. of 175*F for 2 min. and had enough tea to make 18 oz. The shorter steep time of 2 min. avoided any bitterness and the tea strength was to my liking. A resteep for 3 minutes was flavorful too but milder and featured more of the green tea taste. The sweetened and chilled version was absolutely delicious. I can imagine this tea would also be great in blends, adding a touch of sweet floral flavor. I liked it best iced and will enjoy in my summer rotation as a treat.
Just smelling this packet made me happy! I'm a lychee lover, so I've been wanting to try this one. It did not disappoint! The scent of the brewed cup is all lychee. The taste is a light brew with notes of lychee, grape and rose. If you worry about vegetal greens, this isn't a problem here. The flavorings take care of that issue. I liked it plain but some honey was also nice to brighten the cup and bring forward the fruit notes even further. This one will go on the wishlist and become a frequent member of my tea pantry. Happy Sipping!
A very rose flavored tea with a fruity aftertaste. Good tea but not one I would reach for often.
I love floral teas, and this one delivers on its promise! When I opened my CommuniTEA packet, there was a delicious floral-fruity scent that greeted me. The combination of rose and lychee cuts any grassiness of the green tea, leaving it smooth and mellow. I love it iced!
CommuniTEA Sample: this is a pretty good green tea hot but it makes an even better tea iced. I did a cold steep and it muted the rose flavor somewhat and kept the floral taste in the background. It was mostly green (not grassy) and fruity for me. Quite enjoyable.
Absolutely love this tea. Green teas are usually ones I like the best. I was a bit apprehensive as I don't like lychee (yes I have actually tried lychee before). It blended perfectly with the rose and was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed this tea this morning.
12 Aug 2020 review slightly modified to remove irrelevant content: I had bad vibes about this CommuniTEA today when I saw it contained lychee. I’ve actually tried lychee fruit in the past. I mean to tell ya that it looks like a white gelatinous & translucent white golf ball (without the dimples) and has mild flavors “somewhat” like green grapes! To me, it had a really weird mouthfeel and taste! Not very sweet at all.
When it was blended with today’s green tea, my thoughts changed. In the bag, I was presented with pleasant sweet rosy aromas. However, the color of the brew was an off-putting cloudy yellow/green. Lychee and rose flavors were definitely forward from start to finish. The green tea blended in nicely. It provided a pleasant green tea zing on the palate making this blend an intriguing and drinkable sip. If you like lychee, you will like this tea blend. Bottom line: by itself lychee is a acquired taste not quite too my liking, but when blended with tea, it’s not too bad! (4 mins @ 175F, 1/4 tsp sugar)
Rose and lychee strong;
flavors and scents shining through.
Flowery, floral!
A unique flavor
Great for something different
Sip and sniff away!

Great tea!
This is pretty good. It's very pretty when steeped, and tastes lovely cold-brewed. It might be a bit too earthy or bitter brewed hot, but it also might be really good, I haven't tried it that way. Cold-brewed was nice though.
This tastes like biting into a lychee! I love it. I wish it were decaf so I could drink it before bed.
ETA I make this iced for my family and we *LOVE* it.
A smooth green tea.with a hint of rose and lychee flavor.
I first tried this tea in a blend through CommuniTEA, and decided I had to try this! I think this tea definitely wouldn't be for everyone, but for me it makes me feel transported to tropical locales like Bali and makes me long for pre-covid era vacations! If I close my eyes while I drink it, I feel like I'm sitting in a vibrant tropical garden. The lychee and rose complement each other and the green tea base really well, with lychee being a stronger flavor than the rose in this tea. Lychee is such a distinct flavor which makes this tea unique, as opposed to a sort of more generic fruitiness. I still need to try this one iced, but I think this is one I'll try to keep in my pantry especially for Spring and Summer.
