Am I supposed to untie these or no? There's a white string around all the balls and no instructions to untie or not to. Help!

Hello Brook! You can leave the strings on the tea to see a beautiful uncurling when steeping. Removing the string will separate the leaves and you'll lose the blossom shape.

Which is the best tea pot or cup to use to watch the blooms unfurl? I guess you wouldn't use an infuser with these.

Hello Dorothy! We would recommend a glass teapot or large mug, found here. You're correct, we wouldn't recommend using the infuser so you can watch the beauty!
