Added a bit of orange peel to put this over the top awesome
Blended with green tea, and the natural flavors of lemon, vanilla, and cream, it's the perfect springtime treat.

Yum, a light lemony baked good in a cup! I don't like many green teas so I was hesitant about purchasing this one. So glad I did, it's lovely for an afternoon iced tea. I brewed on the shorter side of the range and it wasn't very grassy at all.. a bit of Splenda and it was just right for me.
I was skeptical. But it does smell like lemons. And had a refreshing taste. I've served this to friends and they like it too.
Lemon flavor did not come through as strong as I'd hoped but was sweet & tasty nonetheless.
Tastes like dessert! An excellent green tea, I found myself craving it today after I had some yesterday.
Not usually a fan of green teas, but this one won me over. What can I say? I love it!
A little weak but a good blend and it tastes like it is creamy. Like meringue would be
Bright, sweet and fruity, great with snacks, weaker on the caffeine front so good for afternoon tea.
How nice to have a green tea that is soooooo palatable!
Smells and tastes great, sad I only bought the sample. I will definitely order more next time.
Tastes great! Just like other reviews have said. It's like a treat in a cup.
Usually not a fan of green tea but this one was very nice. The lemon flavor really came thru and was a great tea for spring!
This was a sample that I loved! Replaced a snack in evening.
Tasted too much like grass, and typically I like green teas!
This was a very pleasant afternoon treat. Finding a lemon tea can be tricky, and although this tea is fairly sweet with its creamy flavor, there is just enough tartness to keep it from being too sweet. Definitely spring in a cup.
This is a wonderful springtime tea. I love it - the lemon and cream flavors create a perfect cup of green tea. For the last few years it's in my springtime tea purchase rotation. Highly recommend!
A distinctive tea. Nice lemony flavor with a little creaminess. Not as decadent as I expected from the other reviews.
What a perfect pick-me-up! Just such a lovely balance between the lemon, cream, and green tea.
This is a great tea when you need a quick pick me up
Light and sweet green tea. When you open up the bag you can really smell the lemony sweetness.
I love Lemon Meringue, & lemons, & so I expected to love this. I'll give it another try, but my first 2 cups were disappointing. Too mild? Not enough tea to offset the lemon? It seemed too bland.
Ok I got a sample of this one an had to buy the big bag. Best tasting green tea with lemon I’ve tried.
It really does taste of lemon meringue with no touch of sour to spoil it. I look forward to ordering more
Not usually a fan of green teas but this one is pretty tasty!
love lemon meringue flavor in this tea. Makes for a delicious pie in a cup.
This is pretty good! The lemon scent is strong and it s accompanied by a silky vanilla scent/taste. It tastes kind of like a lemon cookie. Delightful. :D
Flavorful and has a light lemon taste. Not too overpowering to where the other flavors are hidden.
Tasty light green tea to sip I the afternoon with a cookie.
Lovely lemon flavor that enhances a lighter green tea. There is also a pleasant vanilla note that I found quite enjoyable.
Delicious and smooth with a hint of sweatiness. Very refreshing and reordering a larger bag now.
OMG a new favorite! I wasn't sure I would like this because I usually steer clear of citrus tea unless iced but the flavor was so unexpected. Smooth and creamy and lovely lemon flavor. I had to order more even before I ran out.
Too lemony and gross for me I did not like it at all
This is my all time favorite tea. I use the cold brew setting on my ninja and sip on it all day! Sweetend
This was a very nice surprise- a lovely twist on the usual citrus.
Well balanced light lemony with all the lovely grassy notes of a good green tea
Gives me fruit loop vibes, however, the green tea flavor isn't very strong even when I forget I brewed a cup.
If you like lemon meringue pie you will probably like this tea. Lemony and light, and the cream hits as a nice aftertaste. Definitely something I'd drink spring or summer morning, and it's easy on sensitive stomachs. I will have to buy more of this later
This is a light and creamy lemon green tea. It is somewhat sweet without any additions, and it brews up well for two infusions, although most of the lemon meringue is in the first mug. I do not detect any bitterness from the green tea, and it acts as a nice base for the lemon flavor. Definitely a tea that makes you want some sunshine.

