One of my favorites, this tea is great as a strong brew with milk. While I love the flavors present in Thai tea, I’m not a fan of the level of sweetness one often finds.
To tickle your taste buds with a tantalizing authentic experience, prepare your own traditional Thai Iced Tea by pouring the freshly brewed tea over ice, topping it off with your choice of sweetened condensed milk or coconut milk.

One of my favorites, this tea is great as a strong brew with milk. While I love the flavors present in Thai tea, I’m not a fan of the level of sweetness one often finds.
Like sitting at the beach! Tropical and fruity with a distinct coconut flavor. This would taste incredible iced on a hot day.
I have no idea if this is what thai tea is normally like but this blend is delish, I'm often trying to find a sort of spiced sweet black tea and this one is great. Very pleasant, great for boba.
Good tea!!!
I love Thai tea with some sweetened condensed milk or even the Thai coffee creamer
I love this tea. I have ordered more and more. I can’t get enough of this flavor. It’s delicious.
The added flavors are a little mild, getting overshadowed by the strong black tea. But they come out nicely with some sweetened condensed milk. I’m not a big coconut person, but who can resist creamy iced Thai tea. Might try to cold brew this too!
The friend I gave this to really liked it! I'm not into Thai tea like they are, so I'd give it a win for a good gift.
Love this tea! One of my absolute favorites from Adagio.
Wonderful variety of teas. Purchased as a gift for my son, who just traveled Asia and fell in love with Asian tea.
Not at all what I expected. It says Thai tea then has a list of ingredients not in traditional Thai tea. However you drink it and it hits the spot, a little milk and it’s really on the flavor profile.
The combination of spices and coconut is AMAZING. Warming and perfect. This has risen to be among my top favorite Adagio teas.
I added some sweetened condensed milk once I brewed a pot, and it was amazing. I tried it hot, but chilling it and pouring over ice should work as well.
This is a tasty tea, however it doesn't have much coconut flavor to it. As with other Adagio coconut flavored teas we've tried, the coconut seems to be a mere hint. May revisit this as a chilled tea, or with coconut milk added for a touch more flavor.
While I don’t have a comparison for this to other brands of Thai, I can say that I tended not to like this tea much hot. What it made up for in that, however, is how delicious it is iced, and as a Thai milk tea it works very well.
We serve this with a splash of sweetened milk and it is better than what we order from our favorite Thai restaurant. Highly recommend!
It’s alright. If you’re looking for a dope for classic Thai tea- this won’t do it. It’s good and does resemble the coconut taste of Thai tea, but won’t be a perfect match.
This is a pleasant cup, with hints of coconut. It doesn't really stand out for me, i had to try it again. I let the 2nd try steep a bit longer, but the tea is too robust for me to do that on this one. I thought it would pull out the coconut more, but it didn't. I still like it, but it's sort of, not bland, mellow maybe? Good, but not great.
This was good, and I am sure this is a case of 'it's not you, it's me', but I felt it needed a touch of honey to balance out. Granted, I rarely put cream or milk in a tea unless it has 'chai' in the name, so perhaps this was a matter of me not giving it enough 'go'. I will revisit later and give it another shot!
Loved this tea it’s been one of my favorites since I first tried it. Please make this into a tea latte to enjoy it in a unique way.
Absolutely love this stuff, it's one of my favorite staples. It's particularly great brewed strong with a spoon of sweetened & condensed milk. One of these days I'll try making it iced
This is a nice blend of of black tea and honeybush, with a hint of coconut.
Really good tea. I tried it hot with milk, when I do it again I’ll try it cold. Basically, if you like tropical flavors and dark tea, there’s a good chance you’ll enjoy this. It’s essentially black tea but with more complex flavors built in
I never would have picked this tea out on my own, but the communiTEA sample was delightful. It was tasty alone but even better with a little sugar and half and half. The flavors are well balanced and compliment each other perfectly.
I liked this one, you’ve got so many options with it. It tastes good just plain, though I did get at hint of bitterness. I also had it with some whole milk and eight drops of stevia extract over ice, and that was very good. It’s a lot like chai tea, I enjoyed it and I would get this one again.
Delicious black tea-- I brewed it normally and drank it hot, which is not how I've had any actual Thai tea before. I'm curious to see how it would be iced with some condensed milk, but as it is I enjoy it as a hot tea.
aug 24: still fabulous. had it on the first cool-weather day in along time and it was perfect.
this is fantastic - best use of coconut in a tea I've tried so far. the vanilla is forward without overpowering and the cardamom 'makes' it. I guess I'm into honeybush as a blend with black tea; keeps bitterness at bay. this tea could have been bad and it's great.
Absolutely love this tea! Tried it in the communitea packet, and fell in love. I went on to purchase more, and am happily awaiting its arrival!
Perfect combo on flavors.
One of my favorite black teas from Adagio. It has a tropical taste with the coconut, plus the great spice notes. This one really shines with some creamer.
Oh my, what a surprise. Before brewing, this tea has a mild aroma, however, once brewed the flavors show in the aroma alone.
I grew to enjoy this tea but I wouldn’t call it an exact replacement for traditional Thai iced tea
This is a really well-balanced tea with a refreshingly smooth blend. The vanilla and coconut work well together nd it doesn't taste synthetic.
This is one of my favorite teas. The balance of sweet and spicy notes, combined with some milk and cream is heavenly. Great tea hot or iced!
This is a very aromatic blend and is designed to be sweetened with milk and can be iced. Boba is optional.
This was a real treat. With a little monk fruit and a splash of vanilla almond milk. Yes, I like it sweet!
Bold and aromatic, this tea offers a perfect balance of spices and sweetness, reminiscent of street stalls!!!
Good flavor and decent for making Thai iced tea. The color isn't as strong as typical Thai iced, but it tasted nice and was fun to make.
Excellent tea! I brewed 5 min at 195 F and added ~1/2 tsp whipping cream and 1 tsp honey. I usually don't like coconut but this was very good.
Not a typical cup of Thai tea to me - the addition of the coconut adds something different, but it's something I like.
This is an OK tasting tea, it just isn't a very strong flavor. Steeped at 212 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
Lovely, lovely, lovely! I haven't figured out the perfect ratio of sweetened condensed milk to tea to get the authentic thai iced tea flavor but I am trying. Very good either way.
I really love this tea! Add a little milk and it's like getting Thai tea out without spending all the money. Super delicious.
Delicious, great both cold and hot. great with sweet cream or plain!
This tastes just like it did in Thailand. But I can make it on my own and without the buckets of ice.
Very yummy and coconutty! Perfect amount of spice and creaminess. This is one of my go to teas in the afternoon.
Really delicious. I added a little bit of cream, and some honey, after steeping for a few minutes. It really hit the spot.
I love Thai tea and this one has great flavor to be enjoyed hot or iced with sweet cream. Definitely holds up to a second steeping!
I love this one cold with half and half and sugar - it's so good this way it feels like a waste to drink it any other way, but I'm sure it would be lovely on it's own too. Great juicy, complex flavor.
I brewed a big batch of this for making thai teas with... very good. Can't say the coconut came through very much but I didn't try it on its own beforehand.
My first time trying this tea, doesn’t come close to what it tastes like at a restaurant, but that’s mostly my fault
I’m going to get some sweet condensed milk and try it again, but I do love it even though all I have is a little bit of rock sugar and almond milk
