★★★☆☆

I liked this. It was different than my normal favorites but I didn’t get much strawberry flavor, mostly chocolate

This tea is sweet and pretty good especially if you like a mixture of fruit and chocolate.

★★★★☆

This was a very cute and on point tea! I think the flavors work well together to create a beautiful cup.

★★★★☆

Nice flavor, but not as sweet as my husband like. @adagioteas

★★★★☆

Not too overpowering flavored black tea with a hint of rose.

I was wary to try this because Harney's version tastes like foral soap to me. I was presently surprised this was such a nice blend that reminded me of chocolate covered strawberries.

The sample I got of Valentines is pretty good. I can taste the strawberry though it isn t super strong. This tea tastes best hot. @adagioteas

Really enjoyed the flavor combinations of this flavored tea. I brewed the tea as recommended and it was perfect.

★★★★★

This is a nice chocolatey tea. There is a hint of strawberry which could have been a little stronger. I do not taste the rose petals which is fine with me. I added a little cream and sugar which complimented this tea very well.

A nice taste of chocolate and strawberries. I think I should have steeped it a few more minutes to get more flavor.

Nice aroma, but falls a little flat even when sweetened.

I Really enjoyed this blend, almost as much as I love Valentine's Day itself. I was skeptical at first because I know how perfectly rose and strawberry pair well together, especially with a black tea base. It was the Chocolate that threw me a bit off. I was so shocked when I tried this blend for the first time.. it was amazing! The rose cuts the sweetness perfectly with a subtle floral kick and it was just the coziest blend for a cozy night in reading romance novels or watching from coms.

★★★★☆

I just need to find the right sweetener for it,smells like chocolate strawberries,is bitter without sweetening it but once sweet it is delightful

★★★★★

SMELLS AMAZING!!! this smells just like a chocolate covered strawberry makes me want to eat it

★★★★★

First off, this tea smells amazing from the tin! It is a visual delight too, I loved seeing the rose petals. While it steeps, it has the sweet and juicy aroma of strawberries that have me dreaming of spring. At first sip, the strawberries and cocoa hit just right with a lingering taste of the black tea. This was most pleasant cup!

This tea is ok. I feel it l like I can taste more of the strawberry rather than the chocolate in mine. It has a bit of a bitter after taste to it and I prefer my tea more sweet

I really thought this tea might come off as artificial or too sweet. Luckily, the flavor hits a perfect balance. The primary flavor is tea and rose, while the dark chocolate and strawberry come out in the finish.

It smelled so nice, the moment I opened it I was hit with chocolatey goodness! The taste is just as good, a nice balance between the strawberry and chocolate. Just a little bitter, but it was easily fixed with some honey! @adagioteas

This is my favorite dessert tea! I've been ordering it for years. Highly recommend brewing a little longer and adding a touch of milk.

★★★★★

So yummy! My only complaint is that there were not enough chocolate chips in my packet. :) There were a lot of rose petals, which made it a pretty tea without compromising taste (I could not taste any rose in this, thankfully). I did not see any strawberry pieces in my bag. The aroma and taste was very chocolate-forward, much heavier on the chocolate but I could still taste the tangy strawberry in the background. This was a bit bitter--due to the Ceylan base and probably the cocoa nibs too--so I added some stevia and that really transformed it into a decadent dessert tea. I'm drinking this in my teaware mystery reward glass mug I got from Adagio over the weekend, and I feel so fancy! :D

I love the chocolate flavor. I mix it 50/50 with decaf strawberry to lower the caffeine content. Perfection!

★★★★☆

I got a sample of this valentines tea. I like the chocolate and strawberry combo

I bought a sample of this tea again because I couldn’t remember if I’d loved it or not. Now I know why. This tea is a bit forgettable. None of the flavors stand out the way I wish they did. I’d be better off mixing a rose tea and a chocolate tea.

Update, just received two requests for this tea to be included in any future tea gift packages. One by a 50 year old and one by an eight year old, it hits for the entire spectrum of palates.

Have enjoyed this tea for years. My daughter-in-law just got into tea and I sent her this tea in a selection of my favorites. It is now one of her two favorites. Now this week, I am sending it off to my Coast Guard granddaughter for her introduction (and adulation!). I expect her two young daughters will love this tea as well. That will put us five generations of tea lovers with this tea!!!

I simply can't live without this tea! It is my all-time favorite
and my go to 95% of the time. Tiny chocolate morsels make Valentine's a luscious treat for chocogolics.

This tea is outstanding! The strawberry and chocolate flavors are quite strong, it's very much like having a chocolate covered strawberry.

★★★★☆

Not a bad black tea, think it just has a bit too much flavoring added for me.

This is very good! It has both a strawberry and chocolate flavor

Yum! Tastes exactly like you’d imagine valentines day to taste. Warm, rich and chocolatey, with beautiful fruity floral flavors from the rose as well. I didn’t expect to like this one as much as I do.

Like a chocolate covered strawberry, had it without sugar or cream but guaranteed to be great without either, something I cannot typically say of flavored teas. Will definitely buy again soon!

Not good, not bad. Tried it plain and with sugar, not much strawberry

This is a good dark chocolate tea, ideal for winter days in my opinion. I like some of Adagio's other chocolate tea varieties (like Chocolate Chai Pu-erh & Chocolate Truffle) a bit more than this one, but nonetheless, this does not disappoint.

I want to love this and it's good, it's really good. It just bitters so easily with the rose. I'm a chronic over-brewer. I forget my tea ball in the mug a lot and this tea is so easy to turn from a romantic afternoon cup to a mouth full of yuck. Even when I set a timer the tea can be temperamental. It shouldn't need the extra dose of sugar or honey for my taste with the chocolate in the blend, but I often find myself adding some just to mask the problems

★★★★★

This is like drinking a piece of chocolate. Even better if you add heavy cream.

★★★★☆

When I opened the sample packet the strawberry and chocolate were so tempting I almost wanted to chew it rather than brew it! Once brewed, it was not disappointing. Like a no-cal chocolate covered strawberry. Yum! The rose petals were there but did not distract from the primary taste. This is an indulgence and to be kept for special occasions. Overall a very satisfying cup. I would steep at 3 minutes or less to avoid bitterness.

Utterly delicious. Just like strawberries dipped in chocolate.

★★★★★

They're not kidding with the claims that this tastes like chocolate dipped strawberries! This tea was great on its own, and has been great in all the blends I've been throwing it into (adding other teas like Almond, Vanilla, Almond AND Vanilla, Chocolate - anything that also has a 3 minute steeping time). You definitely do need to add a bit of sweetener to get rid of some of the bitterness, but a bit of sugar or a spoonful of rock salt does the job just fine. Great tea if you've got a sweet tooth!
