This is such a /rich/ tea. The overtones are caramel, undertones are chocolatey, and there is a distinctive roasted taste about it...almost nutty. Perfect as a winter or dessert tea with almond milk and agave.
Our tiger eye blend will tickle your palate with rich notes of chocolate and caramel. Enjoy it in lieu of or with your favorite indulgence.

This is so good with a little sweet cream! I steep mine a little longer for more flavor
I like the sweet flavors in this tea, I like it even better with cream and honey.
Good tea for someone with a sweet tooth. Not my favorite Adagio tea.
So far my favorite of the several teas at Adagio that I love. Delicious, carmely, and chocolatey, with a hint of Vanilla. Need I say more.?
Tiger Eye is a new favorite in our household. When paired with a touch of soy milk, it is deliciously creamy, rich and truly delightful.
I love this tea, one of my favorite sweet teas of Adagios, tied with their Chocolate truffle. Its really wonderful, with a nice chocolate, caramel, and creamyish vanillaish flavor nicely balanced. Like most of Adagio's flavored teas, I like to brew this one at 200 to cut down on the bitterness so that the flavors can really shine through.
Awesome. My wife loves this stuff. I got her the three ounce bag as part of a gift, and asked her if she would want another. She replied "what's the point, I'm getting a pound when this is finished!"
Rich flavor that I absolutely adore. I'm going to be buying a full size order of this one. If you like black tea, chocolate, and caramel this is a must have.
I love love this tea. I will alway have this tea available at my house
my coworker took one sip of this tea and then stole it from me, so i bought him his own.
One of my favorites. I love this tea. Amazing! Hot or cool.
My favorite tea of all time. Without a doubt. I recommend this to anyone looking for a sweet, full flavor cup after cup!
This tea is great. A good flavor of chocolate with a hint of caramel.
I wouldn't say I like this as much as some other black teas, but it's a good change of pace from my usual rose black tea or Yorkshire Gold standard black. The chocolate flavor is very nice, not hard to detect at all. It makes quite a nice morning tea if you want something different than floral or fruit or spice.
Fantastic tea! Chocolate undertones. Sweet, cinnamony-chocolatey goodness.
Very nice chocolate flavor, but don't detect the caramel. Vanilla just right to complement.
Sweet enough to be a dessert tea, strong enough not to be type-casted as such. Much more well rounded than the ingredients might lead you to believe.
This is a really nice treat tea. It has a little sweetness and a good smooth flavor, but not too strong.
Really good - I could pick up on both the chocolate & caramel flavors. Second steep (added 2 mins.) was 'watery', but adding cream helped bring back the flavor.
This is a terrific tea for those of us with a hard-core sweet tooth and who want something robust.
Great spiced tea! I love this tea in the evening when I get time to relax and unwind. It is also very soothing when my throat is sore. It's great with some skim milk and honey
This is a wonderful after dinner tea, when you want something sweet but don t have anything in the house to have for dessert.
This tea has a deliciously rich flavor and enjoyably sweet all on its own. Still one of my favorites many years later.
It's a bit strong, it has a kind of bitter aftertaste that lingers for a bit. It's not terrible especially since a lot of black teas have that quality if they've been oversteeped.
We use it to make iced tea, mixed with Ceylon. It’s really strongly flavored but mixed with the Ceylon it’s perfect!
Oh my! I love this tea! It has a full bodied chocolate flavor that hits the spot. Finished my sample bag in record speed!
This is a very good tea if you want a subtle flavor of chocolate and caramel. The scents are much stronger than the flavors. It also feels like there's a good amount of caffeine which always is a plus!
Very well blended, I can taste the chocolate and the caramel. Ordered a sample, it is now on my buy list, about 1/4 of samples order have gotten on the list.
This is fast becoming my favorite tea to drink. The chocolate smell when you prepare it is just wonderful. And the smooth chocolate flavor when you drink it, really yum. Highly recommend.
The subtle sweetness and mellow taste of this tea was a pleasant surprise. It’s great on its own, but a bit of cream and sugar make this tea a special treat.
The smell you first get when you open ip the bag of tea is spectacular! The tea itself is also very decadent and the aftertaste is rich with caramel and chocolate. Wonderful! It makes a great cup of milk tea. It reminds me of brown sugar boba tea! Definitely on my list of items to order again.
I love this tea. it has become my go to tea to take to work and in my thermal mug I can sip all day...delish!
I really love the complexity of the flavors together. It's smooth.
A sweet, dessert-y tea that I definitely enjoyed! It tastes almost exactly the way you'd expect it to, so if it sounds good to you, you'll probably like it!
I think the reason I enjoy Adiago flavored teas so much is they use such a subtle hand with their flavorings. I am a lifelong straight tea drinker and have been turned off in the past by teas that overwhelm the natural tea taste with flavors that are in your face. Not so here. You get a great taste of tea first with the flavoring on the back of the cup. Nice job.
Quite a caffiene kick to this one. Rich dark chocolate, perfect bitterness and very delicious.
Didn’t appreciate until the end of the cup, stir frequently - the sweetness settles
Mildly sweet with a fantastic chocolately aroma. I drank mine with a splash of cream and it tastes like a less sweet hot chocolate.
this tea tasted good, but it was not strong enough and not enough chocolate. It claims to be the equivalent of David's tea's English Toffee and it doesn't come close! I mixed it with black tea the second time I drank it, and it was delicious.
Really good tea with some sugar and milk good chocolate flavors but not over powering the caramel is more of an after taste
Tasted so bitter have to throw this away what a shame
This is definitely one of the best caramel black teas that I have had!
10/10 would recommend!! ❤️️❤️️
This is great it taste like tootsie rolls I added a little cream, less than a table spoon of 1% milk and it was perfect. Without the milk or was a little assaulting and the smell was very strong.
this tastes just like a caramel candy! Smooth and sweet
Very drinkable, but still a little disappointing. The great reviews make it sound like a desserty chocolate flavor bomb, but maybe my sample was just weak? For me, even brewed with a heaping teaspoon of leaves, this is just a lightly sweet, mild black tea with faint caramel flavor and a whisper of chocolate. It does take milk well, becoming creamy without losing body; with milk, I agree with the reviewer who called it warm and soft like a blanket. I wouldn’t call it malty or robust, though — more mellow and relaxed.
this is a great cooler morning tea! Good flavor and a great aroma
This is one of my 'cozy teas' - warm and soft feeling, like being wrapped in a soft blanket on a winter day.
Cold brew this with the coconut black tea, add some caramel almond milk creamer and you get liquid candy bar in a cup. Yeah, I may be on my third cup of this today...alone its pretty good done as a cold brew (its nearly 100F here, so no hot tea for a while), lightly mocha-y and a hint of toasty caramelly.
I'm not a huge black tea drinker, especially not flavored, until I tried this tea. It's dessert in a cup and has a lovely, palatable aroma guaranteed to please just about anyone. Add a splash of cream and you have a certifiable treat!
