Really good tea!! It’s a little spicy for me but I love cinnamon and when mixed with oatmilk it’s really good
This tea packs the perfect punch of cinnamon flavor, blended with Ceylon tea, orange peels, and cloves.

Really good tea!! It’s a little spicy for me but I love cinnamon and when mixed with oatmilk it’s really good
Delightful - like a warm embrace in a cup! I love all things cinnamon, so no surprise this one was a hit for me. Highly recommend enjoying with honey and a splash of cream.
Bought this for my sister. She loves it! I tried a cup and it was very good. Tasted like red hots, but still cinnamony.
This tea was absolutely delicious! The cinnamon came through perfectly spicy. I will purchase this again.
While I enjoy the blend of flavors in this tea, it not quite robust for my tastes. I wish it was a little punchier. Otherwise it’s a nice blend.
As you might expect, there’s a lot of cinnamon in this one, which is a good thing in my book. Delightfully spicy, kind of as though you took a handful of Red Hots candy and melted them into your tea.
Update Feb 2026: I do love this tea, but I guess the oils in it did something to my tin. The acrylic lid on the tin is “melted” and foggy on the inner surface - be aware of that if you store it in any sort of plastic this tea could damage the container.
This tea has a very strong cinnamon flavor. A little too strong for my liking to have on its own. However, I like to add this to other teas to create my own blends.
Pretty good taste. I like adding it to a couple of other teas like dandelion root and milk thistle to make them taste better.
This was another favorite flavor for both my husband and me. It is quite comforting on a cold evening.
This tea was way better than I thought it would be. Definitely one that needs a bit of sugar due to the cinnamon and cloves, but oh my goodness its a very good tea. I love it because the cinnamon and tea helped my sinuses and warmed me up. Definitely one that I will be drinking again. For me, its not an every day tea, but definitely a sick day or cold day tea. Will definitely buy more when I run out of what I have.
Strong cinnamon, just the way I like it. Forever and always my very favorite variety from Adagio. Perfect if you like bold, warming spices.
EDIT Jan 2026: it's no longer 'fiery' cinnamon spice, it's 'sweet' and it's no longer as good. Kind of weak honestly. I miss the old recipe!!
I didn't enjoy this flavor at all. Just not my style but I'm sure others may enjoy it. The sweet profile was a bit much for me.
I absolutely love this tea. The cinnamon is very strong, but that's exactly what I want in a cinnamon spice tea.
Delicious holiday and winter tea. Exactly what I want on a cold winter night. The cinnamon is perfectly powerful
Not a personal fan of the cinnamon in this tea. It is very over powering. Others who live cinnamon might love it
A bit too sweet for me, but mixes well with blood orange
Completely a personal preference, this tea wasn't for me. I didn't find this to be a 'Sweet Cinnamon' Tea, but was much more of a 'Fiery Cinnamon' Tea still, more akin to the Big Red Gum flavor, which I am not a fan of. However, a colleague of mine absolutely adores it, so I'm very happy about that!
I mistakenly brewed this to share with a guest. I say mistakenly bc my guest, a lovely and longtime friend, promptly announced that she would be taking the remaining sample home with her. This tea brought the sweet heat of cinnamon that was nicely blended with subtle orange flavor. I did add a spot of milk to mine, but it was also apparently good black as my guest took her’s. Smells really nice when brewing too.
I’ll be ordering more!
This is the best cinnamon tea I’ve ever had! Even as it got cold it tasted good. It does leave a cloudy residue in the bottom of the cup. It’s from the cinnamon. Didn’t bother me but I figure I would mention it so new buyers don’t think they bought a bad batch.
This tea is perfectly spicy and fiery. I think it could be even more spicy but I love the flavor of this tea.
Sweet and spicy but not overpowering. It has a warm cinnamon aroma and don't need any sweetener. Reminds me the perfect cool autumn day.
The sweet cinnamon spice is good, but I find it to be a bit overwhelming. The cinnamon flavor is very strong and it lingers in the teapot and affects the next thing you brew.
What can I say about cinnamon spice?
It smells quite amazing. It’s really quite nice.
While it’s perfect for fall, or anytime at all…
When making this purchase, I didn’t think twice.
First, let me say that I have never been unhappy with any other tea that I have ordered from Adagio in the past. I was certainly looking forward to this tea as I love a cinnamon flavored tea. However, there is absolutely no cinnamon essence or flavor that I could smell or taste. Am so disappointed. I purchased the 16 oz bag of loose tea, brewed it exactly as directed using only pure water. Not happy since I probably won't be using up this tea at all, what a waste of money.
The cinnamon really overpowers the other flavors, I didn't even get notes of orange or cloves. I like cinnamon and I'm glad that I tried it, but I won't be ordering more.
