This id probably the best green tea I have ever had.
Perfumy hand-rolled tea from Fuding, in Fujian, China. Each pearl is just one leaf and a bud. When added to hot water, the pearls majestically unfurl, releasing a delicate scent and flavor. Sweet and almost sugary.

This id probably the best green tea I have ever had.
A decent jasmine phoenix pearl tea. I've always found that jasmine phoenix pearls tend to taste fairly weak and use about 1.5tsp per 8oz to suit my tastes.
Gorgeous, elegant, delicious to the eye as well as the palate. A very special tea.
Very strong floral tones, which is good - cause it's what you would (should) expect from a jasmine tea.
This tea is delightful! It is beautiful to watch the pearls unfold and the aroma is bliss. The flavor is a wonderful balance of jasmine and green tea.
I like strong tea, so I steeped it for longer than the suggested time, but I don't think I'd let it go for more than 10 minutes.
Jasmine is one of my favorite tea flavors. This jasmine is very aromatic. If you love jasmine, I highly recommend this tea.
I really like this jasmine and I've found that you can use it more than once. I love to watch the pearls unwind.
This tea is wonderful. It is my favorite jasmine, outside of the masters' jasmine.
Now, I am not usually a green tea drinker, as black tea is my usual favorite, but I wanted a few more caffeine free options. I am put off by green tea mostly by the grassy, vegetal taste BUT not with this tea! What I mean is its not overpoweringly green tasting, its a rather light flavor but you can still tell it is green tea. Now if you absolutely hate green tea, this one won't fool you, but for those on the fence like me I found it a good choice. I also never had jasmine in any teas and was delighted by the light floral smell and flavor it gives the tea. Preparation is the key, as with any tea, because this one can get bitter if steeped too hot or too long.
Not only does this taste delicious, but its so much fun to watch these unravel in your glass. Love it! This is a must
I am so glad I tried this tea in the store. It's really great
These are quite fantastic, especially when brewed correctly. I bought the tea bag version since I didn't want to worry about measuring - but I will probably buy the larger tin once I finish up my tea bags. These have to be sipped at the right temperature otherwise it tastes like hot water.. but no worries - once the water cools, the tea gains its sweet jasmine taste.. and it smells amazing! I seep my tea for two minutes and save it for the next brewing(which is usually a few minutes later!)
As a jasmine fan I have to say, this tea is so very good. Very nice quality jasmine!
A fine Jasmine tea. Not sure it's worth the extra price, it's very strong smell puts me off slightly. I prefer the silver needle jasmine--that's really tender. And, don't mis-read this, they described the tea as perfumey, and it is. Don't be caught by surprise on any of these teas!
By far one of my favorite green teas! It is soft and gentle without an overly vegetative taste. It's easy to brew for a green but I prefer to under-brew it by a few seconds. I'll even get a second cup out of it if I want it de-caf. This is a great one to start with if you are new to green tea
The best part of this tea is I can re-brew it about 3 times. 2 mins the first, then 3 mins, then 4 for each brewing. The jasmine is just perfect in compliment to the green tea.
This was my first green tea. At first I wasn't sure if I liked green tea but after the second time I tried it, I really liked it. Go ahead and give it a try. You can't go wrong.
Steeped for 2.5 minutes @ 195 creates a stunning cup of green for me. Best I've ever tasted. Just ordered the 16oz bag because this beauty has earned its spot as my daily go-to
This is just the best jasmine green tea i have had. Took some time to find the perfect way to steep as to keep the light perfumy flavor. Less is more when it comes to this tea, so be sure to start out with less pearls and as you make more cups adjust the amount to your taste. I rest on just a little less than a full teaspoon.
This jasmine tea was delicious, and I love steeping pearls, but I also ordered some Jasmine Chun Hao, and it tasted very similar, so the rise in price isn't very validated to me.
This is a very light tea, not overly strong. The flavor you do get is wonderful for relaxing or for drinking over time while at work.
