I really like it but, it's not amazing to me by itself. It is really good for mixing with other teas.
Bright Ceylon tea with pure vanilla. Soothing and cozy, like warm sugar cookies made with fresh vanilla beans.

I really like it but, it's not amazing to me by itself. It is really good for mixing with other teas.
Very good tea, not too sweet, not too strong. Will get again
It's not the actual vanilla flavor that's bad at all. It's the tobacco aftertaste that turns me away from this tea.
The vanilla flavor had some underlying bitterness that probably needed something to balance it out. Would probably be great in a blend, though!
I haven't tried this on it's own yet, but love adding it to the thai chai and valentines.
Especially good when mixed with the chocolate. Very cozy flavors :)
I tried this after dinner last evening. This is perfect for me as I sat down to relax for the evening. I will be getting this one again
Very strong but delicious vanilla flavour that got better the longer it steeped.
This is my favorite tea to sip mindlessly all day. It was the tea that converted me from a coffee drinker. I like to mix it with either almond or hazelnut or something fruity, and then top it off with a chunk of raw honey. It's a little weak, unless you use a HEAPING teaspoon or a teaspoon-and-a-half. If you like a strong cup of tea, use more leaves instead of steeping for longer than three minutes, or else it becomes bitter, and then you'll be sad that you've ruined what could've been a delicious cup of tea.
I am always a sucker for flavored black tea, and this vanilla is a great breakfast option. I always drink with honey and it is wonderful. I have also used it to make vanilla pumpkin spiced tea lattes.
I love this tea! It's not overwhelming or sickly sweet as I was afraid it would be - just a gentle hint of vanilla.
The other day I met a man, by chance, that both you know and I know, a certain Mr. B------- S-------, in Chayne Walk. I asked him how he was doing and, as you are certain to understand, he made a great show: all noise and arms and violent gesticulating.
He said, in no uncertain terms, that he had just returned from another of his encounters with the ab-human which were the basis of our relationship.
'Yegods!,' he exclaimed, 'I was drawn into an affair with a certain Gentleman of Sussex who had found, within his newly granted estate, a most foul and uncouth creature. I visited him and discovered that his assessment, though so often misguided in my field, was founded well.
With the aid of my pentacle of the usual design, I was able to discern that the trouble was with a certain concoction, of vile intent!'
He held my gaze of an interminable moment and said, to my aghast visage, 'Vanilla Tea!'
He then slunk away into the foggy streets of London, a shattered man.
Nice tea with a hint of vanilla, would probably be even better with milk and sugar!
This li'l flavored tea came as a free sample with one of my orders. With sweetener and creamer, it makes a decent sweet solo-vanilla cup, with a nice/basic vanilla scent, and a nice/basic vanilla taste. It's good for making blends more creamy, but I doubt I would ever buy it on its plain ol' own. Out of all the vanilla teas available here, I think I prefer vanilla oolong or honeybush vanilla -- methinks they provide the greatest depth of flavor, comparatively-speaking. Vanilla oolong has a warm, brown-sugary flavor, honeybush vanilla is wonderfully creamy in blends, vanilla green provides a burst of cookie dough-like vanilla flavor (and a little goes a long way), this flavored vanilla is okay (albeit a little generic, and do make sure you don't overbrew in order to avoid the dreaded too-bitter ceylon effect), decaf vanilla is very similar to flavored vanilla, only lighter and less-intense (and both need to be properly-seasoned with cream and sugar), and rooibos vanilla ... well, the tobacco-y, headache-y quality of rooibos drives me insane, so why on earth would I want to drizzle vanilla over that? :p I know, I know. I have a lot of tea-fan-shame over admitting that the rooibos curse is too strong for me. I'm dealing with it. I'm taking a moment. Aaaaand I'm done!
This tea was good, but I wish the vanilla flavor was a bit stronger.
I have been searching for a Vanilla tea for a year after my favorite tea shop in town closed. Thank you so much this matches the flavor of the vanilla tea I loved so much and is even better.
