So as the jasmine bloom the jasmine phoenix pearls have a great taste.
Perfumy hand-rolled tea from Fuding, in Fujian, China. Each pearl is just one leaf and a bud. When added to hot water, the pearls majestically unfurl, releasing a delicate scent and flavor. Sweet and almost sugary.

So as the jasmine bloom the jasmine phoenix pearls have a great taste.
These pearls are fun to drink and fun to watch. Another reviewer mentioned that you can get 2 cups out of one teaspoon of the leaves and I agree, but don't wait too long to steep that second cup or the leaves will get too bitter!
This is now my favorite green tea! The jasmine was amazing and tasted awesome, even a hint of sweetness on the back end. It's not bitter in the slightest. The pearls open up as it steeps. It's really cool to watch. I had 2 cups back to back! This tea can steep multiple times without any decrease in flavor at all. At 3 minutes you see beautiful golden tea with a deep aroma of jasmine. This tea is worth the extra cost and I will definitely reorder this one again!!! WOW, just WOW, I'm very impressed! I though it would be good but this totally surpassed my expectations, LOVED it!
I don't like green tea very much but decided to try this one anyway. It's amazing. My daughter thinks so as well.
I love to watch the pearls unfold during steeping! It has a really wonderful scent and is a tasty tea. It can become bitter if you don't drink it while it's still hot so don't make more than you'll drink before it gets cold.
Probably my favorite jasmine tea. Definitely will buy again.
Oh, wow! I opened the pack and was immediately transported to a lovely trellis of jasmine! This tea is beautiful, with excellent jasmine aromas and definitely does not disappoint. A new favorite!
This is one of my favorite tea's I have tried through adagio.
One of my favorites. A nice scent and great flavor. I make tea at my work. One pearl is enough for a mug of hot water.
One of my very favorite teas. It steeps at least 3 times very well. I usually use 1 tsp and re-steep throughout the afternoon. Package says brew at 195 but I never brew this above 180 and never for more than 2 minutes.
I haven't met anyone who doesn't like this one yet. Pay attention to the directions, use a lower temp for brewing and I prefer it not as long. It steeps up to 3 times for me well.
Ordered quite a few samples to start my experience with quality tea and this was my favorite. Small pearls open into large masses of leaves to create a golden elixir with an extremely intoxicating aroma of jasmine. Tastes a bit astringent sometimes (still haven't perfected my brew times) but overall amazing tea
I love the light floral scent. It is not an overpowering flavor, but I like my teas strong, so I use about 7 pearls per cup and it is delicious! I literally drink this tea all day.
Lovely delicate flavor. My favorite green tea, period. It's also fun to watch the pearls open as it brews.
Best Jasmine Tea I've tasted! I drink a cup in the morning and a cup at night! Definitely would recommend this to any green tea drinker!
These were amazing! My first jasmine tea and I will be re-ordering!
This is my first experience with jasmine tea, so I have little to compare it to. But the aroma alone made me smile.
Delicate and floral. I love jasmine, and this didn't disappoint. Watching the small pearls unfurl was an extra treat.
I didn't know how to rate this tea, because I thought the tea was good, it's just that I've learned that I am not a jasmine-lover (and the tea really isn't to blame). If you like floral flavors, you will love this tea. If not, you may want to choose a tea without the jasmine or buy a sample first.
Great tea. Love the way the pearls slightly unfold when steeped. Fantastic flavor.
My favorite tea. Could easily drink this everyday. I only wish this one had a little more kick to it.
I love jasmine tea and my usual jasmine pearl tea has been out. This tea is excellent.
This was the first jasmine tea I've ever tried and it was wonderful! The smell is intoxicating. I was actually worried it would be difficult to drink tea that had such a strong smell, but it was delightful. I added a little honey in mine.
The fragrance with this tea is incredible. This was the first jasmine tea I ever smelled, and I was blown away at first by the pungent floral aroma that filled my nose.
Unfortunately I had a hard time getting this tea to brew strong enough without being too bitter. I only had a sample to work with so I didn't quite have time to perfect the recipe.
I honestly can't praise this tea high enough. It deserves to be one of the best-selling greens on the site, and now matches rooibos jasmine as my favorite Adagio tea (what can I say? I love those little flowers!)The jasmine here does taste sweet and a bit sugary, and its taste is long-lasting. The green is softer and subtler than the other green jasmines I've tried, which makes me feel as though I'm drinking a pure jasmine tea with just a few hints of green. It smells beautiful, like an entire hedge of blossoms. I'm definitely going to get a full 3 oz bag as soon as I can. Definitely do not overbrew this! 2-3 minutes is plenty, and anything else will probably scorch the tea so that the green becomes bitter and overpowering.
