I was surprised how good this is. The lemon flavor is natural and the appropriate strength. Doesn't taste like Pledge or something artificial. Great hot or iced with some stevia added.
Blended with green tea, and the natural flavors of lemon, vanilla, and cream, it's the perfect springtime treat.

My favorite green tea. It smells divine, and tastes just like the pie.
I was really disappointing when I tried this, when I first opened up the bag it smelled so good! when i brewed it, it had a mild lemon flavor at most. It didnt taste like much compared to how it smells, but it didnt even really taste like green tea?? it kinda just tasted like a vaguely citrusy void. :( also there was rocks in it???
The smell is unreal. It legit smells like a lemon meringue pie, but the flavor is weaker than what you would think based on the smell. But nonetheless, the taste is smooth and yummy.
Light, delicate, a sweet treat when I added a stevia!
This was good, it smelled delicious, but I was hoping for a stronger flavor. The flavors came through more after letting it cool for a bit.
Nice twist on a lemon tea. This is a light and refreshing lemon flavor; tastes great hot and cold. If you like lemon tea, or lemon in your tea, give this flavor a try. You won't be disappointed!!
I really enjoy this tea. It truly tastes like lemon meringue. You get the nice flavor of lemon without too much tang. It makes a great afternoon tea.
Tried both warm and cool, unsweetened. This reminds me of a 'lemon flavored' candy, not real lemon. It was alright, but not something I will purchase again especially since I purchased 16 oz thinking this would be a lovely lemony iced tea. The tea had kind of a sickly sweet flavor even without adding any sweetener. Maybe I will try to add some real lemon...try it in a small package first...
What a great tea to start the mornings with! So light and delicious. Was one of my go-to s for the day when I had it in stock.
This has a good lemon flavor that tastes real and not artificial. The smell has a sweetness that doesn't really come through in a hot cup, but I don't feel the need to add sugar or milk.
Delicious flavor when you try the lemon meringue green tea! Good pairing of flavors.
decent. better cold brewed than hot. tart and tangy. cold brewed for 6 hours at refrigerator temps
I wish this tea was a year round tea. It deserve to be! I love everything about it start to finish!
I iced this one and thought it was very refreshing.
This tea tastes exactly like it's name, but far less calories!
I love this tea and share it often with my tea loving friends.
Tastes great 'as is' with no extra sugar or milk.
Note that I live at altitude, so my tea kettle never reaches the standard boiling point.
Opening today's Communitea packet I was immediately hit with the aroma of lemon meringue quickly followed by the thought of fruity pebbles. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention when I was making the tea and added too much water resulting in a weak brew, but I still enjoyed the flavor and will be trying this tea again in the future.
UPDATE: finally got some to make without messing it up and while I knew I would love it I definitely did myself a disservice by not paying attention on the first attempt.
Taste great! I love the light lemony flavor. It’s also slightly sweet on its own so I enjoyed it with only a little honey.
Very good summer tea - hot or cold! Try it. Tastes great.
I’m not usually one for Adagio’s fruity teas, but this one really hits the spot! It tastes exactly like springtime, with its floral taste and its sour punch. The tea becomes even better with a bit of sugar, and is definitely a tea you want to try at least once.
Fruit smell not overpowering at all, great tea, light astringency.. I liked brewing it a little cooler than recommended, however
This really tastes like lemon meringue! I used rock sugar with it! I mainly drink this in afternoon or evening. Really love that lemon taste!
Discovered Lemon Meringue Green through the Spring Teas sampler box and it was gobbled up immediately... so I had to buy a full bag of it. With its creamy citrus body, it needs no milk or creamer and though a dollop of raw green tea honey (from adagio) enhances the sweetness, the tea tastes sweet enough on its own. It's kind of an amazing flavor, actually -- one where 'blend' feels just right, balancing the green tea astringency and citrus sourness against the softer notes of meringue and vanilla. Well done, Adiago! Good hot. Reluctant about iced. Not sure why it's a 'spring' blend -- could drink it year-round.
This tea genuinely does taste like pie! I can never have just one cup - when I'm in the mood for it, I always make a full pot. It's light, springy, tart, and creamy, and smells absolutely divine. Green tea's moderate caffeine level means I can drink just about as much as I want, and it's a crowd pleaser - I've definitely given this to non-tea-drinking friends and gotten rave reviews.
This one is like a dessert without the calories. It has a smooth, creamy lemon bar flavor.
I love this tea! It is so refreshing cold - by itself or mixed with a blueberry tea (I mixed it with honeybush blueberry pancake). It is a sweet lemon flavor that really seems like a dessert.
Nice, refreshing with just the right touch of sweetness
Light, lemony green tea with a soft sweetness to it. Very tasty. I’ve been enjoying it hot, and I look forward to trying it cold steeped.
Didn't like this tea that much. Not sure why just didn't
It was a little too sweet for my palate but hey if you like sweet go for it!
Lucious and mellow green tea with a hint of lemon meringue. I love this one!
A bit overpowering smell from the bag -- but absolutely delicious still!!! I will say the tea was not quite as strong as that smell, and had a bit of artificially sweet notes, but definitely enjoyed the cold brew of this tea.
This blend was amazing. HOW DOES IT TASTE LIKE LEMON MERINGUE?? LIKE HOW? My mind is absolutely blown. This did not disappoint!
The lemon meringue green tea was a yummy surprise. It’s light sweet and lemony. I will buy it again. It’s the first green tea, I’ve really loved. Lemon heaven.
The green bitterness and the lemon don't balance, but it was decent.
A delightful and delicious way to start summer mornings
The first sip was enjoyable but then it left an artificial taste. I was glad that I was able to try it though with the sample packet.
Took the advice of Melissa Majewski on Facebook fandom group and am glad I did. We seem to have many similar tastes. I don’t know if I actually taste lemon meringue pie but I do enjoy the lemony flavor. Yep I will repurchase. Just have to get through some of my huge stash of tea. Not enough hours in the day.
A very fresh tea. I recommend 3 min on this one rather than 2 min. It taste like fresh cut grass smells, in a good way. I wish the lemon flavor was stronger.
I only got 3oz of this so far, I missed the boat on getting a pound of it. It’s very refreshing cold brewed, akin to a light tasting lemon drop!
Bright and lemony, perfect for springtime. I add a touch of honey to mine
Lemon meringue tea is my favorite new warm tea. I love leaving it in place of dessert. So yummy and lush!
Once again, a most pleasurable experience. This is a fantastic tea which has a natural sweetness and almost no astringency at all. The citron lemon shines brightly while the cream flavor gently envelops. The green tea is hidden in the tea thus making it a great tea for those who are new to tea. Adding a bit of sugar or honey helps to elevate the tea to a true meringue but it is perfectly fine on its own. Adding a lemon peel imparts more lemon flavor while adding an orange peel transforms this from a lemon meringue to a orange creamsicle. I highly recommend this tea.
Pungent lemon with a touch of cream goes nicely with the green tea flavor
This is light and refreshing... It has a creamy lemon flavor. I steeped for 8 hours in the refrigerator and it's perfect!
So I don't like lemon meringue pie, and I'm not a big fan of green tea. But I loved, LOVED this tea. It's so good! I had it hot, but I suspect it might also be good cold.
Light and refreshing. I cold brew this tea overnight in the refrigerator.
A delightful afternoon treat! Not cloyingly sweet either, like most dessert teas.
Heavenly. Great hot or cold. Very pleasing smooth blend of flavors. I love it for breakfast or for an evening cup.
This is basically lemon merengue pie in tea form. A green tea you could absolutely add milk and sugar to and not feel weird about, and overall just super yummy
