Good tea...it smells overly sweet but has a mild sweet taste. Wish it had a bit more lemon flavor though!!!

★★★★☆

Made at the recommended temp. and time. You can definitely taste lemon in it, but somewhat vaguely. It's a good green tea, overall. Gonna make more cups and update if I get a better taste later.

★★★★★

Very mellow and much like the flavor of the pie!

O-M-G!!! This is one of the best flavored green teas I've ever tried! Ever since I was little, I had Lemon Meringue Pie for my birthday instead of a cake. I LOVE Lemon pie! This intrigued me so much that I had to try it. I even bought a larger size bag because I was pretty sure I'd like it. I LOVE IT!
As soon as I opened it the aroma was amazing! Smelled JUST like lemon pie! Brewing it was a total treat as the aroma just continues to build. I used just a little stevia because, well, lemon pie is sweet. FANTASTIC! I can't stop drinking it! I like to brew it just a little longer, but still at a lower temp.
I have a lot of favorite teas on Adagio, but this one might just be my all-time favorite...so far...you never know what else you might find here!
Now it feels like my birthday every time I drink it! I highly recommend!

This tea smells AMAZING! Lemony and light, just like the pie! It has a lighter flavor than it smells, but it is a great tea! Would definitely order this again

★★★★★

I love having this after dinner as it's just like a subtle dessert to me.

★★★★★

Not a big green tea user and gave this one a try based on other reviews . Love the this hot or cold. The flavor lives up to its name and smells wonderful.

★★★★☆

This doesn't taste bad, but the lemon flavor isn't super strong. I add in the juice of a 1/4 of a small lemon and a little honey and it's perfect (for me at least).

★★★★★

Oh my!!! Adagio, you really hit it out of the park with this one!! It is by far my favorite tea that you make. It has a creamy lemon flavor that is just perfect-not tart-not sweet. I will occasionally add a bit of sweetener to the tea. I think it brings out the creamy lemon flavor. As this is a Spring tea, I have wisely stocked up so I don't run out before it is offered again.

I love citrus green teas, and this is that PLUS creamy and vanilla flavors. It really does smell and taste just like lemon meringue pie, and it's beautiful, as well.

★★★★★

Great green tea with a lot of flavor! Will be buying this again.

Wow, this is good! Another favorite seasonal tea. Tastes just like lemon meringue pie. The lemony flavor is equally present with the creamy vanilla, with no bitterness at all. I steep for 3 min, just under boiling. Thanks for a great tea!

★★★☆☆

A little to tart for my taste. The creaminess of the meringue didn't come through enough for me. I was hoping for a green to drink without adding anything (i.e. sugar), but this isn't it for me. I will stick with the vanilla green (my favorite Adagio green!).

★★★★☆

There s just something about citrus green teas that really do it for me. Very nice and summery blend that is very good iced.

★★★★★

This really tastes like lemon meringue! It's a tea that's good for any time of day - it's light and refreshing, and if you want dessert without the calories, this is a good way to do that.

★★★★★

I m not usually a green tea girl, but the creamy lemon flavor in this one is actually really good.

★★★★☆

It's like summer in a cup. Sweet, light, bright, and creamy.

★★★★★

Very good! Has a nice lemons flavor but it's not overpowering.

★★★★★

Very light and delicate flavor, but exactly like lemon meringue. I was surprised to see that it did end up quite creamy tasting.

★★★★★

Very nice, mild soothing green tea. I never sweeten my teas, but the light lemony scent of this makes it already seem a touch sweetened. It's not a bracing, tart lemon, but soft and fluffy!

★★★★☆

I am not a huge fan of lemon flavoring in sweets, but a *real* lemon meringue pie is my absolute weakness in the world of citrus desserts, so when I read the description of this flavor, I knew that I had to have some! I'm glad that I bought such a big package, because this is delicious! I will warn, the flavor is *light* even if you steep the tea longer than recommended; (adding a sweetener seems to brighten the lemon notes), however that is perfect for me, because I intend this to be a replacement for the sugary drinks I would normally consume all summer long!

★★★★★

The lemon flavor really shines in this tea. It's very refreshing and light. I enjoy it with a little honey.

★★★★★

I first enjoyed this tea hot and plain. I did not really taste the green tea as much as I would have expected, and yet I’m not disappointed by this. Instead, I taste bright citrus flavors with a subtle, undercurrent of creaminess. When this tea really shines though is iced and sweetened. It’s just like eating lemon meringue pie without the risk of over-indulging on too many slices. Plus, nobody judges you for going back for a second cup of tea, right?