I was surprised to see that there were jasmine blossoms and petals strewn in with the tea pearls in my bag. I nice little visual bonus! Jasmine pearls are wonderful--light, airy, softly floral, smooth, and even though the taste is delicate, the mouthfeel is somewhat buttery, I think. It coats the tongue and palate nicely. If you're looking for a strong jasmine flavor, skip this one as you'll be disappointed. Go for the Chun Hao version, which has a more gummi candy sweetness. But the Jasmine Phoenix Pearls are soft, sweet, and meditative. Totally in love.
These are my favorite tea. I really love that they are sold loose and in bags which are great for travel!
Very floral and smooth. Slightly astringent, but not unpleasantly so.
I don't need to reiterate everyone's satisfied reviews. But I will say: you might think hey! This is an expensive tea! Let me rebrew!
Sorry, no. The jasmine is totally gone after the first brew and you just get a green tea that isn't exactly as mellow as it was before. Blaaaaaah. Disappointing... expensively disappointing.
But it's good enough that it's worth being totally un-re-brew-able.
Wow. I love the smell of this tea, don't over steep this one or it will get really bitter.
My favorite green tea. It can be re-steeped about two or three times and still smell and taste wonderful.
If you are into jasmine floral flavor, then get this. It's touched all over and very apparent. Because of the pearls I let it brew longer to make sure they open up all of the way. I like this tea better cold and of course with sweetner. It's relaxing and very jasminy floral so go for it.
This is a very pleasant tasting Jasmine tea. I liked watching the pearls unfold!
I very much like the jasmine flavor of this tea, as does my daughter from whom I have to hide it...
My favorite tea ever! I will order this over and over
Very light and smooth. The jasmine cuts the bitterness of the tea so it can be drunken in large amounts. Makes a very good iced tea as well. The large leaves are easy to clean from a filter.
I am hoping this tea is the same as Fujian Jasmine Pearl. I am positive that it is made by the same man. If it is the same, it is divine. I love the strong Jasmine that stays through several steepings but also allows the tea flavor in. I enjoy most teas that are flavored with Jasmine and or fruit. Love to watch the pearls unfold in a clear pot like the ingenuiTEA. I find the price to be very reasonable compared to the tea store you find in most malls.
If you want a tea that's very mellow, very soft, with just a little flavor, these are perfect. You don't really taste the jasmine until you swallow it down. otherwise, the tea tastes... soft. Yes, I mean what I said. Not for those who like their tea bold, but a great tea otherwise.
I really like this tea. I sometimes mix it with the sencha overture and like the combo pretty well
I love this tea. It is sweet and very floral. If you like jasmine tea you will like this tea
This is one of my favorite teas I've had, and by far my favorite green tea. I love the jasmine mixed with the green, and it resteeps well
I've been a lover of jasmine green tea for 20 years but it wasn't until I ordered from adagio that I realized what it really should taste like! So much smoother than other brands I've had in the past. This is my nightly brew!
I've purchased this tea from competitors and was very happy to find it here - and for about half the price per pound!
This particular is very delicate yet potent in flavour because it contains two tea leaves and one bud (the best bits) that are rolled up into a tiny pearl-shaped ball that, as many others have mentioned, unfurls as it steeps.
The jasmine scent, aided by tiny dried jasmine flowers in the tea, is strong yet not overpowering.
If you enjoy jasmine tea, I recommend you try this one. Steeps about three minutes. I find this tolerates boiling water better than most green teas would, and you can easily brew the leaves two -- if not three -- times to get the most brew for your buck. This is a top choice tea in my book!
A lot more subtle than I was expecting, but it is very good!
Tastes like cut grass. Meh I do not like green tea.
Tried it for the first time and it is my favorite tea now, have recommended it to many of my friends who loved the fragrance and soothing tea
I really like jasmine and I'm a huge fan of tea in pearl form. These were a win for me. Delicate, delicious, and kind of addictive.
Jasmines' are easily my favorite Green tea, and this one is beyond fantastic. The jasmine is at a perfect balance with the natural tea flavors here. It's not just another mouthful of jasmine and thats it kinda tea.
I understand why people love this tea, but it isn't for me. It has a really sharp, bitter flavor that I was hoping the jasmine would subdue but to no avail. Even with honey, I still ended up not finishing a cup.
Exceptional tea! Very calming and the flavoring of Jasmine with this Chinese green tea gives it a more interesting taste. This is definitely one of my favorites.