Cold brewed overnight, the zest from the orange peels shines through, mixing with the lemony cream with the balanced green tea underneath. The tea did not oversteep, and the balance of the tea works just as well cold as it did hot. Definitely a cold-brew keeper.
When I opened my CommuniTEA packet, I could immediately smell the delicious aroma of lemon meringue. This tea really does smell like lemon meringue pie. I stepped it at 275 for 3 min, and then added just a little sugar (about a teaspoon), and it tasted like lemon meringue pie, too! I really, really liked this one. I might have to buy some.
The smell was amazing, just like lemon meringue. The taste was a tart lemon.
Smooth and creamy without tasting grassy or herbal. The lemon flavor wasn't very pronounced for me, and I think I might have preferred it if it were. Does well with a squirt of honey.
If you love lemon you might enjoy this tea. The lemon flavor is strong, not much green tea flavor imho.
The packet smells amazing - just like lemon meringue - and once brewed is lighter, but I definitely get hints of the pie. I brewed for 2 minutes and added some sugar; thinking I might try an additional minute to pull a little bit more out. Tasty!

Everyone in the Communitea chat said this is the green tea flavor that even people who don't like green tea can enjoy, and I understand why. The green tea is light and doesn't have that typical green tea taste. The flavor combination just wasn't for me. Even once sweetened with tea sugar the flavor was more like a lemony vanilla handsoap than a lemon meringue to me. I'm still giving three stars because it wasn't awful, I'm just not a fan of light teas.
I love the smell of this tea--it's really just like a lemon dessert! The taste is mostly lemon, accented by cream, with a green tea presence. Be careful not to oversteep to avoid bitterness.
I received a single portion of this tea as part of the CommuniTEA box. As such, these blends may be unbalanced compared to larger purchases.
Out of the pouch, this tea smells remarkably creamy, but with the bright notes of citrus and lemon and orange. Really, the smells mix to smell of orange dreamscicle bars or something like that, even more than the lemon. It's all very pleasant. The leaves are large, and while I don't see any orange, I see the other ingredients present. After steeping for 2-ish minutes at 180F, the resulting tea is a pale yellow that smells somewhat of a lemon drop with cream. Overall, it tastes creamy and lemony, and nice in general, and adding a touch of sugar brightens up the citrus tones immensely.
Overall, this is a very pleasant tea to sip. There's a touch of astringency towards the end, which is odd, as I thought that I had been fairly careful steeping this green tea. While a pleasant tea, and an excellent tea, I don't know if this is one that I would purchase again. The CommuniTEA box has had several lemony teas recently, and while not my least favorite, I prefer some of the other lemon teas I've had in the past (particularly just a regular lemongrass tea).
This is a wonderful tea! On opening the CommuniTEA packet a subtle scent of lemon escapes. I steeped at 180 F x 3 min. I added some rock sugar to bring out the lemon flavor. This is a tasty green tea. There are no grassy notes. This is a perfect tea for those who are beginners to green tea or those who don't like the vegetal taste of many green teas. Bravo!
I cold-steeped this tea for several hours, and it turned out great! It was a tad bitter, but the crisp lemon flavors take the stage. it is accented by creamy meringue notes, and I added some sugar to bring it out a bit more. Really delicious and refreshing! Definitely tastes like lemon cake or pie :)
I wanted to love this tea, but the green fishy flavor just still sneaks up on me. The lemon and cream are delicious, and exactly like the tea’s namesake. It is rather light, and I was hoping for something a little more potent, or at least something strong enough to completely mute the green flavor! I liked this better iced as it brought the lemon flavoring out more.
I actually had today’s delicious communiTea in my “small” 😉tea stash, and a review filed in my tea adagio journal. As this green tea steeped a delicious lemony vanilla aroma filled my kitchen. Hmmmm Each sip so creamy and tasty as if a piece of lemon meringue pie fell right into my teacup. Best part about this lemony green tea, it’s so balanced that you won’t end up with any earthy grassiness in your cup. 🍋🫖
