The smell is delicious - seems like it has almond extract added, and something else that is woody and warm. I will use this in a blend because while the smell is delicious, the flavored teas are of a lesser quality than most regular black teas on the site and there is a slight tinge of alcohol or something like it in the taste that is easily masked by blending with other teas.

An amazing blend not only do I love it, but my girlfriend and friends love it. This has to be one of my all time favorite teas.

It has that artificial flavor that a lot of Adagio's flavored blacks have. Brewing it for a shorter time period and adding dairy makes a nice cup.

Wow! This one smells super-sweet and tastes great. Excellent for a sweet treat during the day. Will have to try it iced.
★★★★☆
very good! a smooth tasting and comforting tea, with or without sugar.

I really enjoyed all the flavors of chocolate, vanilla and the Carmel. Very strong Carmel but really liked it
★★★★★
This was an impulse buy and am not sorry I bought it. I like the hint of chocolate and caramel. Makes me think I'm having something sweet and decadent but without the added sugar. It's my 'treat' tea at the end of a stressful day.
★★★★★
Very good and rich. Smells wonderful, tastes chocolatey and caramely!

It's okay-ish. Not my go-to tea but I'll drink it.
★★★★★
This tea is simply delicious. It is, without a doubt, a dessert tea, but when brewed correctly (I had a bit of issue with overbrewing and the caramel gets a burnt astringency at this point) it is very sweet and is especially beneficial in blends.

This is one of my favorite teas to add to blends. It adds a little bit of complexity and sweetness that you don't always get with a straight black tea.
★★★★★
This is a wonderful dessert tea when given a splash of milk or blended with cream tea. It may be a bit rich for some, I recommend a sampler pack if strongly flavored tea isn't your thing. This is not the same as mixing the Caramel and Chocolate teas. It's like the door opens and there's Caramel and Chocolate smooching. They fall into the door and continue to kiss, meanwhile Tea sits there with her hands in her pockets. Very upfront and bold.

Far too much caramel for my taste. Made it seem too sweet even the aroma was to strong for me
★★★★★
I adore tiger eye. I was a bit hesitant about chocolate flavored teas, but tiger eye has that wonderful caramel taste that almost dominates over the chocolate. It is very smooth, but strong and is very unique tasting to me. Very rich and cozy. I would list it as one of my most favorite teas next to chai and irish breakfast.

Kinda weak for my taste. A bit underwhelming. nice though

Toasty, chocolatey, warm, and delicious--super surprising for me, as I don't usually care for chocolately/sweet things.
★★★☆☆
I think this sort of sweet-ish, caramel thing just doesn't thrill me, generally. Not in a tea. I'm glad I tried it, though, and I'm sure folks who like this sort of thing would really enjoy it.

This is a very good tea. warm and inviting and I picked it up with a recommendation from one of the guys in the store when I described what I wanted.
★★★★★
My god this is some good tea. It has a real chocolate feel to it without being very sweet.
★★★☆☆
I was really looking forward to the taste of this one as soon as I opened the package. The smell of the leaves before brewing is fantastic. The smell of the brewed tea is wonderful as well. Sadly the flavor doesn't translate to the taste. It tastes more like weak coffee than the flavor suggests.
★★★★★
This tea has a great chocolaty taste that is all it's own. It's a sweet swirl of chocolate and caramel unlike any of the other teas, and is great for blending.

I really like this tea. I didn't get very strong notes of chocolate, but it tasted warm and smooth. A great tea for cold mornings.

Just the right balance of chocolate and caramel, with the lovely vanilla note coming out in the finish. What a treat.
★★★★★
Oh I just love this blend. It's great on its own, but I really like it mixed with a little coconut, too.

If I need to wake up or stay awake, this is my go-to tea. Black or with honey and/or cream, it is always good.
★★★★★
I like everything about this tea. The taste is a little chocolatey with a more complex background. It is rather smooth and and mixes well with honey. I generally rebrew this one multiple times and each brew has a slightly different flavor as the tea leaves weaken.
★★★★★
This is an ideal dessert tea. It has a rich caramel aroma upon opening, and the flavor sticks after steeping. Just a little sugar, or stevia as I prefer, goes a long way in bringing out the full flavor. The chocolate and caramel are both present in the flavor without a watery hot chocolate taste. This tea is perfect for rounding off a good, savory meal if you're too full for dessert.

This one was really nice. When I first opened the packet, it smelled a lot like coffee, which worried me, as I'm not a big fan of coffee, but it was really tasty once I had brewed it. The chocolate is the more dominant flavor, but once you drink some, the caramel does come out.

