Seems about on par with Jasmine Yin Hao in terms of flavor, though it is more fun to watch the pearls unfurl than leaves.
Perfumy hand-rolled tea from Fuding, in Fujian, China. Each pearl is just one leaf and a bud. When added to hot water, the pearls majestically unfurl, releasing a delicate scent and flavor. Sweet and almost sugary.

WOW! I was not expecting the flavor that I received. The leaves open up very nicely. I used a full teaspoon for a cup, and re-steeped it 5 times (I couldn't tell a difference on 1-3).
This is very nice with a wonderful aroma. Very forgiving for green.
Thank you Mr. lin chui feng. I will make this a part of my regular order. The only flavored tea I've enjoyed.
got my boyfriend some for our anniversary and he loves it!
Absolutely delicious, one of my favorites, i like jasmine green teas and this is one of the best ones ive had
The jasmine teas that I've tried in the past were very flowery tasting--almost like a perfume. I really like this one, though, and will definitely get it again.
Excellent jasmine green--much better than the Master's version of the pearls. I'll keep a small batch of this on hand, but for the price difference I'll buy the #9 to keep for my daily pot of tea.
I usually need to add sugar to my tea, but this needed nothing extra.
Nice subtle Jasmin flavor. I would buy it again.
It took a few tries to really get into this particular tea. But I managed to hit the right steeping time and amount of tea to make it work for me.
I normally find jasmine to be a very overwhelming flavor, but in this tea it's absolutely delightful. Very delicate. I will def be buying more of this in the future.
Probably my favorite jasmine tea thus far (although I do like the stuff out of the yellow tins, too, so I may not be the pickiest of people). This tea is nice for taste, smell, and aesthetics, since the little pearls unfurl in your cup :)
It is my favorite, I just love the way it grows, I love to look at it while brews.
Excellent quality and cheaper than other online sources. I'll buy these again.
I can't say more about this product than what's been said below. It's terrific! Be aware that it does have a strong Jasmine flavor (as the name implies). If you're turned off by the flowery taste or smell, then this might not be for you.
One of my favorite green teas. If you like the Fujian Jasmine Pearls, you may also really enjoy this one
I love jasmine pearls and when I tried this at the store I had to buy some. The jasmine scent is the perfect amount and the pearls unfold beautifully in the bottom of my cup. It's also one of the more reasonable prices I've run across for this quality of jasmine pearl tea.
Beautifully light tea, the smell and taste is lovely. I just drank a cup then took a break from it to walk around a bit outside, and the floral taste really stays with you. Definitely recommended.
Certainly this is a good quality tea because of the leaves it has but I don't like its strong floral aroma. If you enjoy floral teas this one an excellent option. I won't order it again.
This is the first tea I've ordered from Adagio and I am so, so happy with it! My wonderful boyfriend bought me a TriniTea maker for Christmas and I used it on the lower temperature setting. The tea smelled great in the packet and even better once it was brewed - it makes me almost as happy to just sit and smell my cup as it does to drink it! I didn't need any honey or sugar, the floral taste is so light and sweet. Definitely recommend, despite the price :)
Really great alternative to the Fujian Jasmine Pearl. I bought a 16oz bag to last me for most of the summer, Jasmine is my favorite tea and I drink this flavor regularly whereas, I save the Fujian pearls for special occasions. This has just a tiny bit less jasmine flavor than the Fujian, but still well worth it and I would definitely recommend this tea to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
If you love Jasmine tea, you are going to love this one. The pearls are tiny, also very easy to steep.
I love watching the pearls expand in the water. This is definitely one of my favorite teas!
This tea was a sleeper hit with me. I've had Jasmine tea before and didn't enjoy it. From the taste to aroma the experience is elegant.
This tea has a strong jasmine taste too it. Very sweet as is, sweet enough that my girlfriend doesn't need honey. I like it very much, and I'm quite sure I'll always have this one stocked. (also makes a great iced tea to take with me)
Definitely going to pick up more of this. A fun, delicious Jasmine.
This might even be better than Jasmine Silver Needle -- it's certainly the best Jasmine green I've ever brewed myself!
This is my favourite jasmine. Great flavor, just be sure to give lots of room while steeping so the pearls can unfurl.
People either hate jasmine tea or love jasmine tea--thankfully, I am the latter. As silly as this sounds, I call this the 'sexy tea', because watching the pearls open is just beautiful to watch. A great tea to get multiple infusions out of. I recommend 30 seconds
A very nice, light, and floral tea. I especially like watching the tea pearls uncurl.
Smells fantastic, tastes just as good. Wish there was a decaf option!
Subtle and sweet with a soothing fragrance. Perfect for stretching out over the course of a day.
These little pearls really release their jasmine flavor in the tea. The jasmines isn't over-powering and is the perfect balance.
This smells good like flowers. It tastes good, too. Very smooth with that jasmine taste and bit of sweetness. Re-steeping ability is great. 200F worked fine.
I freaking love this tea. Light, grassy, slightly sweet, just like good Jasmine should be. I never ever add sweetener to this because it's that good! I ran out of my sample in a flash! Best Jasmine tea I have had. Ever. Just follow the directions!
Perfect in mixing with Dragonwell green tea. Learned that visiting China last year.
By far my favorite green tea. I enjoy it most with a 3min brew to keep it light
This tea was exactly as advertised. The tea looks very interesting, and the jasmine scent
This tea has a great aroma but the taste was way too floral for my liking.
what can I say? When you feel like a cup of jasmine tea, you ... well, you know what you want - and what it should taste like. This is it and then some! Simply divine.
Light, fragrant perfect cup of Jasmine tea. Not as good on 2nd brewing, but perfect first cup!
Another winner. Everyone that I have served a cup to has asked for its name. Its on my reorder list. Just a pinch in a cup and hot water don't even use a defuser.
This is by far one of my all time favorite teas. fragrant, light and very flavorful.
Yes, they're pricey, but nothing tastes quite like the jasmine, green, earthy flavor of these. You get what you pay for here. A side note, you'll fall in love if you mix this with white peach. :)
I've tried lots of jasmine pearls- from many sources. I have to say, this is really fabulous. Believe the hype and the great reviews!
Great quality tea with smooth finish no bitterness. Acquired taste that jasmine lovers will enjoy. Pearls open gradually to reveal flavor and aroma.
Very smooth going down and the taste keeps bringing me back
Love the jasmine phoenix pearls, it has a great taste.
Very floral but not obnoxious about it. Great jasmine tea if jasmine tea is your thing.
