So perfect for the winter, especially with a spoonful of ginger mixed in.
This tea packs the perfect punch of cinnamon flavor, blended with Ceylon tea, orange peels, and cloves.

So perfect for the winter, especially with a spoonful of ginger mixed in.
This is a fantastic tea if you like Cinnamon. Times and temps are crucial on this tea.
i liked this, not usually my thing but it blends well
I was expected a spicy cinnamon tea with the name fiery. It fell flat
Loved it! This tea had a strong flavor and a good bite.
This is exactly what I was expecting- spicy cinnamon flavor. Almost like red hot candies but not artificial tasting. I did not add sugar since it is sweet on its own. It is a well-balanced tea, I think it is my favorite from this company so far that I ve tried.
I love my cinnamon teas and this one was excellent! Not too much flavor and not too little.
Perfect after a cold day of doing outside chores, this tea warms you up to the very core. I haven't decided if I like this or the Masala Chai better, but it's very close. This one is a little spicy, for those of you who are worried about heartburn.
Love this tea. The cinnamon is just powerful enough to taste, but not to overwhelm.
Great tea for fall. Had a great aroma. Got it for my brother, he loved it.
Nice and spicy but not overly so, great flavor and seasonal
This used to be a staple for me. Sadly, the Feb. 2024 order I received is definitely not the same, therefore I am posting this updated review.
Balance of black tea and cinnamon is off. Too much cinnamon, the black tea is barely noticeable even when placing in my steeping basket.
This tea is great for cold nights and Holiday Cheer.
Ooh lord, this is a nice spicy (not hot) tea. The only issue I had is the sheer amount of cinnamon powder in the tea. Before steeping, you may just want to sift it out a bit, otherwise you may get cinnamon sludge at the bottom of the mug.
This is amazing!! If you love cinnamon, this is a must try. Warms you up and smells good. Put in some sweetener and it s like Big Red gum in a liquid form.
On every level is like a Red Hot or a Fireball, but without the sugar! Perfect!
This tea is wonderful on its own. I also add it to other teas, such as Masala Chai and Pumpkin Spice, for additional zip.
Not a chai type of spice. This has a GREAT cinnamon flavor! The other flavors subtly complement the cinnamon without reaching out a grabbing your attention. I have been shying away from black teas of late but I really like this one!
huge cinnamon kick...really spicy..add a bit of honey to soften it
Cinnamon is one of my favorite flavors and this tea reminds me of cinnamon candies. It has a strong but smooth flavor, not sharp.
It's better than the regular cinnamon, there's a definite spicy aftertaste, but it's just not as good as some of the other spiced offerings.
BETTER THAN HARNEYS CINNAMON TEA. i THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE ADAGIO A TRY BEFORE BUYING HARNEYS AND IM GLAD I DID!
Cinnamon is my favorite flavor in the world. This tea really disappointed me. When something says hot and cinnamon, you expect it to be spicy and bursting with cinnamon flavor. It had neither. Perhaps I've been spoiled by another brand, because this was bland and boring. I could barely taste the cinnamon. Maybe it's the type of cinnamon used, I don't know, but it made me sad. It's just too mild. I tried drinking plain, I tried drinking with milk, and I even later added a touch of sugar and nothing helped to make this the tea I wanted it to be. For now, I'll stick with other delicious flavors of adagio tea, and leave the cinnamon tea to the other brand (which is heaven.)
Perfect tea for chilly evenings...or anytime!! The flavors are wonderful!
I was hoping this would pack a stronger punch. The cinnamon flavor is mellow and warm, but I probably wouldn t choose this over any other cinnamon tea variety.
This is a pretty weak tea. I was hoping for something with more flavor than the regular cinnamon, but it doesn't have it.
The first time I brewed this tea was with my Ikea infuser (read big holes) that was a mistake. The inside of cup looked like that rim of a margarita glass, but with cinnamon. Inedible. Round two with my mesh infuser and the tea was drinkable, but not impressive.
