First impression: IT SMELLS LIKE A SHIRLY TEMPLE! (For anyone not in the know: 7UP with Grenadine = Shirly Temple, A.K.A. Heaven in a glass.)
This was without tasting the tea. I picked up my sample order from the mail room this afternoon after class (ah, dorm mail centers!), and as soon as I got back to my dorm, I brewed a cup to see if the taste delivered like I'd hoped, and my goodness, did it deliver! It's not a Shirly Temple, but it's close enough that I'm no longer tempted to go out and buy grenadine to pour into my dining hall sodas. This is much healthier, too.
The funny thing is that I was only expecting a good green tea from this. Instead, I've got a replacement for one of my deadliest cravings. A plus!
This is quickly becoming a favorite. It has a nice light fruity taste, and it is great iced.
Smell was great. Flavor was a bit lacking. Still an OK tea.
This tea has a cherry candy flavor. The rose petals flavor, or any other flavors, do not come through.
I purchased this cherry green tea to give to my oldest sister as a birthday gift alone with the porcelain cup and infuser. I'm hoping she will like it and become a adagio tea drinker like I did.
I liked this. The smell is a little overwhelming, but once you brew it, the cherry mellows out, and you're left with something nice and refreshing.

I'll still drink this and mix it in with other teas but by itself it is very strange in smell. It almost smells like cough syrup and the taste is off to me.

Tart, sweet, delicious, this summery cheery tea is a delight.
Found this to be mellow in cherry flavor and not overwhelming in the green tea flavor. But the cherry flavor was there. Enjoyed it and may buy it from time to time but it isn't a favorite.

very light enjoyable tea. Not strong at all and the cherry is there, but not overpowering. Enjoy this one in the evening to wind down. I like mine without anything added, my husband prefers with a little honey, but less than he usually adds to other teas.
This tea owns a beautiful color and fragrance. The flavor is smooth green with a the sweet tang of cherry. What a wonderful surprise -- this pairing. Can't wait to try it iced.
I have only had this one as an iced tea. I can fill a large glass and sip on this all day. Gives me a happy summery feeling.

Right up there with Citrus/Citron Green as one of the best green teas that Adagio offers! Great pre-brewed scent, and the taste of cherry really shows through well in the cup.
I wish the cherry flavor was a little stronger. The smell is always gorgeous, but the cherry flavor weakens once you make it.
Great cherry flavor thought i would taste would be not a enough cherry but was great loved it.
It was not bad. I think I oversteeped it a bit. I am going to lower the time and temperature a bit next time, for a milder flavor.
Smelled like chemicals in the bag. When brewed it tasted like chemicals.
Cherry flavor is nice. I mix this with the matcha tea to add flavor.
This green tea is very fragrent, and has a good taste. I used a tiny bit of honey with it. Very refreshing cold.

...Well, this IS bubblegum in a cup... First, in the bag, it smelled like a weird mixture of cherry medicine flavoring and bubblegum. Then, when brewed, the cherry medicine smell disappeared completely, leaving only the smell of bubblegum. Now, it tastes solely of bubblegum... it's really weird, it tastes nothing like cherry. Not what I signed up for, but ok, whatever. Um, if you like that sort of thing then you should totally buy it though.

I think I may have been expecting something a little different when I first tried this. It tastes a bit medicinal to me, but I'm going to give it another try before I decide whether or not I like it.
A good green tea, for sure, but I myself wasn't a fan of the cherry flavouring. A little too overpowering. Very popular with my friends, though! And a decent iced tea to have available in the fridge for guests!
For a green flavored tea it has a strong flavor, if you steep it for too long there is a slight bitterness to it. Overall enjoyable
usually I save my big reviews for Fandom teas but I'll make this quick, the scent of the leaves reminds me of cherry lollipops, as for the taste, the flavor was a little faint because I may have added a little too much honey in mine, but I enjoyed it all the same and the scent of the brewed mixture was faint as well. overall, the mixture was simple and I liked it as a good no occasion tea.
Not awful, but not fabulous. The smell of the tea in the bag gives off a mix between powdery sweet cherry candy and that gross medicinal smell. But once it's in the cup and has a dash of sugar, it's really quite good. Probably would do well in a blend.
I have had a lot of cherry flavored teas where the cherry flavor was basically lost. Not the case here. Great tea.
Omg this is the best cherry flavored anything from adagio! It's cherry taste is PERFECT! Tastes like cherry candy and cherry fruit..and its disappearing from my cupboard waay too fast.:(

This tea has a nice cherry smell to it and it was a bit hit at my last tea party. I will order this one again.
The smell right out of the bag is honestly nauseating -- sickeningly sweet (think cherry robitussin). Fortunately, the tea itself has a much subtler taste (though I can't kick the feeling that someone has mixed some medicine into my tea). If you're a fan of very sweet cherry flavor, you'd like this. Personally, I think it might be better blended together with another tea to subdue the flavor a bit.

I read the reviews and thought I'd try this for myself.it does smell like cough syrup.but I thought I'd brew it first before I decided. Yuck. It tastes like cough syrup.the smell is so strong and the taste is even stronger. You can't taste the green tea at all. I then brewed passion green tea and added only about 4 cherry green leaves.it was better but still tasted medicinal. I'm glad I only ordered a sample but I will just have to throw out away and I hate to waste anything. I'm very disappointed in this tea.I love cherry flavor and was really looking forward to this.I still love adagio tea. Update: after talking to a tea expert ( I love this website feature)I've brewed it less time now and used less leaves and its better.
What a cheery cup this makes all by itself... I enjoy just a little bit of lemon juice in this... mixes nicely with Lemongrass as well.
My daughter enjoyed this one more than I did, but green tea is a bit mild flavored for me. That being said, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
This tea never disappoints! A strong flavor, excellent hot or iced.
