Normally I love rose tea, but something tasted a bit off with this one. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but it definitely tasted more bitter than other rose teas I've had.
I loved it. Completely reminded me of summer and the roses my mom grows.
A good tea, Couldn't taste any bitterness, and the rose scent is just right - not too weak, not overpowering. Definitely something to get if you like a simple black tea with a delicate rose scent and taste. Not my favorite tea, but it's a gem for anyone that's really into roses.
My distaste for rose should not be seen as any reflection of the quality of this tea. I really just don't like it, unless it's rosewater macarons, especially not as a black tea.
The smell had me worried at first because it smells just like potpourri. But once I tasted it I really liked it. Then again, I happen to love the flavor of roses. My mother didn't like it because they don't like it because she doesn't like 'eating flowers.'

I was iffy about a black tea with rose because it's hard to get a good balance between the two, but this was great. The rose flavor is strong enough to taste with the black tea and neither really over powers the other. I prefer this to plain rose tea because of that - the flavor is a bit stronger.
I really like the taste of rose in tea, so I wanted to order something that might be nice added to other teas as well as on its own. Turns out this is perfect, very rosy and pleasant (though with some care as it can get a little bitter if steeped too long). I've tested it with mint, chocolate, and cinnamon teas, and might add it to a chai sometime, too, all were good, and the rose-mint was especially lovely iced. I'll definitely buy this again when I run out. ETA: Rose chai is -amazing-, and I definitely bought more when I ran out. :)
Not my favorite but not bad. A little too rosy for my taste.
A good tea but could use a little more rose flavor. It was a very subtle rose. It's nice but I don't know if I'll buy it again as I was expecting something more bold.
This tea is interesting. It's sweet, but not in the herbal tea kind of way. It's a lot smoother than you would expect by tasting it. Warm, it doesn't really have a flavor past the black tea, but the aftertaste is interesting and warrants a second sip, then a third. Chilled, it's refreshing. I took mine with enough sugar to cut the bitterness of the black tea.
Nice tea, but not really to my taste as a regular drink. Flowery, as one would suspect. I will try it iced.

A splendid tea! The rose scent is strong, and I was bit worried that the flavour might be overpowering. However, it did not disappoint. A mildly strong black tea mixed with the light, lovely flavour of rose petals.
This will definitely be on my re-order list! It would make for a splendid after-breakfast tea on a relaxed morning! :)
Unfortunately, this one was not for me. I like a little floral on occasion, but this was more like potpourri on the tongue. However, it did make my kitchen smell lovely!
The intense scent of this tea nearly knocked me out before I even had a chance to brew it! It makes a lovely FLORAL cup, that I rather enjoy. Nice plain, or with a hint of sugar.

A little too rose for me? I think it would be better if I cut it with another flavor, something like cream or strawberry (or both).

Rose flavoring is satisfying, but I wish that they had a rose tea for a much less bold tea. Black tea is a bit strong, but this is still great tea.
I really liked this tea. The rose flavors definitely come through, and it tastes great with a bit of milk and honey. Especially good hot!
Super floral! Rose is a flavor that doesn't appeal to everyone - from childhood most of us have connected it with soap and other bathroom supplies, and we are hardwired to think of it as a non-food. But if you can give it a chance, it is a wonderful flavor - very exotic really - and makes a delicious tea. Milk and honey round things out. If you are trying for the first time, I suggest trying it in some blends first before diving into the full-on tea.
Great tea! I actually felt like the taste came out more when it was iced. The smell is definitely a perfect representation of rose, with the taste following closely. After my sample runs out, I'm buying a larger quantity for my black tea collection!
This is one of my favorite teas. It's fragrant but not overwhelmingly flowery, and it's a very relaxing tea to drink in the evening.

I got this on a whim because I've liked other floral teas in the past. I was pleasantly surprised by this, but had to be cautious with how much I used.Just enough makes a pleasant tasting/smelling cup with a nice hint of rose. Too much creates a flavor that I'd imagine would be similar to eating a handful of rose petals. Overall a nice cup if brewed properly.

I taste the rose in this tea and it's a delicious flavor. However, it is on the subtle side. I like my flavoring to be strong, which is not the case here. I wish this came in a decaf version, I might think about getting more. But as it is, not worth the caffeine for me.

I've been drinking a lot of greens recently, but this is a decent black tea. I think that I would like it more mixed with some other teas.
Most flowered teas really don't have much flavour. I'd settled myself to the fact that this tea was probably going to be 90 scent and /maybe/ 3 taste. Boy was I wrong. Nice undercurrent of rosewater that lasted out the pot without hiding or dissipating at the end.

This tea is so smooth! The first taste is black tea, with the Rose left lingering on the tongue for a moment. The smell is pleasantly rose, not overpowering like potpourri. It was a lovely cup of tea!
