My favorite tea! Great Jasmine taste. A Master's Tea. I use it every AM! I wish this product was more readily available. I am always on the 'Notify Me' list. But it's worth the wait
Hand-rolled tea from Fujian, China, infused with the delicate scent of night-blooming jasmine. Each pearl is made up of just one bud and leaf set. Refined, clear and quietly hypnotic fragrance, pleasantly soft texture and delicately dry finish.

My favorite way to enjoy jasmine tea is in pearl form. It brings a sense of luxury to the experience. Consequently, I adore Adagio's Jasmine Phoenix Pearls. I knew, then, as soon as I discovered these Fujian Jasmine Pearls I had to try them.
Much like the Phoenix Pearls, these little beads offer a sensory experience that few teas can rival. They are fragrant, of course, but subtly so. They plink pleasantly as the fall into the infuser. When steeped in a clear vessel, they unfurl in swirls that captivate the eye. In the mouth, the infusion is smooth and silky with the nutty notes from the green tea nicely balancing the subtle floral flavor from the jasmine.
If one is typically adverse to jasmine teas, this would be a good one to try as it is far from soapy; here the jasmine is a subtle complement to the green tea bringing out its own floral notes rather than dominating the cup. For my own part, I generally prefer a slightly stronger jasmine flavor. These are delightful, but I will stick with my more budget-friendly Phoenix Pearls.
One of my all time favorite jasmine teas. Perfect for any time a moment of peace and relaxation is needed.
Nice simple tea that mixes well with others. I love watching the pearls open up as it steeps.
My personal favorite. It may not be for everyone but the flavor just shines through. Get this while its in stock!
the second steep was the best for me. the first steep for about 30 seconds lets the pearls open up. the second steep for 40 seconds really gives you all that fresh flavor hidden inside each pearl. i seriously suggest everyone try this before its gone.
if you are experiencing a bitter taste youre steeping it for too long and/or your water is too hot
light, delicate tea. enjoyable but not as complex or interesting as other green teas
So beautiful! Relaxing and delicious! I just wish they would sell larger quantities.
Many years ago I visited Santa Barbara, and was walking around the area where I was staying at night. I was met with the beauty of night blooming jasmine and the supremely lovely scent of those flowers. This tea reminds me of that experience. This tea is gentle and fragrant, calming, meditative. Honestly, I have never tasted a better tea. 185F for 3 minutes.
A great Jasmine tea. Seeing the dry pearls in the package is cool as you wonder how the leaves were rolled into those tiny balls so uniformly. Then watching the leaves unfurl is like having a show to go with the tea. I am mesmorized. The essence of Jasmine is very forward without being too floral. I love Jasmine so it works for me This tea steeps well a second steeping.
really nice subtle but present jasmine flavor, of course always fun to watch the pearls expand, I wish I had more!
Good jasmine flavor could be too much if you don't like floralI sampled this tea as part of the CommuniTea April 2025 box.
What a wonderfully different jasmine tea! I am picking up on a floral scent, but honestly the taste is more that of a soft anise one, with Jasmine taking a backseat
I love watching the pearls unfold. This tea has the perfect amount of Jasmine flavor. What a lovely sip.
Really nice jasmine flavor, stronger than I expected!
A lovely Jasmine, with a rich subtlety that matches the majesty of the unfurling balls as they steep!
A little lighter than I'm used to, but still pretty good. I do like jasmine teas, especially in the evening, as I find them relaxing
CommuniTEA sample: 2 min @ 180 F, second cup for 3 min @ 180 F. I think I like the second cup better. Both are very light and delicate, as usual for a jasmine green tea. I feel like this one is especially light though, and the second cup had both a little bit more sweetness to the aroma, the jasmine coming through a bit better, as well as more green tea flavor in the actual cup. It's not grassy, it's a little bit more dry than that, in like a dried leaf type of way. It certainly tastes like a green tea. There's also a hint of a sweetness almost reminiscent of something milky towards the back, and I really like that. The pearls are beautiful, and the portion was full of them! I was surprised with just how many there were in the packet! Always fun to watch them unfurl as well.
I'm always a fan of the ritual of unfurling teas, this one is visually fun to watch and very tasty. This is floral, almost fruity and very exquisite.
A lovely tea. Beautiful to watch the pearls transform and reveal the leaves. Lots of mild tea flavor and just the right amount of jasmine aroma and flavor.
Upon opening the pack, I thought the smell was of Root Beer. Lol. The tiny balls of green and white were so cute I didn’t want to drown them in water, but I did. Once steeped, the smell was of Jasmine but not a perfumy scent.
Overall the taste is very delicate and airy. I loved this one!!
This wonderfully subtle tea tastes like cut grass smells. It's like late Spring in a cup.
I definitely appreciate the more delicate jasmine scent to this one, some of the others are just too much for me. This was a very mild tea for me, after a few sips I passed it off to my daughter. She really enjoyed it.
Smells fantastic. Made the mistake of eating something spicy before trying it so I’m not getting the taste as much as I might otherwise but really enjoying. I love jasmine tea and this is so light and spring-y.
Another wonderful Jasmine tea from Adagio. Not grassy nor overly floral.
Excellent jasmine tea. Not overly floral, plenty green, nice and delicate. One to get again.
A Jasmine TEA--that I haven't tried yet! Absolutely fantastic. Not overly floral, a nice balance with GREEN! FUN To enjoy the unfurling of the pearls...
I really enjoyed this tea, it has a subtle Jasmine flavor but is overall a full bodied flavor. I always forget that many teas can be seeped multiple times, I'll need to keep that in mind when thinking of the higher cost on this tea.
