Good and cinnamony. The recommendation on the label says 3 minutes steeping at 212 deg. I chose to steep for 5 minutes, which made an extra-spicy cup. Good with milk!

The cinnamon flavor is lovely, soft and rich. The smell is very nice, too. I think I might prefer a slightly heavier hand with the cloves.
