Nice, light jasmine taste. Very refreshing and good replacement for coffee.
Perfumy hand-rolled tea from Fuding, in Fujian, China. Each pearl is just one leaf and a bud. When added to hot water, the pearls majestically unfurl, releasing a delicate scent and flavor. Sweet and almost sugary.

Nice, light jasmine taste. Very refreshing and good replacement for coffee.
Excellent flavor. Very tasty leafy flavor is complimented well with the jasmine.
A lovely lightly floral tea. The flavor was stronger than I expected and the scent is half the pleasure of drinking this wonderful tea.
This is a lovely, inexpensive jasmine, but only if water temperature and brew times are handled very carefully. If the water is too hot or the tea is brewed even 30 seconds too long it becomes bitter and dry. If done correctly, however, it's as good as any jasmine out there (with the exception of fujian jasmine pearls). I've also found that a quick pre-rinse of the tea while you're waiting on the water to heat will help the pearls open up better during brewing (especially given the short duration).
Steeped according to temperature and time, but there was something about it, possibly the jasmine was too strong. Might taste better using less tea than recommended per cup of water. Update: Loving this tea once I tried mixing it with white peach or peach oolong,it really balances the jasmine out nicely.
This is my favorite kind of tea, and I've tried several versions from different companies. Adagio's is the best I've tried by far. The taste is smooth and mellow, retains its jasmine smell and taste, and far surpasses Teavana's more expensive counterpart in quality and enjoyment.
This is my first green tea. Ever. It is delicious. The Jasmine makes all my coworkers wonder what I am drinking.
This has a mellow, comforting flavor that reminds me of the jasmine tea in Chinese restaurants.
It had a strong bitter almost medicine taste to it,had to adjust sugar and lemon. I followed the instructions on brew times so I didn't over brew
Has a nice jasmine aroma that is not too strong. It is pretty forgiving, but be careful not to over-steep, or you will get bitterness. This tea is quite nice when cooled down as well.
If you are used to the regular leaf version of this tea, be aware that the pearls have a MUCH stronger tea flavor. That being said, it a must try for a fan of the style. Also know that not too many pearls are needed to make a good cup, my first try wasted some tea I'd rather have back now.
Absolutely, by far, one of my favorite teas that I have had so far from Adagio. Every moment of this tea is incredible - the second you open it the delightful scent fills your nose. Waiting for it to finish brewing is tantalizing. Every sip is more perfect than the last. I CANNOT get enough of this lovely stuff.
This is a great nite nite tea. Such a great note of jasmine.
This is my favorite tea. I recommend mixing it with a white peach. It adds some fruitiness to the floral.
The flavor and aroma of this tea is devine. I love having a clear glass teapot, so that I can enjoy watching the pearls slowly unfurl.
One of my favorite green teas. Floral taste, but not overpowering.
Delicious green tea for people who don't like green tea alone. The jasmine makes a huge difference. Good mixed with peach tea.
If you love your green tea, you will love this. I personally was looking for something with more of the floral jasmine aspect of it. It was still nonetheless a good tea, just not as floral as I would like.
One of my favorite teas. It is important to follow the seeping instructions to get the proper floral hints.
Nice and light, not overly floral but long (and pleasant) lasting aftertaste.
Nice jasmine with a delicate flavor. Plus it's so fun to watch those pearls unfurl.
This is one of my favorite teas, it is smoother than other green teas and helps my stomach.
I love jasmine green tea, and this is no exception. The jasmine flavor is pronounced, but not too strong. I can still taste the tea.
Quite possibly my favorite tea to date. The smell of this tea on opening and after pouring is incredible. Flavor is delicate but pronounced. Best with no additives.
very good, mild tea. It smells amazing too. If you're looking for something to match Teavanna's Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls, this tastes the same, but less bitter (which is better) :)
Love this tea its very smooth with minimal astringency. The aromatics of the jasmine bloom remind me of the scent of a gardenia rose and lingers in the sinuses without overpowering the tea.
I think I'm finally going to have to admit I'm not a green tea person. I really really wanted to like this tea but it looks like I prefer bolder flavors. Opening the bag, I was happy to smell the delicate jasmine. The tea itself is a aromatic light green tea with floral tones. I found that I preferred the tea lukewarm rather than hot/warm.