★★★★☆

I like this one hot, with a little bit of sugar. It's not overpowering at all, it's very light. Not my favorite iced, but hot is so good!!

★★★★★

Delicious! I am a reluctant green tea drinker, but Lemon Meringue Green has the perfect combo of creaminess & lemon. No grassy or bitter flavor in this tea. It isca great springtime tea.

A wonderful spring tea. I had to order more before it's gone. I look forward to trying this iced as well.

★★★★★

Smells amazing. It's light and fresh and really just a perfect spring tea.

★★★★☆

Tastes like lemon meringue pie. Highly recommend this tea.

★★★★★

Not too tangy...I normally am not a fan of lemon teas - this one was the perfect flavor and not too much zing!

★★★★☆

As soon as I see tiny boiling bubbles, I shut fire off and steep tea for couple of
hours. I consume cold.

★★★★★

I, as did my 14 year old son, appreciated the hint of lemon flavoring, without being overpowered by the ingredients. A gentle blend that is aromatic and 'relaxing.'

★★★★★

I love this tea! Smells just like lemon meringue pie in the bag, and the taste is wonderful. I will definitely keep this one around.

★★★★☆

Usually I'm not a fan of green tea because of the very vegetal/grassy taste, but this one was surprisingly mild compared to others I have tried. I think it's a good tea to try if you're in a similar boat and usually can't stomach regular green tea. The citrus and creme flavors, along with the fruit pieces, help smooth the flavor out.

★★★★★

Right away when I opened the bag I was hit with a smell 100 identical to a Lemon Meringue pie. Quick as you please I whipped myself up a cup using nothing but a little sugar and started sipping. If I had milk it would be perfect! As is though it has an understated tasted that is a milder version of exactly what it smells like! This tea is delicious and not at all grassy.

I thought this tea was fantastic. I have been drinking it slowly so i don't run out. Definitely ordering this one again - and a larger amount!

★★★☆☆

This smells amazing. I am not a tea expert but I do enjoy loose leaf tea and I am learning more. This smells super sweet. The smell reminds me very much of the orange pushup creamcicles that were popular when I was a kid and I think are still around.

I am learning to drink tea without sweetener which is very new for me. With sweetener, this would be amazing. Without sweetener it is okay. It is surprisingly weak. We brewed it gong fu style.

Unofortunately, the taste in comparison to the smell was disappointing. The smell made us believe it would be amazing but the smell was more intoxicating than the tea. It was okay - definitely okay.

I'm in love with this tea. I ordered a small bag, and one week later went back for the pound (it said it was a seasonal blend, and I didn't want to miss out!) I love it hot, with just a tiny dribble of honey (just a quarter teaspoon), but I love it even more iced. It's become an evening ritual for me; in a 16 oz teapot, I infuse the first batch for two minutes, pour it into a glass bottle, brew the leaves again for five minutes, pour that into a second bottle. Into the fridge they go, and the next morning I've got my take-along beverages for work.

★★★★☆

This is a really nice tea however it's very light in flavor. I was expecting a more saturated flavor and this almost tastes watered down when you drink it. It's nice just not a strong cup of tea. I even tried steeping it longer but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

This is amazing. Smells so decadent and fragrant, and though it doesn't taste as sweet as it smells, it sure is lemony. So if you are a huge lemon fan, definitely give this a try. It's fantastic.

Probably my favorite - wonderful flavor and after taste!

★★★★★

Very suble lemony flavor. A really nice dessert tea.

★★★★★

What can I say I truly loved this tea. If anyone likes lemon than this tea would be an excellent choice. I added a splash of cream and one pack of Splenda Naturals to my cup the taste blew my mouth away. If you have a sweet tooth this tea can help curb that craving. One of my top choices.

★★★★★

This tea smells amazing! It is light and interesting, perfect in the morning or after dinner!

★★★★★

This tastes so much like lemon meringue pie it's kind of crazy. It's nice and citrusy but also sweet. The vanilla and creme flavors really help pull it into the realm of 'pie' rather than just a lemony tea. Really love this one!

★★★★☆

Nice and light though I wish it was a little more lemony.

★★★★★

I didn't even taste the green tea, very lemony, but next time will not put so much in the infuser, as I always seem to do that, I don't know why... maybe 'cause I wanted the fruit pieces with it too... but it was delicious! I'm very pleased with the flavor profile!! It's not as lemon as the others state, it's not bitter, it's a sweet taste of lemon; guess they don't like that much lemon flavor, but that being the case, I have to wonder if they've ever even had Lemon Meringue pie as that's what the pie is base upon: Lemon!
