I didn't care for this tea. It's smells better than it tastes. I love green tea however i am just starting to experiement with fruity warm teas. Not sure if its an acquired taste so i hate to only give it 2 stars because of my taste buds, seems unfair. It does look like quality tea and has the nice chunks you see in the photo. If you like fruity tea and you want something that isn't totally over powering you it might be worth ordering the sample. I don't think i would re-order it.

Not as much lemon flavor as I would have expected. Still a decent green tea.

This tea is very tasty. So much flavor packed in one cup.

I love a good lemon meringue pie and I love green tea, so I was immediately intrigued when I saw this blend and couldn't be happier with it. It doesn't have any hint of grassy flavor, the citrus is beautifully balanced and I'm going to have to order more soon!

This was a gift for my sister, and she said it was an okay tea.

the scent is exactly like lemon meringue pie, but the brew loses a little of the sweetness the scent promises.

I am a sucker for lemon anything. When I saw this tea I had to try it. It's pretty good but I like to add a bit of lemon juice to it too.

Very light and lemony, with a hint of fresh cream. Smells like springtime and sunshine. A perfect spring tea.

So good! What a refreshing brew! Definitely puts the spirit of spring in your cup. Love it!

This tea tastes very similar to the Citron Green. Don t get me wrong, this is tea is very yummy, but I honestly can t tell much difference between this one and the Citron Green, which was a bit disappointing.

Perfect spring or summer blend. It’s like drinking dessert.

I was skeptical of this tea but after trying it I would happily have it inside of me at all times with no complaints. It is absolutely perfect. The citrus flavour is noticeable but not overpowering, the apple pieces add the perfect amount of sweetness and the texture and subtle flavour of the creme is just the perfect finish. The blend itself is not too strong and it s impossible to oversteep. Absolutely will buy again, a new favourite!

This tea tastes like a lemon macaroon. Creamy, lemony, vanilla goodness in a light refreshing green tea. Sad it is only a spring flavor!!

Tastes like a lemon meringue pie, so delicious! It's very refreshing and I'm curious about drinking it chilled this Summer.

I will admit, I'm disappointed in this tea. I love citrus, especially lemon and when I read the other reviews, I ordered a bag of this tea thinking it would satisfy my sweet lemon cravings, but I hardly taste lemon at all! I do like the mildness of the green tea, though, it's not bitter. I will still enjoy as an afternoon pickmeup!

I was pleasantly surprised by this tea! I was expecting something more like a citron green (which I'm not a huge fan of), but it ended up being a much sweeter version of that tea! I don't even need to add any sort of sweetener to this tea. It really is a nice Spring-y tea, and one of my new favorite green teas!

This is a very good tea. It wasn t as good as I was hoping (I hoped for a stronger lemon flavor) but it IS quite reminiscent of lemon meringue! If you like lemon but want a mild lemon flavor and enjoy a soft green note, you might really enjoy this tea. I may look to add some extra lemon flavoring somehow next time, maybe a meyer lemon syrup.

The smell is intensely lemony. When brewed, it’s much more balanced and the creaminess plays well with the lemon. This is delicious! I’m glad I bought a 3oz bag without trying a sample.

Super lemony with a hint of cream. I love it! It is a more delicately flavored tea, so don't expect to be overwhelmed by the flavor. I think it would be great iced, though I prefer it hot.

I was stunned when I opened the free sample bag I was sent with a large order of pu-erh...WOW! It was undeniably the best smelling lemon meringue pie I ever was near (and that was a specialty of my mother's, so it took me back to childhood). As I drank a delicious cup, I felt compelled to hold it near my nose ;-). This is fantastic tasting!!! Now...I am begging Adagio on bended knee to make this available in tea bags, please...please! I am beseeching you for tea bags of this delicious, divine green tea.

This tea smells amazing just like a Lemon Meringue pie but when I brewed it...it tasted like bananas which I found odd

It s good. Like everyone else, I was hoping for more of a lemony kick, but it s very mellow. I m going to mix it with some Green Rooibos Citrus for more oomph.

This tea is amazing. It smells just like lemon meringue pie and has a delicious mild lemon taste. I don't brew with boiling water and this helps maintain the slightly sweet flavor, without getting bitter.

Lemon meringue pie happens to be my favorite pie, so there was no way I wasn t going to like this tea.

The tea is pretty good. Not quite the dessert tea my husband was hoping for, but nice for my afternoon cup of tea.

So good, but also verrry subtle. Good buy, especially for anyone who loves flavored green teas.

Holy wow! The smell of this tea as soon as i opened the bag was absolutely incredible! You immediately smell the creamy lemon scent and it is out of this world! It has a wonderfully light sweet springy flavor!

I m torn between 2 and 3 stars with this. I adore a strong green tea but thought I d try a nice springtime flavored green. The smell? I do not get lemon meringue pie. It s kind of chemical-y. Maybe I got a bad batch? The taste? Meh. Underwhelming. Again, kind of fake. Definitely not a creamy lemon meringue. Nor do I taste green tea at all. I m going to try to make it cold brewed, see if that improves it at all.

It s a good starter for a green tea, I wish I could taste the lemon more though. It s more of an aftertaste. I may try brewing it longer and see what happens.

A very, very nice cup of tea! Zero astringency and no grassy taste whatsoever. The lemon flavor was not very strong, but definitely added a refreshing element to the tea.

First thing I noticed when I opened my sample bag was the amazing smell of this tea... to be honest I'm pretty sure I could smell it even before I opened it. Smells exactly like lemon meringue pie - not too sweet but not too bitter!! Very pleasant.
I always see so many people saying how green tea in general tastes like dirt. I can see why they would say that if it's not prepared properly... but even so, I feel like even if this lemon meringue green tea were to be prepared incorrectly, it would be delicious!
It's incredibly flavourful even without any sweetener - and I'm someone who tends to have tea with their sugar and honey rather than the other way around.
Overall, this is a definite favourite of mine from Adagio and it very much deserves the hype it receives!

This blend is so creamy and delicious. Perfect for an after-dinner treat!

I had trouble brewing this to truly get the flavors out. It brewed very lightly for me even after waiting a while. Going to have to keep experimenting with it because even the hint of lemon I got was great.

Tastes more of vanilla than lemon. Smooth green and good for a daily green but expected more lemon.

I tasted this tea at a local tea shop and was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. it was light and flavorful. I had to buy some of my own.

The smell opening this tea is very lovely and creamy! After steeping I didnt really get a meringue flavor but it has a wonderful light xrisp green tea flavor with hints of cream and very lightly lemon. Its a fantastic green tea

This is probably the best green tea I've ever had. It's a limited blend, so I'll be sure to stock up. It's delicate, not too grassy, and so so fragrant. It tastes so creamy and smooth, which I never thought a green tea could be.

I love green teas that have been tamed by natural flavor additions. Fruit, especially citrus, does quite well. A wonderful anytime tea.
