Todays communiTea presented Interestingly with a strong perfume, floral aroma rather than expected... tart Raspberry. Brewers beware, don’t be fooled by its fun cherry color. This black tea Ceylon shouts out loudly, please steep me at lower temp, no longer than 3 mins or a bite of bitterness will take over your cup. Yup, first steep I learned that lesson. Noted would make a great iced tea. Warmed, this Raspberry tea is a little too tart, as should be, so assistant is needed. A touch of honey, a tad of fresh cream, perfectly balanced my morning tea. If you like tart, then give this a try. (21/2 mins @ 185F)

I liked this tea, but my packet had too many raspberry leaves I think. I picked out a couple of raspberry leaves before steeping, and wish I had picked out more because they became too bitter. I like a tiny bit of the raspberry leaves flavor because it reminds me of the taste you get from a seed eating a fresh raspberry, and for me it complements the berry flavor. Based on my review from back when we tried the decaf version of this tea, I think my CommuniTEA packet today had more rasp leaves than this tea normally has. Overall I liked this, but there are other Adagio raspberry teas and flavored black teas that I prefer. (3mins @195º)

I love Raspberries and this is a lovely treat. No raspberries in my CommuniTEA packet but flavorful just the same. I sampled this Tea as part of the CommuniTEA January Box but will eagerly purchase.

Good raspberry flavor, though not exactly the raspberry I was expecting... it reminded me strongly of those crab-raspberry juice blends. It was tasty, but the 3 minutes was too long and produced a very strong blend. This one packs a punch.

Good tea but having to write a review that is at least 50 characters is stupid.

Not bad, not great. It scorches easily and gets bitter super fast, but conversely the flavor isn't overly pronounced so it's a struggle to balance between getting the flavor to present itself and not getting a bitter, undrinkable cup. It also does not respond well to gaiwan brewing at all, which is how I usually taste test new teas, so that was disappointing. Luckily I bought this to blend with other teas so as long as they turn out good it should be fine.
Update: Began brewing at 160 F instead and the bitterness issue is gone completely, so I can brew it for the full 3 minutes at the lower temp. I also did blend this with other teas and it came out amazing, which is exactly what I'd hoped for.

Not my favorite, but certainly not a bad tea. I do wish the raspberry flavor was more pronounced

Definite great raspberry flavor that lingers. I reuse the bagged tea for a second mug which is as good as the first, if brewed for 4 minutes.

Did not realize how good this tea was going to taste. The raspberry smells delicious and it's flavor is well balanced- not too much, not too little.

I really love this hint of raspberry in black tea. It's brisk and crisp, and it has the right undertones. It's a little tart, which is what I like in raspberry teas.

I gotta say that this was just okay. I expected a brighter berry mouthfeel. I was a little disappointed in my admission but then I like the mixed effect raspberry has when interrupted with other flavors. It s like the raspberry is a different flavor when she s around her friends.

Very nice tea. Enjoyed in the evening with my movie watching. So pleasant a flavor that I did not require any additional snacks. Gave me the sweet and refreshing taste

This doesn't give me nearly enough raspberry as raspberry patch does. The raspberry in this blend tastes like candy and perfume. It took quite a bit of lemon to bring out the flavor and when it did it was.. meh
