I'm on the fence about this tea --- I have to be in a certain mood to enjoy it. My coworker swears by it, and has some with honey almost every day. I was told this would be a great iced tea, but I haven't tried that --- yet!
Chinese green tea with the delicate flavors of lemon and lime. An Adagio favorite, refreshing hot and iced.

The citrus notes seemed a little weak to me, but overall it's a good green tea and it's probably a good idea to not overpower the green with citrus anyway.
I purchased this tea for my boyfriend. He says he likes it as an everyday kind of tea.
This is my favorite tea. The citrus is well balanced with the green tea.
I make iced tea with this - often. My husband isn't a huge tea fan, and I'm constantly making him try tea after tea as I buy them. This one, though, is a big hit with him. It's very lightly fragranced and flavored - just enough citrus to mellow out the green tea grassy-ness. I brew 1.5 times the volume of tea (so usually 3 tsps per cup)for the amount of time indicated and then pour over ice.
I love using this green tea and adding some blood orange for my morning tea to get me up in the morning! Alternatively at night when I've got some work to cram in before the morning.
It has a strong citrus taste. I like this. the citrus isn't over powering.
I first tried this tea in a sampler pack...wow! The perfect lemon-lime iced tea!
The citrus flavor was a little stronger than I preferred and I felt as though it really just masked the tea, I'm just not really one for any sort of flavored tea.
This is great for iced tea. I love the citrus flavor making it perfect for summer.
This one has a very fine citrus taste while still keeping its green tea taste intact. It mixes citrus flavors with green tea to create a perfectly refreshing blend.
This stuff is fantastic in iced tea. I'm ordering a pound of it next time!
The citrus is quite mild and I would love it a bit stronger.
Got a sample size bag to try as I'm a person who likes a stronger cup of tea. Not my favorite, more on the weak side. Did try doubling amount of tea, but still was just okay.
Seems like a lighter tea. Not my favorite, but possibly a good option iced for summer.
not my favorite but i think i am just not a huge green tea person.
Upon opening this tea it smelled bitter. I mean citrusy-tangy-full-on mouth shriveling sour. I'm going to play with the steeping times but the first time I steeped it was watery and the second time it was bitter. The third time was a charm. and after a diabetes-inducing amount of sugar, the tea was simply delectable. I bought the sample and don't plan on buying more. But my friends seemed to enjoy it--so I guess it's a different strokes sorta tea.
Very light and refreshing. The citris hint really helped me reset after a long day. Just got home from a hot drive and wanted something quick and refreshing. This was my first cup using the ingenuiTEA and I am quite happy.
This tea is delicious and crisp, a perfect starting to the day.
Very tangy and fruity, and a very mild flavor. Reordering!
I'm trying to overcome my aversion to green tea - it's always been too grassy for me. This makes a great, mild cup of tea, and only gets a bit (not overwhelmingly) grassy if you let it steep for too long. Not my favourite, but a must-try for fans of green tea! I thought the light citrus sharpness was a nice touch and played well with the green/buttery natural flavours of green tea.
This tea smells weird to me, but don't let that deceive you! Perfect iced tea for summer. Add some fresh mint for a nice twist, or a little lemongrass or coconut pouchong.
i combine this with the mandarin green to make a refreshing and thirst quenching sun tea
Better iced than hot and mixes well with a strawberry herbal
Very nice subtle flavor that isn't overpowering but present enough to give your tastebuds an experience.
This was ok. I do not care for lemon flavor in the tea. I do like Green teas specially the Gunpowder. But the lemon flavor is just too much for me. If you like lemon and Green tea go for it you will love it!
Update... Oh how my taste buds have matured! I visited a tea shop that was serving this iced and it was so refreshing! The flavors all were balanced perfectly and the lemon was not too over powering. Lucky for me I was able to buy a few ounces to tied me over till I placed a bigger order :)
Strong, bold flavor. A nice morning drink to get you going
I love this tea ice cold with either a slice of lemon and or lime in it.
I think I'd have liked it better if the citrus flavor was stronger. I did not find any orange peels in my sample. The second steep had practically no citrus flavor.
This is great both hot and iced. We are a black-tea house, but this green tea frequently makes its way into our cart.
Very light tea, but then I've been addicted to genmai cha since I discovered it here and that ones alot bolder. This tea is very nice in the evening, I don't taste alot of citrus but I'm okay with that,I didn't want lemonade. I like that this tea doesn't give me dry mouth after drinking it like some store bought green teas do. I've buy this again.I wish I could tell you the color of it but I'm sitting here in the dark sipping on it at 10:00 p.m. and it goes down smooth.
This is one of the very best green teas I've ever tasted! Not only does the lemon-lime flavors give it a good taste, it is wonderful to drink iced in summer! This is one of the best teas worth ordering again and again, especially compared to some others I've tried. I can't stand 'earthy'(tha literally taste like dirt) or bland green teas. But that is my own preference. Definitely my favorite!
Honestly, I did not love this tea. The flavor was weird, but I am not usually a fan of green tea.
This is my all time favorite tea. I love it iced!! I drink a 32 oz container everyday for lunch.
This is one of my favorite tea's from Adagio. It is great iced and the perfect green tea when you're not feeling well.
So I take half citron green and half cherry green with a bit of lemon grass and blend them all together for a really refreshing iced tea... just coming into summer and I love grabbing up sample packs and experimenting at home. Give it a try, I can't keep the stuff in the house.
This tea had a good balance of green tea flavor with the citrus addition. Simple and light. Perfect for a basic cup of tea late in the evening. However, the citrus was a bit weak to my tastebuds. So, I would suggest trying a sample pack to see if the ratio is up to your preference.
My grandfather keeps asking me to order this, seems to be one of his favorites!
I'm a big fan of citrus and green tea, but although this was definitely drinkable, it had an odd aftertaste and I didn't like it nearly as much as the Mandarin Green. However, it's possible I got an older incarnation, because the bag says 'lemon and orange' while the listing online says 'lemon and lime.'
I've been drinking this tea for years. It's great.
Wow, this is the most delicious green tea I've ever had, and the citrus enhances the delicate flavor of the green tea without overwhelming it. Very balanced, definitely a new favorite!
I'm pretty new to green teas but I think I found a winner with this one. Subtle grassy flavor and hints of citrus combine to create a wonderfully tasting brew. I'm still searching for 'the one' and this isn't it, but it's certainly tasty enough to become a regular in my collection.
I really like the Citron Green tea. The citrus makes it a little less 'grassy' than most green teas tend to be. I'm not a huge green tea fan, but this is a good one that I'll have to keep going back to when I want some good green tea!
Eh. It could be better. Maybe I didn't steep it properly.
Very good. We brewed it warm as per the instructions and it was good but we really liked it iced.
Nice citrus tones, but I prefer adding to other teas than by itself.
Mmmmmm... Just finished my first cup of this and its wonderful, definitely one of my new favorite green teas. Knew I was going to love it just by the smell! The citrus flavor is much stronger than I expected which is awesome.
This is a great substitute for the constant tea that was a staple for me in college. I can only have 1 cup of black tea a day nowadays, since I have need to make sure I sleep as well as possible.
A wonderful green tea that does not have that grassy taste that so many green teas have.
This is my favorite tea so long as it is ordered at the right time of year. I find ordering it in mid to late November is best.