Mixed it 50/50 with some hazelnut I had on hand. So delicious.
I hardly every drink this by itself, but it makes a great blending tea.
Vanilla on it's own is pretty good. though, when it's mixed with other teas such as chai, it really brings out the flavor of the tea it's mixed with.
Its a little like cream but with a hint of sweetness
This needs a stronger vanilla flavor. It's there if you're looking for it, but disappointing.
Weak tea with a vaguely vanilla flavor. Earl Grey Moonlight is a much more robust and pleasing vanilla tea, in my opinion.
This was only ok. The vanilla flavor is very strong. I bet this tea would be better in a blend than by itself.
Not much of a vanilla smell in the bag. It smells sweet but not anything that I'd instantly recognize as vanilla. It's a little stonger a scent once brewed when the steam is rising up off the tea. I can't taste any vanilla over the flavor of the black tea.
Well liked at the office. Mild and flavorful. solid black tea
I thoroughly enjoyed this. It's not very strong though, so it may take a little sweetener to bring out the vanilla. It's very good mixed with other teas.
My husband really liked this tea, but it wasn't my style. Tastes like vanilla water.
Really good tasting tea, hot or iced. I even paired it with strawberry.
You definitely get intense vanilla notes on the nose of this as it's steeping. That being said, the flavor is very subdued and not all that exciting by itself. I find it makes a great mixer for more bitter blends to mellow them out and add just a touch of sweetness.
A nice subtle vanilla, good on it's own or great blended with other teas.
Straight from the package, smells great. I am not a leafy tea person, and I have been searching for something to fit my tastes. So far, vanilla is in my top 5.
Very subtle on it's own, but nice to add to another tea for a slightly different and sweeter flavor...
I really like the tea, very smooth, and the vanilla flavor comes through nicely, without being too sweet or overpowering. Some may find it is a little sweet for their taste but just right for me. I like to mix it with other to smooth out the flavor.
This is my go to staple! It is the smoothest vanilla tea I've ever had. It is also great mixed with other flavors!
This is particularly good mixed with mango or almond.
I am usually a big fan of vanilla flavors, but this one fell a little bit short. The flavor was weak, and not present in taste.
The vanilla is my absolute go-to tea and I drink several cups every day. It is fabulous with or without sweetener and has a taste sometimes of graham crackers. I love it.
Not as strong a vanilla taste as you'd want, nice but something in the black base is a little off putting
First time to try vanilla tea, it's great!! You can mix with black tea
This is our go-to for iced tea. My husband is addicted.
Ok. I wont lie... Vanilla anything is my favorite! I ordered the three ounce bag and it was gone within two weeks. I even used this to add more favor to my baked goods :) I love this so much. It is a must have for everything in life and always reminds me of cookies and love :3
The smell of this one reminded me a great deal of the almond oolong, but the flavor was fantastic. The vanilla was a subtle treat against the black tea. I got this one as a free sample and I don't regret clicking it as my option in the least. I'd drink this all day, hot or cold.
This is a very simple taste, but simply pleasurable as well.
This tea was ok. I didn't tast very mich vanilla in it. It was kind of plain.
Fantastic, earthy flavor! Very nice with milk also.
Had it not been a 'gift from adagio' I honestly never would have purchased this one, because if there is one thing I cannot stand it is vanilla or caramel flavors in tea.
This is an almost sweet 'go to' tea. Lovely. Love Adagio!
This is a pretty plain tea, which is not necessarily a bad thing. It is a bit disappointing if you're looking for something with a very strong flavor, but it still makes for a smooth, slightly sweet cup of tea. It's good for blending, and still pleasant, although I doubt I'll be drinking it on its own too often.
I really like this tea. It's smooth and very enjoyable as a morning pick me up!
This is just kind of bland. The vanilla is stronger as a scent than a flavor. Not bad, not great, just something warm and lightly flavored.
