I definitely was turned off by the smell at first. Let me just say that I am not a dreamsicle kind of gal. I don't like cream with citrus. However, this was very nice! It was a very nice and clean taste. It's a good thing I didn't add any sugar because I wouldn't have liked the taste. Just plain on its own, it's nice and refreshing. I highly recommend!

A delicious creamy dreamy lemon green tea with vanilla smoothed citrus flavor. For fun add a little bit of extra lemon to boost the lemon merengue flavor or extra orange to send the tea into a yummy orange creamsicle direction, although, it’s great as is. With careful brewing, the green tea base stays subtle and allows the creamy citrus flavor to reign supreme.
My CommuniTEA packet had 3 g./ 2 tsp. of green tea leaves, a dozen little marigold flowers, and 6 apple pieces carrying the orange, lemon, cream, and vanilla flavors. Although there were no orange pieces, the brewed light gold liquor had a strong orange scent and the first taste of a creamy vanilla orange followed by a lemony cloud of flavor and the subtle taste of green tea at the finish. There was no bitterness or grassiness from the tea base to distract from the luscious creamy citrus flavor when brewed carefully at 175F for not more than 3 minutes and closer to just over 2 minutes in a 10 oz. mug. I could sip plain but sweetening with Tupelo honey elevated the flavors and made it more dessert-like. I chilled some too and it easily made my A list of iced teas to brew this summer. Two resteeps were possible using less water each time.
For fun, I made an almost Lemon Meringue tea by mixing a tsp. of Citron Green and a tsp. of Vanilla Green to brew at the same temp. and time as the Meringue tea. The only ingredient missing in the new blend was cream but, otherwise, it tasted almost the same as Meringue but it clearly lacked that extra creamy flavor. The cream flavor seems to be the magic ingredient that gives this Meringue that extra smoothing power to soften its delightful citrus taste. I enjoyed this tea very much and because it’s a seasonal blend it’s time to go spring shopping.

This blend is my all time favorite, to me it tastes just like Lemon meringue pie, I can taste the meringue, it's so creamy and delicious, my cup, of tea! The lemon is just the perfect amount.

I'm generally not a fan of lemon in teas, but this one is amazingly tasty. The vanilla and creme flavors smooth things out beautifully. I can't wait for springtime and it's return so I can stock up!

This is very nice. Put more tea in your basket than you think you should, serve with lots of milk and honey.

Obsessed with this tea. I recently had to switch from black tea to green as my standard morning cup and this tea has made it much easier!

This is my new favorite green tea. I usually drink the Mint Citrus. There is just enough lemon to add a little tartness. good hot or iced.

The aroma was quite accurate but the flavor was cloying even though there was little sweetness.

This was ok. I'd drink it again but I don't think I'd put it high on my priority list.

This is seriously one of my favorite green teas. I brew it and then chill it for ice tea, almost daily. It is sweet and full-flavored but the lemon isn't overpowering.
★★★★★
Light and refreshing. Very mild, but good hot or cold.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I could taste all the flavors of a Lemon Meringue pie. And my bonus was that it was a green tea. I will definitely try this one again.

A wonderful green tea. I love the hint of a lemon meringue pie
★★★★★
When you first open the package of tea an intense smell of lemon meringue pie greets you. Once brewed the flavors of pie still linger among the green tea. This tea is delightful hot. I will be ordering more.
★★★☆☆
Pretty good, but I'm likely to stay with the black tea family

Tastes just like a lemon dessert! I like to add a bit of cream to this one sometimes when I am having it after dinner, but it is also a refreshing iced tea in the daytime.
★★★★★
I loved how both bright and deliciously mellow this tea was! A sip starts with the tangy lemon and finishes with a soft vanilla/cream. This was the exact profile I was hoping for with this tea, and very much reminded me of the dessert it's inspired from!
★★★★★
Really great iced! Perfect for a cool-down after a summer morning dog walk. The green tea isn't too sharp or grassy, and the lemon is smooth, and it finishes with a bit of creaminess. Not sure I would like it hot- but iced, it's excellent!
★★★★★
This is a very lemony green tea, but the lemon and cream flavours keep it from becoming grassy. It's a delicious refreshing treat for late spring or even early summer!

I don't really enjoy hot lemon but I was so interested in trying this anyways. It smells so amazing when you open it up and tastes amazing. If you don't like hot lemons you might like this anyways

Very, very good! Lemony and creamy - nothing needs to be added. The caffeine level definitely wakes you up.

This is a solid green tea, I just wish that the lemon flavor was more pronounced. It smelled divine though.
★★★☆☆
I liked the concept but I don't believe there is a strong enough lemon taste. Still a relaxing cup of tea though, just didn't quite meet my expectations.

I've been on a gigantic green tea kick lately and this one will be a permanent go-to for me; I love anything light and airy with a bit of lemon. Delicious any time of the day!

This lemon meringue green tea was not expected. Had a creamy lemon taste. I am not a fruity tea lover. This tea was very much that fruity.

I was skeptical that this would be like every other lemon based tea but this is special. I do get cream from the meringue. Nice tea that I will get again.

Tastes like a delicious lemon meringue pie. And since the pies have been in short supply in the store as of late, this makes for an excellent substitute.
★★★★★
My Favorite iced tea! The tasting notes are absolute red t, the lemon is smooth, not acidic and the cream shines through as well.
★★★★★
Amazing, tastes just like lemon meringue. Honestly one of my favorites now.
★★★★☆
This is a citrusy green tea that is a good blend of sweet and tart. I got this for when I want a green tea, but am in the mood for something a little sweet.
★★★★☆
This tea smells amazing (like many teas from Adagio), but the taste didn't quite match the smell for me which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
★★★★★
I just love all if Adagio teas and this one especially well.
★★★★★
This tea was amazing! It tasted great with cream or without.
★★★★★
Tastes exactly like a lemon meringue pie-light lemon flavor without being overly sweet and is just as good whether hot or cold. Looking forward to ordering more when it comes back in stock
★★★★★
This is one of my favorites. So I buy extra bags during the Spring so it'll last until the next Spring.
★★★★★
Wonderful tea! I haven't brewed this tea hot yet, but as a slow cold brew it's very mellow and lovely on it's own. I typically enjoy this cold. The green tea is very lovely and the lemon really shines though, but not in a tart way. More like a mellow lemon cream like flavor.
★★★☆☆
I really wanted to enjoy this tea more. I honestly think I would have if the 'cream' flavoring hadn't overpowered the citrus.
★★★★★
My favorite green tea! I flavor it with a bit of sugar and honey, and the taste is amazing. Creamy, with hints of lemon that makes the taste Pop. I recommend this blend!!
★★★★★
They got the lemon meringue aroma down perfectly. It smells so good, and has a nice smooth flavor. Very satisfying and comforting.

This my new favorite green tea. Greepat flavor the lemon is subtle.
★★★★★
This was super refreshing. Taste a bit like fruit pebbles if you add sugar.
★★★★★
As a hot tea this was ok, but I tried it as a cold brew and wow, it is fabulous. It's got such a lovely sweet and fresh flavor, this might replace my summer peach tea.
★★★★★
I am surprised by how much I like this tea. The perfect, sweet mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Bright and light.
★★★★☆
I love this as a late evening, light, caffeine-free cup. It's refreshing and lemony without being overpowering.
