It's a pretty standard green tea things to add flavor. It was okay but I wouldn't consider it that special.

Light and citrus flavored, really good for the first steeping. I feel that it loses much of its flavor after one though.

★★★★☆

I'm not a huge fan of green tea, but I liked this one. It had a mild flavor and was refreshing.

★★★★☆

A light green tea with subtle hints of lemon and orange. Neither of the citrus zest is overpowering, nor is the green tea itself strong. A nice, refreshing tea perfect to the end of a late night.

This is a great tea for the morning! The citrusy smell and taste is a good wake me up! Good hot or cold!

★★★★☆

Good flavor with a nice note of lemon. Very crisp and easy to drink.

This is wonderful green tea. Definitely would recommend.

★★★★★

My favorite green tea thus far. It has a good taste to it and was very good whilst sick. Would definitely recommend trying!

★★★☆☆

I gave the review an okay because it was not a bad tea, it's just very light even with a lemon soaking in it. I love flavor and I wasn't sure what to expect. My next tea is the mango to try and I hope I like it!

★★★★★

This is a fantastic tea hot or iced. A crisp citrus flavor that is a great 'gateway' tea for green tea newbies.

Didn't care for this one at all. Smelled good but tasted like it was mixed with pickle juice.

★★★★★

Pleasantly surprised by this one! Nice green flavor that's perfectly balanced by the citrus. It's a light flavor that's not too dry or acidic. Great with a bit of honey, and I imagined it'll make a really good iced tea as well.

Good not great...not the lemon I had hoped would come out. May need to increase the quantity of tea per cup.likely will not reorder this one.

★★★★★

I love it. Light and citrusy without needing any sweetener (I dislike having to sweeten my teas), and will doubtless taste great iced.

★★★★☆

Good stuff. The citrus with the green is a very distinctive flavor - it's like a citrus mix, instead of any particular fruit citrus flavor. Very memorable taste.

My husband is not a tea drinker. Occasionally he will buy a iced green tea when we are out. I wanted to get him off of the soda kick so ordered this with the hopes that it would be comparable to the Lipton Green Tea with citrus that he will drink. Well there is absolutely no comparison at all. He loves this tea. He will not touch the Lipton (nothing against them) and is completely off soda. I now have added this to my auto delivery. This is a very pleasant green tea with a touch of citrus that you cannot over steep. I make this 2 gallons at a time. This is the best iced green tea I have tried yet. I buy the loose tea and use a tea ball but you will still want to run this through cheesecloth, trust me it is well worth the effort.

★★★☆☆

Lemon flavors are a bit strange in this one. It's more of an artifical sort of dish soap cirtus aroma rather than real lemons or oranges. It's strange. I can't really say that I enjoyed it. I will try it iced and sweetened and hopefully my opinion will change as well.

★★★★☆

This tea has a fantastic citrus aroma. I was disappointed that you couldn't really notice it in the taste. Still a good green tea.

★★★★★

A clean flavor - fresh with citrus. I love the lemon aftertaste. Brewed for 2.5 mins.

Recommended to me by a friend as I'm new to green tea. This tea was very nice for me while going thru a cold, nice citrus taste on its own, although I added a little lemon to make it even moreso.

★★★★★

This is a great everyday tea with a great everyday taste you can never grow old of!

★★★☆☆

Great afternoon tea, would like the flavors to be stronger.

★★★☆☆

Well, the reviews calling this Fruit-Loops in a cup - they're not wrong. It's a very strong green, or maybe that was the way I brewed it. It smells exactly like fruit loops, so if that's off-putting, you're warned. However, it does do well as a component with other citrus-based flavors, so it's good as a blending tea. I don't particularly care for it straight.

A fruity compliment to the other kinds of tea I drink. Allowing for yet another delish option. I ordered tea bags after my first cup of the loose leaf sample I purchased.

★★★★★

A delicious light green tea, with hints of citrus in it. I like it a bit sweeter, but alone it still does well.