Get your zen garden rake out because bliss is on the way! I always adore a good jasmine brew, and this one is gorgeous. It's light and lovely all the way through. The scent is faintly floral. The sip is smooth and silky. I get sugary floral notes on my tongue. This is a cup to sit back and enjoy, so make sure you have the time to truly honor it. Happy Sipping!
An absolutely lovely jasmine tea. Minimal bitterness, and none of the aftertaste that sometimes comes with lower quality teas. Smooth, gently floral, full bodied. I love the large pearl form; it’s enjoyable to watch them open.
Love jasmine teas and this one is a great cup. My go to is still Adagio's phoenix pearls, but this one is not worse it is just great in a different way. Upon smelling the pack I thought I smelled mint which was strange to me with a jasmine tea. During steeping the aroma was wonderful floral jasmine greatness. First sip was delicious and I noticed what I could only describe as reminiscent of spearmint on the finish. Not strong, but more like great jasmine flavor with something that sort of pops on the tip of your tongue at the end of each sip and lingers just a moment. This is a wonderful jasmine experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves jasmine teas. Off to find out how many steeps I can get out of this CT sample. 180° 3 min
This is a 'very good' tea. I was pleasantly surprised to see the sample included enough pearls for a 20oz tea pot. It is heavy on the jasmine, but overall it's a 4 star for me because it just doesn's live up to my favorite - the jasmine phoenix pearls. Something about the way there is a dry finish on this one puts me off just slightly. Still a great cuppa, and still would never turn it down - just not a 5 star for me!
Oh wow, the smell is of a field of flowers, and the tea is gentle, with a surprising floral, but also a slight anise flavor. Fascinating.
I absolutely adore jasmine pearl tea; it is a tea that elicits many good memories for me. This one is no different, but when I opened it and smelled it this morning, I noticed a faint anise scent that I don't normally notice in my jasmine dragon pearls.
The anise note comes out in the brew too and it isn't unpleasant. If I had to say what the difference was between this and the other jasmine pearl tea, I would say this one has less of that floral jasmine 'sweetness' and more of a licorice-y earthy spice, but it's very subtle.
This is a lovely jasmine tea. I love watching the little pearls unfurl - I'm easily amused. The jasmine flavor is delicate, but definitely present. You can 2-3 flavor filled steeps out of the pearls.
I didn’t find these much different from the Jasmine Phoenix Pearls in flavor so it’s cost prohibitive for me but the taste was very nice And not bitter and it smells very nice. I will stay with the jasmine Phoenix pearls
I absolutely love this pearled green tea. I get at least three steeps from one cup and each subsequent one is sweeter and more reminiscent of fruit and flowers. It is perfect for a meeting or relaxing day.
The floral aroma was incredible. I followed the steeping time and temp suggestions from recent reviews and was easily able to get multiple steepings with no loss of flavor. I did not use my infuser but let the lovely balls unfurl completely; my PersonaliTEA pot from Adagio has holes inside at the spout entrance, which kept the tea leaves out of my cup. This is without a doubt the best Jasmine tea that I've tasted.
I had this kind of jasmine after getting obsessed with the Phoenix one, this one isn’t like other jasmine teas I had, it’s nice and mellow and floral, doesn’t have bitterness at all, which took me by surprise, I honestly enjoy more a little of the bitterness on the perfumey/floral taste, so I wouldn’t order this one again. But for people that don’t like the bitterness on jasmine tea, this is perfect! I would recommend it to a lot of people I know that aren’t fan of jasmine. Just not for me :) still a wonderful tea.
I liked it ok. The aroma is wonderful. I still prefer the jasmine phoenix pearls to this one though
I prefer the Phoenix jasmine pearls to this, but just barely. This is a slightly sweeter, more honeyed jasmine and I simply prefer the drier taste of the Phoenix. This is still superb, and I'm happily drinking my sample packet!
Really love this tea! Beautifully fragrant and flavorful, I love to brew a cup on my mornings off and just smell it and relax.
My favorite Jasmine Tea BiTanPiaoXue Delicate has been out of stock for several months now. And I was so Anxiously looking for an alternative. TBH, I was quite skeptical before ordering this tea. Was I pleasantly surprised? It Exceeded my expectations. The jasmine aroma was neither too strong nor light, perfectly balanced. Worth buying.
Love this tea and the 2nd brew was just as good as the first! Added a few drops of lemon. Most important to remove after 3 minutes!
I'm sorry I bought this one. I only did so after realizing I'd somehow missed it. Well, I wasn't missing anything! It doesn't taste like tea and it doesn't smell or taste like jasmine. I've tried multiple different steeping temps and various steep times. I haven't had a single good cup yet! And pricey to boot. :'( Sad, very sad.
This one is really fun to watch it unfold as it steeps.
One of my favorites. The jasmine comes through with a nice delicate taste and the aroma is delightful.
I've been writing love letters to Adagio's Jasmine Phoenix Pearl tea for the past two years, so when Fujian Jasmine Pearl sashayed into my recommendations feed, it was too alluring to pass up. The 3oz. arrived enshrined in a tiny square tin that spoke volumes of its quality long before the first sip. The tea itself steeps into a lovely golden liquor with a delicate, green elegance in every mouthful. Compared to the Phoenix Pearl tea, the taste contains far more nuance, less 'perfume', and a lighter finish. Having tried it for myself, I fully understand why it's usually out of stock. Add it to your wish list, keep an eye on the product page, and press the 'add to cart' button the moment it becomes available because this one will continue flying off the shelves. Kudos, Adagio!
You were out of jasmine phoenix pearl and as I cannot go a day without this type of tea opted for the Fujian jasmine pearl at almost twice the price. Definitely not disappointed and happy to pay the extra for my addiction until Jasmine phoenix is back in stock. Happy to know there is a great replacement in Fujian Jasmine Pearl..
This is absolutely delicious! I don't like many green teas, but this one is my favorite.
