A lovely smooth green tea. No bitterness or vegetal notes. Steeps to a beautiful apricot color.
I bought this tea along with the anhui emerald seed tea. They are both great teas. This one has more intertwining flavors.
I'll admit, the smell when I opened the bag was powerfully grassy. I was almost too afraid to make the tea! The others are right, and it was light and fruity. I found it quite relaxing.
Forgot to set the timer the first time I made a cup of Jade Snail, and I was sure it was going to be awful and bitter. Surprise -- it was great! ...And the second cup (which I didn't mess up) was even better. Light but not without substance. 1 t might not sound like it will be enough, but it's plenty, as the pearls really do expand.
My new favorite green tea. It has a pleasant 'classic' green scent (almost sweet). With a very subtle smokiness and a nutty astringent finish.
This is a tea that surprises you when you taste it. Its a green tea, and when steeped, is a very pale yellow/green color, but when tasted, the flavor is more than you would expect. It is grassy at first, but then changes to a nutty flavor. The hops like flavor comes out right away, and the tea has a dry to very dry finish, almost like a beer with a lot of hops. Though the after taste finishes clean pretty quickly. A nicely surprising green tea.
This tea was too mild for me, it had almost no flavor to speak of.
This is a really good green tea that is light with a little twinge of taste at the end of each sip. It's relaxing for a day of emotional drain, especially if you need to be alone to contain your composure and regroup your thoughts.
A very nice mild flavored green tea. I love its faint flavor. Some green teas I find to be a little bitter and need sugar, but not this one.

Jade Snail green tea is a very light, mellow, smooth and slight grassy taste. I simply love this tea when i'am nothing feeling good. This tea is perfect for anytime and this tea is a must try. If you are new to green teas this one will be great for you. For the green tea experts you will fall in love with this incredible green tea.
This is an ok green tea, nothing special. As it cools it gets a more pleasant vegetal taste

jade snail is a very lite, mello green tea. When I opened the bag it smelled very grassy like kukicha green tea but didnt taste as good as kukicha. (but still an incredible tea) Jade snail is perfect for those lazy sunday days you just want to kick-back and relax. This is a very good tea for green tea beginners.