A nice live of spice - the cinnamon adds warm comfort.
YUM. I want to smell the way this tea tastes. I knew it would be good when I opened the package and got a big puff of soft brown cinnamon powder in my face! Perfect for Christmas, but I ll be re-ordering at all points during the year.
I love this tea! The amount of spice is just right. I added some to the pumpkin spice tea and to the Masala chai to give it an extra kick. No sweetener needed. Hot cinnamon spice def made it in my home tea stash.
Cinnamon-y, spice-y, and deliciously nice-y, this tea makes a truly amazing mix-in whenever I want to add a little extra cinnamon 'oomph' to a blend. (In fact, I'd love to be able to use this tea *in* blends -- just in case anyone from Adagio is out there listening! Expand the teas we can blend with, pretty please?)
This is my fall morning go to tea. Not too sweet and just spicy enough.
Definitely a lot of cinnamon, but it is a little light on actual tea.
The taste was great, but I found quite a bit of cinnamon sediment as I neared the bottom of the cup, and it was a bit too gritty to finish. I probably won't be ordering this one again.
Good cinnamon flavor. A little too much orange for me.
tastes like cinnamon Red Hots...Great lasting flavor.
Love cinnamon, and if you look at the ingredients, it is Cinnamon, Cinnamon, Cinnamon!
It s not as spicy as I thought it would be. Sometimes I add orange tea with it to give it a little citrus kick. Still great for a chilly morning. I enjoyed it a lot, but I wouldn t say it s my favorite.
I can definately smell and taste the cinnamon in it. Might be even better with little bit of honey and/or milk.
I love this stuff way more than I expected. I haven't tried it just on it's own, though. I add a tsp or so to vanilla/cream black tea and it makes it taste like chai. I also tried adding it to the pumpkin spice that's out right now, and it's to die for! Update: One thing to note, when you're brewing it in the ingenuitea style diffuser, the ground cinnamon near the bottom of the bag does not strain through the fine wire mesh so the tea stops draining halfway through a cup.
Beautiful color and bold flavour. Definitely would order this one again.
Very strong cinnamon flavor. Slightly bitter if oversteeped (but what black tea isn't?), but basically the platonic ideal of cinnamon teas.
I ordered this tea for blending purposes, because I really wanted something cinnamon-y to add to different teas. I wasn't sure I'd like it on its own, because I've had other cinnamon spice teas from different places and they've been waaaaay too strong for me. This one is delicious, though! It's got great cinnamon flavor without the really intense spiciness that cinnamon can have. I liked this on its own and I'm really excited to add it to other teas!
This is so much better than Adagio's regular Cinnamon! Much more flavorful. The inside of the pouch is literally coated in cinnamon. This will blend beautifully with my other teas and serve as a fall morning treat.
Delicious! Not too spicy, just the perfect tea for fall.
Holy cinnamon, Batman! This is half-cinnamon, so I knew it was going to be spicy. It wasn t hot cinnamon in the Red Hots candy sense, but it s very cinnamon-y. It s pretty drinkable as-is, but it would be great to add a punch of spicy flavor to a blend.
Fell in deep satisfying love from first sip. I believe this will become my new fall beverage of choice.
Need something like the paper tea filters to brew it in, or you ll end up with ground cinnamon in the bottom of your cup. It s pretty tasty, though. Not as hot as I would ve liked, but I like stuff like this extra-spicy, so you should probably let your own taste buds be the judge of that.
For my tastes, this is not quite spicy enough. The balance of flavors is yummy, and the scent is fantastic, but the heat of the cinnamon that tingles the nose when you smell it just doesn't hit the taste buds with the same force. Still an enjoyable cup of tea, but I won't rush out and buy more. (In fairness, I do prefer my cinnamon very, very strong!)
It is mostly cinnamon. I was hoping for a more spicy cup, with a bolder black-tea undertone. It will warm you up, though. It's a great mixed with other black teas, or even dashed in with ch'orange pu'erh!