★★★★★

reaaly good tea, taste fresh, fruity, highly recommend

★★★★☆

This is a light-tasting green tea with pleasant lemon notes to it. I brewed a pot of it after first opening it, and enjoyed a cup or two hot, then I had to abandon my teapot and drank the rest cold. I found the lemon-citrus flavors more pronounced and refreshing. So enjoy this one hot or iced...The green tea itself isn't super high grade, but you could probably get an extra steep or two out of this one!

Not a huge fan of green flavored teas, but this was pretty good. Citrus is not overly tangy.

★★★☆☆

A bit too strong for my taste, though my roommate quite likes this tea.

★★★★★

Adagio's flavored greens seem to all be fantastic. After tasting the Apricot Green, I expected citron green to have the same type of buttery mouthfeel and heavy taste, but it's quite the opposite, and oddly enough, it's every bit as good as apricot in its own way. Citron green has a clear, light, fresh, effervescent quality to it that reminds me of an early summer evening.

This is the first time I've ordered a tea that I outright disliked. It smells okay in the bag, but once brewed it smells and almost tastes like dish detergent. Maybe it tastes better when iced, but I'm reluctant to try.

★★★★☆

This blend is particularly great for iced tea. The citrus aroma and flavor blend nicely with the green tea to make a very refreshing cup. Pour over ice, and it's magic. The citrus is a bit reserved. While many people may prefer this, I could use a bit more of a citrus 'kick'. Enjoyable and refreshing.

★★★★☆

A lovely tasting tea, a light green tea with a hint of citrus. Very tasty with or without sugar

When I ordered this tea as a sample, I was really hopeful. It seemed like a good idea and I usually like citrus. However, when I opened the package to smell it, let's just say, it wasn't that good. So, I made one cup just to try it. I steeped it for the appropriate length of time, and when I tried it, it was alright at first sip. Then the after taste hit. My partner described it best: it tastes like soap. We had to add some sugar, and it still didn't improve. I wouldn't get this again.

★★★★★

One of the best green teas I have tried! Highly recommend this one!

★★★★★

Love the green grassy taste with the citrus. Don't add anything to it. The citrus is not out of place or overwhelming. It 'matches' very well. Going to try this one on ice next...

very nice and light, crisp citrus aroma and taste but not overly sweet. a great afternoon tea

I bet this would have been lovely if I wasn't charged 7x for this purchase. Horrible customer service. No number to call waiting on a email, I would think twice before ordering from a site that charges your account 7x for one purchase!

★★☆☆☆

Not sure if my First batch was a bust or not but this tea actually made me feel a little sick to my stomach after one cup. Flavor wasn't strong and had a weirdness to it I didn't enjoy. I will give it another try to make sure I didn't make a mistake.

★☆☆☆☆

Used to be so much better when you had real lemon peel in it. Now it's just lemon flavor. A disappointment. Please bring back the old version.

★★★★☆

I received this as a free sample that someone gifted me and I was pleasantly surprised. Im not a huge fan of green tea but this has a lovely flavor and a sweet aftertaste.

★★★★★

Love. Love. Love!! Sometimes, I add a few jasmine Phoenix pearls for an added floral taste...I enjoy citron green every morning!

This is a great green tea, hot or iced, with a bit of sweetener added. The citrus flavour was was just right - not too overpowering when you open the pack, either. Highly recommended!

★★★★★

Makes a great summertime Iced Tea. This variety already has the citrus built into the flavor, making it a great choice for that lazy summertime drink.

★★★★☆

I feel this has an almost 'artificial' citrus taste to it compared to Adagios Citron Green of year's past. Still a good tea, but no longer one of my top picks.

★★★★☆

A nice orangey taste to finish off a perfect cup of green tea.mmm

★★★★★

I can't say enough about this tea. It is by far my favorite!!

★★★★★

I have been drinking citron green as my 'go-to' tea since I first discovered this site years ago. Even after all of these years it's still my first choice.

★★★★☆

Refreshingly light, Sprite-like sugar sweetness. Fantastic iced mixed with peppermint leaves and a hint of honey or simple syrup.

★★★★☆

A light green tea, which packs a bright and zesty taste without being too overpowering or underwhelming with its citrus flavor. This would probably be really good iced.