This is by far the best jasmine tea I've ever tasted.
wonderful aroma and a pleasant departure from the typical grassiness of other green teas.
This is the most beautiful and delicious tea I've ever tasted. Just got into loose leaf tea but this is the cadilac of jasmine green teas! Yummm! Smooth, light but flavorful. Even my boyfriend who will 'doesn't like tea,' loved it!
Watching rolled teas unfurl is entertainment in itself. This one is pretty tasty. The jasmine is delicate and doesn't taste like perfume, as some do.
simply great from the smell to the taste. I'm not usually a green tea drinker so those of you who are may not agree with me but I found this tea to be superb. It does not have that grassy taste that so many of the green teas have which I am glad it lacks. And the sent is simply marvelous. just one cup lets the whole room smell of jasmine for a time a true pleasure for the senses.
Love this tea! My wife said the smell reminded her of her childhood when they had a jasmine tree in their yard.
I tried a sample of this that was given to me and really liked it so I ordered more plus a glass cup to use for it. The tea had a delicious flavor and color and I enjoyed watching the flower unfurl.
I liked but not that good what I tried before. Jasmine taste not that strong.
This was my first experience with green tea. Excellent jasmine flavor. Only drawback is that the jasmine could be too powerful for some. The taste lingered with me for a good while after and, despite cleaning out my ingenuiTEA, the flavor still passed over to my cup of darjeeling that followed.
Phenomenal. Can be resteeped several times. These unfurl into a copious amount of high quality leaves and is certainly worth every penny.
I've found that I don't like Jasmine very much. I think if you like Jasmine you will love this, it has a strong Jasmine flavor.
I just opened a new package of these Pearls and was assailed by the wonderful aroma of this tea! Then I made my first cup (sipping on it now) and had so much fun just watching the pearls dance as they unfurled. The flavor is wonderful not too light but not assaulting either. Quite frankly, I love this tea.
I've been waiting for these to become available after harvesting and rolling season. Jasmine tea is one of my favorites, especially when Jasmine taste is not overly done. Love this tea for its smooth, complex, satisfying taste. Lin Chuo Feng and everyone connected with growing, harvesting and preparation of the jasmine phoenix pearls #12,great job from a fan who hopes to enjoy the magic you create from combining a great tea with art of layering jasmine blooms. What you do is an art, and you've mastered it!
This is the type of tea that is so good, so aromatic and tasteful that you'll save it for special occasions. It is well worth its price, fun to watch it steep, and produces a green tea that is unmatched in taste.
One of the best jasmine teas I've ever had the pleasure of drinking! A bit pricy, but it makes a great tea to treat yourself with once in a while.
Love it. Only price that stops me from ordering it all the time.
Strong scent that's perfect for busy mornings. A sure relaxer if you don't mind the flowery hints.
Little jasmine bombs. One teaspoon is good for 2 or even 3 cups!
The Jasmine Pheonix Pearls are so much better in taste than the Jasmine Yin Hao. It's light and pleasant.
This tea was pretty good, I would recommend it to anyone.
One of my favorites. I love to see how the pearls open up in the a glass cup.
I love the smell of jasmine, but I don't think the tea has much flavor. But I make it so often just to enjoy the smell. If you love the smell of jasmine,...
These were quite good, though I preferred the jasmine silver needle.
The smell of the tea is so good . We offered this tea to many friends who, they all enjoyed it much. I will commend it to my friends.
One of the better green teas I have tried, also the leaves are very beautiful when they unfurl.
I love jasmine green tea, and this one is an excellent example. I also love the pearl shape, and how they unfurl in the tea maker. Even my girlfriend, who does not like green tea as a rule, is a fan of this one.
A special-occasion tea, wonderfully aromatic and aromatherapeutic after a stressful day.
I don't know if the cost over the other jasmine teas is enough to justify this tea, but it's still a really good cup.