I first had jasmine dragon phoenix pearls tea at a diner in DC and I loved it so much I went looking for it online. Luckily, Adagio carries it! I got a small sample just to make sure I liked it and it tastes just like I remembered it - light and flowery with that bit of yummy bitterness. Watching the balls unfurl in my IngenuiTEA is a nice bonus. I will definitely order a larger batch next time!
I have officially found my new favorite tea. I believe I mentioned this in a review about the Jasmine Bloom, but I have been looking for a great Jasmine ever since I got back to the US from Japan almost five years ago. The Jasmine Bloom tastes good and is fun, but the flavor of the pearls is much stronger. I had three cups yesterday and would have had more if I didn't have to leave my office to go to my evening job. I will recommend this to everyone, and as others have stated, you can get more than one steep out of the pearls. Definitely worth the extra money to get these over any of the other jasmine teas available.
I really loved the smell of this tea. It was worth it for that alone but the taste is nice, too. Just a half a teaspoon of honey and it was perfect. Second steeping was not quite as good as the first but still pleasant.
Phenomenal! The aroma urges you in and the taste closes the deal. It's my favorite. I'm back for more! The best tea I've ever experienced, by far.
the best for jasmine!would get this again if i had chance.
Tastes leafy, sweet, and smells great. It's also fun to watch it unfurl in the infuser.
This is my favorite tea. Love the smell and the flavor. It us calming and rejuvenating
It had been raining all day. My honey picked me up and my first question was have we bought any Jasmine tea? When we got home I was delighted to see two in the cupboard. We picked this one to try first and once I opened the bag I was whisked to the Japanese Tea Gardens in San Francisco. It smells amazing and tastes great. I do wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? Not drink delicious tea? Ridiculous.
I ordered because my name is Jasmine and when I opened to bag I said omg it smells like perfume. I immediately made a cup and it was perfect! I'm talking 'let me make another cup right now' perfect. I love the floral taste and I got 2 steeps out my first teaspoon of leaves so that makes me love this tea even more. Move over Gunpowder you're no longer my favorite green tea.
I've only just started shopping here at Adagio, but since my first order I have been hooked on this delightful jasmine green tea. Since I have glass teaware, I can sit back, relax, and smile as the pearls unfurl. And oh my, the aroma!!! It's a garden in a cup. Soooo good. Make sure and do not oversteep. My favorite tea!
Very flavorful jasmine tea. Use sparingly because the pearls expand a lot and it is easy to use too much.
After reading the description I had high hopes for this tea, but unfortunately it fell short in my book. The description definitely stated that the balls will expand in the water and it did! But what was lacking is the sweetness that the description mentioned. It was a good green tea, and you could absolutely tell this is in fact a green tea, but I was a little disappointed that it wasn't as naturally sweet as I was hoping for. It also had a slight bitterness to it, nothing that I've experienced from other tea companies, but just ever so slightly.
This tea is truly a revelation. Not only is it a delight to watch the pearls slowly unfurl as they brew, it has the most incredible jasmine fragrance, and when you sip, tingles your tongue. A sensual experience, from start to finish
Lovely fragrance, light, delicate, and flowery taste. I love it iced, but great hot as well. I prefer it with a wedge of lemon, and slight dash of honey.
I really enjoyed this tea the most of the 6 kinds I tried.
I love love love this fragrant and relaxing tea. It offers relaxation without making me sleepy. So it is a great evening tea for when I need to relax but still have work to do.
Love this, floral and light. I could drink it all day with or without sweetener. Just as good as the fancy expensive tea my room mate had at Dim Sum last week! ( Totally multiple steep this guy, it took forever for the pearls to unfurl!)
Tried this one on a whim in the store out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised! Extremely delicious!!
This is the most wonderful tea I have had in a long time. It is now my favorite tea!! Will be buying more!
I enjoyed this tea greatly. My favorite green tea.
Jasmine tea is actually quite good, I really enjoy it.
I personally enjoy a tea with a lot of umph, and this one definitely delivered. It has a wonderful, deep earthy taste that leaves a less potent, more fruity aftertaste. I did let it steep for longer than is suggested, in order to achieve that more emboldened taste. The suggested time is 2-3 minutes, however I let it steep for about six minutes, in 200 degree temperature water. If you're someone who enjoys a quieter tea, definitely do not let it steep for more than 2-3 minutes. if you leave it for the suggested time it becomes a much lighter tea.
Amazing. My absolute favorite tea! Smells so floral and tastes so good! :)
