Great tea to have 5 or 6 cups out of one pearl.
Softly sweet with nut-like notes, this China green large pearl takes its time to fully unfurl.

Great tea to have 5 or 6 cups out of one pearl.
This is a good tea to try. I have had it once too soon to tell if it s a keeper.
I was curious about this tea so I bought a sample, and I am thrilled with it, so I m back to buy more!
It's different. Not sure if I know what I'm doing with this
One pearl to a small pot is perfect. Its light and refreshing with a subtle smokiness. Wonderful green tea
I like putting one of these in a filter and putting it in a 32 Nalgene water bottle with cold water. You can even get a couple refills out of this if you like a weaker tea.
A perfect cup of green tea. No frills or added flavors to hide imperfections, this is good tea through and through. If green tea is your jam, treat yourself to this one.
We actually brew them as iced tea with another roobio tea. It makes a delicious iced tea.
New favorite green tea, works well for my small teapot
A sweet green tea that is as fun to watch as it is to drink!
These are large enough for a double steeping. You don’t get many though. Be careful not to overstep because it can become astringent and unable to drink
I really wasn't a fan of these. They take a long time to open up and don't have any appreciable flavors when compared to other offerings here.
I love this tea, each pearl is big enough to make two ott three cups of tea. Great flavor and it comes out more with each infusion
A bit too mild for my taste, though the format for serving is neat. Might work better for coldbrewed tea since the pearl will have more time to unfurl.
Didn’t love this one, felt like it was too bland. Might as well just drink hot water.
A good green tea with no other flavors added. Each pearl is the right size for tea pots!
I adore this one, I find it can steep twice as well so you can get 2 uses out of the balls. Don't over steep too much from the instructions as it will become bitter. I think it has an earthy taste, it would go good with a meal.
A light and gentle tea with a refreshing vegetal taste!
I enjoyed this tea and I think it is a great and simple green tea. A very nice light taste that I think would be great for people new to green tea. The reason I gave it four stars is because the pearl did not fully unravel even after multiple steeps.
These are fabulous, I will throw on in an extra large cup and can brew it 2-3 times. First cup is a little bitter second cup is perfect and the third is mild and sweet!
This tea was ok. I don’t know if I understand why a tea would be rolled so tight that you don’t get the full benefit of it. Took a couple of steeping. I like a good flavor first cup.
I re-infuse these green leaves to get 2 or 3 cups, and the flavors stay mellow and complex. It never gets bitter with time.
A very clean tasting green tea that I think does far better on the 2nd or 3rd steeping than the 1st.
A great basic green tea. Easy to travel with, easy for use in the office.
A good tea and the perals are fun to use. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the problem I had with steaping it. It's great if you have a little 2-3 cup teapot and can serve it right when it's dones steaping but if left too long the tea becomes really bitter (like green tea usually does). Just something to keep in mind when using the perals.
So easy to use, great flavor, very fun to watch while the pearl unfurls.
My brother introduced me to these, despite my suspicions. I've never cared much for Chinese green teas, erring more to Japanese. That being said, I quite enjoyed this, and ended up ordering a pound. It combines the grassy, vegetal sweetness that I cherish in Japanese greens, while mixing in a bit of nuttiness. It reminds me a bit of Kukicha (my personal favorite), although it lacks the 'brothy' texture typical of many Japanese greens. The Pearl form it very convenient; one Pearl is enough for my favorite pot, and two boiling steeps at 3 minutes seems to he ideal for it. Glad I bought in bulk.
These make a smooth, flavorful green tea that is wonderful with Asian food or on its own. One of my absolute favorite greens! It has a smoother flavor than a lot of other greens, with very little or no 'grassy' flavor. Recommend water at a full boil to help the leaves open up fully!
Great but lacks that kick. Not as robust as the Jasmine Phoenix Pearls.
I love the flavor. It is very smooth and mellow. I also love that I don't need to measure. Each pearl give me a tall cup of tea. I prefer to steep a little longer than recommended so that the leaves have time to bloom.
To me the green pearls almost have a mellow mildly toasted, grassy flavor. I love the taste and convenient package it comes in. No measuring! I also like the size as it is aesthetically pleasing to me. I'll buy these again and again.
I wish that I have gotten these sooner! On its own its a delicious cup green tea! Well multiple cups really, because of the way the tea is. But its also really good with the Eternal Spring tea! I will be getting more of these soon!
Smells a little more grassy than I normally like or go for, but I still have to give it a shot.
I did this tea for a little longer so it could unfurl a bit. I also was able to get about 3 steepings out of it. So yummy.
Amazing - perfectly sized! These don't fall apart in the bag or in your hand, and are packed so very well. The taste is wonderfully green and smooth.
This tea is a lot of fun - something about the shape it comes in - and delicious to boot! :) I can get three cups from one pearl.
This is one of my favorite teas! The pearls are a little bigger than a marble, and the taste is grassy and light and wonderful. They take a little while to open at the suggested temperature, but don't get a bitter if you leave them in longer until they open up a bit. Usually I'll leave them in 4-6 minutes max.
brews up well and blends well with other flavors of tea
Huge fan of these! I'm green tea gal anyway but these are amazing. Sweet, vegetal, with a silky buttery slightly astringent counter balance. Plus, these are perfect for my on the go life. Prep water, throw one into my Libre Tea Infuser and away I go!
While I prefer black teas, the Green Dragon Pearls are yummy to drink and hold up for several steeps. I'm also hooked on Dragon Pearls as I love to watch the leaves unfurl. Add a tiny bit of sugar to cut through any bitterness and bring out the lighter flavor.
Each ball is possibly 2 teaspoons, so don't brew this without that in mind. I also usually end up brewing it at least twice because the first brew doesn't fully unfurl the ball. Still a very good green tea.
I was underwhelmed. It's a good tea, for sure, but it's missing something to make it great. Maybe because it's just tea leaves, no fruit or bells or whistles. Good tea, but needed something to pep it up.
Nice mild flavor. The pearls stay intact for the most part and can be used 1 or 2 times more.
Delicious. I love getting the pearl tea because visually it is pleasing. Also, since the leaves take a while to unfurl each steeping brings out a different flavor. If you are looking for a nice cup of green tea with no fancy frills, this is the way to go.
If you like green teas, these pearls are very good, the best of green tea in a tightly packed ball of flavor. Smooth and rich, but on the lighter side of a nice cup; falls right between the black and white pearls.
This is an excellent green tea, earthy and grassy tasting, but also somewhat delicate.
I didn't care too much for this flavor. However my significant other thought this was a great alternative to his MATCHA tea.
Incredible tea! At least 4-5 steeps from one pearl. Taste is very smooth and full of character.
Taste is good but not strong enough. May have to steep more than five minutes next time
This was my first time trying tea in pearl form and it was delicious and so easy! A really nice green tea, vegetative and a little sweet. A light bitterness, but overall delicious.