If you like cinnamon you will enjoy this tea. Strong clove flavor as well. Adding honey or your choice of sweetener makes it that much better. You might like a hint of creamer too.
its a great tea if your into cinnamon with a kick it blend of sweet with spicy truly works well together and both can be tasted strongly though out the tea so would highly recommend for anyone who's a fan of cinnamon alot. i tryed it and i loved this tea.
This one was very good. Naturally sweet and a cozy comforting tea. I only gave 4 stars bc there was a thick residue of something I assume was cinnamon in the bottom of my cup. I thought it was odd, but I will most likely finish the pouch that I purchased bc it was tasty.
Really liking this tea. Smells like heaven. Nice strong flavor. Found that it is good hot or cold.
Sweet Cinnamon Spice is a bold and flavorful tea. The cinnamon really stands out, with a strong, sweet, and slightly spicy taste. It reminds me a bit of cinnamon candy, but in tea form. It’s naturally sweet, so I didn’t need to add anything. If you like strong cinnamon flavor, this one is a fun and warming choice.
Love this tea and will reorder! Just the right amount of Cinnamon-spice and sweetness. It also works well over ice without sweetners. Yum!!
I tend to shy away from spicy teas however I wanted to try this in a blend I'm dreaming of! The cinnamon was sweet and strong but not spicy hot. This wouldn't be a tea I could drink alone as is but do believe it will work in a blend. Enjoy!
very tasty! I like to add a teaspoon tip in with some of my favorite teas to give it a sweet cinnamon undertone.
I've tried most of the strong cinnamon spice teas from various vendors, and this one has an advantage over the others in that it's not based in overpowering cinnamon oil; it doesn't get greasy or harsh. But it's fairly one-note in flavor, without much depth or nuance. It's a solid cinnamon flavor, actually better than the cinnamon black, and it will be nice mixed with some nut or citrus teas to complement that cinnamon. But I don't know that I would buy it regularly.
Updated review: The changes to the formula when it became Sweet instead of Fiery balanced the cinnamon a little more and added some sweetness to the mix. I don't drink this on its own but I do make a super-powered chai blend with this, the Pu-Erh Spice, and the Raja Oolong Chai, and that is the perfect sweet-spicy cup, especially for first thing in the morning and on frigid days.
This tea is one of my favorite teas. Just the right amount of sweetness without adding honey or sugar. For a little extra sweetness, this tea tastes great with their cinnamon honey.
Good flavor. There was nothing overly amazing though
very delicious, would buy again, the sweet to spice ratio is very good
Some people might say this is too much cinnamon, but not I! Black tea is a nice pick me up in the morning, but I'm not the biggest fan of the taste without sweetener. This however, tastes like red hots candies all on its own. A definite buy again for me!
Nice mild tea I love cinnamon. This did not disappoint
This one really impressed me. I could have sworn that there was sugar in it! It's a little one-note, but I believe that it will be a valuable component for blends because of that sugar sweetness.
This tea is great for cinnamon lovers! I found the cinnamon flavor to come through nicely
Bigelow cinnamon stick used to be a favorite tea but now that I prefer loose leaf tea I needed to find something that compared and this did it for me it exceeded my expectations a nice comforting cup of tea
By far my FAVORITE! This one is hands down the best there is to offer.
Pretty good but I would have preferred more cinnamon
Love ❤️ 😍 love love this tea. Very strong cinnamon taste. I absolutely love it 😀 buying more for sure
Lovely cinnamon flavor that does not require any sweetener. I drink this when I want an alternative to the masala chai.
This, with peppermint and toasted matte is a combo that I adore. It's one of my favorite mixes and I love making it!
Well that was a cinnamon punch! I did like it just maybe wasn’t ready for that much of a cinnamon punch.
I thought this one would be spicy, but it really wasn’t. It had way too much cinnamon, especially ground cinnamon in it for me. It appeared to be about 1/2 a tsp at least left in the bottom of my mug. I didn’t drink all the way to the end for fear of too much cinnamon. If you live cinnamon, this one might be for you! I wish I could’ve tasted the orange, but I didn’t.
Update: CommuniTEA sample: 3 min @ 212 F. This tea is not fiery nor spicy as it used to be called, and it seems more artificially sweet than actually sweet to me. I genuinely think there's too much cinnamon in here, it's dusty and blocks out any other flavors and textures from the mouth. The tea smells more like a cinnamon candle to me than actually something consumable. It does smell good, but there's a weird waxy aroma, and it just doesn't have any other taste notes to it besides cinnamon.
CommuniTEA sample: 3 min @ 212 F, this tea isn't bad, but it's not really what I was hoping given the name and description. There's a lot of cinnamon, and that's noticeable as I felt like it was much lighter as far as teas - less flavor and color to the liquor. The cinnamon overwhelmed the aroma and was very sweet! I wouldn't call it fiery though, expected something spicier. And by the second infusion, it had very little flavor. If you like sweet cinnamon, you'll like this one though!