I tried two cups. I'm not too crazy about it. The first cup was over brewed by 2 minutes. I the second was brewed in 3 minutes. I added sugar to both and both times I was not too crazy about the flavor. Cream helps this tea so don't skip it if you try it.

This has been my mother's favorite tea for a long time, so after looking through her cupboard today, I decided to finally give it a shot.
In the bag, it smells delicious. The caramel/chocolate-y aroma wafts up and reminds me of Girl Scout cookies or freshly baked chocolate cake. I was really impressed and excited to try it, so I steeped it for 3 minutes at just under boiling temp.
In the cup, the sweet deliciousness from the aroma somewhat disappears. The black tea base comes out pretty strongly, making the cup almost bitter, and adding milk only seemed to water it down rather than cut the bitterness (disappointing). I haven't tried it with honey or sugar yet, but I hope a half teaspoon of rock sugar or brown sugar would help bring out the caramel and chocolate without ruining the nuances of the tea base itself (which I like tasting...but not in a 'in your face!' sort of way).
The chocolate I can taste pretty easily. It's the first thing that sweeps across my palate when I take a sip. However, the caramel needs a little more coaxing because I can hardly taste it right now. I think sugar would help that.
Overall, this is a tea that tries really hard to be lovely, and I think it has great potential to be a nice dessert tea without the added calories. However, it's not quite there for me, personally.

I was gifted this, otherwise I would not have chosen it. Pleasant enough, though a little sweet for my taste - works well when blended with others though.
★★★★★
Dessert in a cup! Caramel Chocolate and cream come together to make the perfect after-dinner tea. Much better for you than actually eating dessert! A little amber rock sugar does wonders as well.

This tastes just like a vanilla mocha! It's rich and chocolatey with just a hint of vanilla. Be careful not to oversteep as the base can get bitter and astringent very quickly.

After my first cup of this I didn't love it. It had a bitter aftertaste and for some reason reminded me of coffee, but about halfway through I realized that I had broken up an argument between my children and had possibly over-steeped it so I gave it a second chance, glad I did, its not my favorite but I do like it and if you're in the mood for a richer flavor this is a great one to grab, its cool and rainy today so it was a good choice. It is also one of those teas that gets better as you drink it and by the time you reach the bottom you wish you had more. JUST DON'T OVER STEEP IT!

This tea is drinkable but it tastes more like coffee than anything else. It's a bit strong and slightly bitter.
★★★★☆
Right out of the package, this tea has a strong smell, somewhat like that of flavored coffee. After brewing and adding a little milk and sugar, I can say it tastes nothing like coffee, which, for me, is a huge plus. I can definitely taste the caramel, and find it smooth and sweet. I will definitely order this tea again, though it's not an everyday blend.
★★★★★
This is a smooth, delicious tea. I add creamer and agave nectar and it is like dessert in a cup.
★★★★☆
If Rolo were a tea, it would be this. I bought this to put in a blend, but I like it by itself as well. It's a bit one dimensional in its flavor profile, but still wonderful.
★★★★★
This is one of my favorites. Flavorful and as good hot as it is cold. Great way to have chocolate and caramel without the calories. Steeped for 3-1/2 minutes at 212 degrees.
★★★★☆
This is a perfect 'dessert' tea for me. Not too terribly sweet, but just enough that it sates my sweet tooth.
★★★★★
I got this to combat my coffee cravings and now I wish I'd gotten the full size rather than the sample. Mostly caramel-flavored to me, but I like it and it's very rich and dessert-like.
★★★★★
Tiger Eye is easily my favorite of the lot. The chocolate-caramel is readily apparent without tasting artificial or particularly sweet. It seems like a little milk and sugar would make it a lovely dessert tea, but it's fantastic as-is. It makes a great iced tea and blends into other teas beautifully.

One of my early Adagio favorites. very nice flavor
★★★★★
Rich and bold, this is a perfect morning tea. It's got just enough sweetness and strength to get me ready to work, and it resteeps very well. Great with sugar and cream!
★★★★★
One of my all time favorites. Caffienated chocolate caramel punch to the face. :D

The flavour reminds me of oatmeal? Chocolatey oatmeal?? It's really good though!! Definitely worth a try.
★★★★★
I purchased this tea purely because of the good reviews it had. It is now my favorite. It is very flavorful.
★★★★☆
Has a nice chocolate flavor, I blended it with vanilla and it tasted better.

The chocolate and caramel flavors of this tea are really good!!

This tea is fantastic. The caramel and chocolate blend so smoothly, and the flavors go much too well with sugar.
I love this in blends especially. I wouldn't buy it alone in a big bag, but in blends it is amazing.
