I honestly can't choose cinnamon spice or pumpkin spice. Both have a strong taste of cinnamon. Of course, you can taste the pumpkin just fine. Pairs well with toast in the morning.

★★★★★

This was my fall tea. I am reviewing late. It taste really good. Cinnamon, pumpkin spice and cloves. Of course I add almond cream and honey to my cups. This tea puts the smell of fall in the air so it is perfect fir Autumn.

I buy a lot of samples for blending experimentation purposes. Even if I don't particularly like a certain tea I will often have a sample on hand because you never know - you may just find that tea the perfect partner or partners to team up with to make something amazing. So I ordered a sample of Pumpkin Spice because the blend was updated (awhile ago, I'm late to all the parties). I want everyone reading this to know: I dislike Pumpkin Spice with a passion. I am immune to Pumpkin Spice season because I simply pass on it. With that in mind, I have tried both the old Adagio Pumpkin Spice and this new one. For whatever it is worth, I like the new one better. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe it just isn't as intense with wanting to strangle you with overbearing spices. This new one seemed a bit tamer but still had plenty of flavor. I also blended it with some cream tea in preparation for a new custom blend and that really rounded it out nicely. Gave it a smoother, more aromatically pleasing appeal to the point I actually thought it was a decent cup (not a cup I'd have regularly, but maybe once a year is ok). I can't comment on if there was any actual pumpkin flavor in the old recipe - my senses were too overwhelmed with the spice aspect to detect anything else. As for this new recipe, all I've got for you is my love of how well the cloves come through. Maybe there's a little pumpkin flavor there? In the background, you know? Tempering the spice to make this superior to its predecessor. So while I don't like Pumpkin Spice, I feel this new version has better balance than the old. If you prefer your Pumpkin Spice to be bedazzled with extra punch you can always grab some inclusions of cinnamon, ginger, and cloves from Adagio's Spice Pantry and toss 'em in.

Delightfully spicy, though the clove is a bit too much.

This is my favorite go to tea. I bought it in the fall a couple of years ago thinking I would switch to a different tea in a couple of months. It's been 3 years and this is still my most morning go to tea.

One of my favorites! Delicious fall flavor, easy on sensitive tummies. An absolute delight to enjoy at any time of year.

This is another tea that is great for fall but can be enjoyed any time of the year.

great hot with wiped cream or milk , very yummy .

★★★★★

Tastes better than Starbucks Pumpkin Spice. Plus it’s much cheaper! So go ahead and get the tea in the tea bags, and have your Pumpkin Spice in the middle of the summer and make everyone else jealous.

I like mixing this tea with the Vanilla and Caramel teas.

I didn't expect to like this anywhere near as much as I did! It's very chai like, but without much cardamom. I'd say cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon mostly ... maybe some anise but not a lot.

I'm not doing this justice properly--a lovely warm spice tea!

This tea was okay. Kind of tastes like a chai, but adagio's chais are tastier than this particular tea.

★★★★☆

You can still taste the pumpkin with the black tea.

This tea is pretty good, I'm gonna continue to get it every Halloween, could use more pumpkin spice flavor though.

★★★★★

I love pumpkin spice and so glad this did not disappoint. I was able to switch out my PS Latte coffee to a PS Latte Tea

★★★★★

I love this tea. It have a nice cinnamon flavor and I’ve enjoyed it throughout the winter. I can’t wait til next fall to get it again.

★★★★☆

This tea is more like a chai rather than a pumpkin spice. Couldn't detect any pumpkin flavor, but still tasted good overall.

★★★☆☆

This is fine. Mostly tastes like a masala chai but with more spice. A bit overwhelming.

Nice spicy and sweet tea. I did add pumpkin spice syrup because it was more on the chai side with not a lot of “pumpkin” flavor.

There is a new recipe for this that tastes off and I don’t like. Won’t buy it again.

Good pumpkin spice flavor. A little more spice than I would like

★★★☆☆

This fall Adagio said they updated the flavor and I actually preferred the original. This new blend is way spicier and more like a chai. It's not terrible but I miss the sweeter notes it used to have.

★★★★★

Rich and flavorful! I love that it's like I am eating pumpkin pie but without the calories.

★★☆☆☆

I had such high hopes for this, but there is not really a pumpkin spice flavor to this tea. Disappointing!

★★★☆☆

This is a fun tea for the fall. The flavor is strong and pumpkin forward. What's missing, though, is the spice. I hardly get any of that whenever I brew this.

★★★★★

My husband loves this tea, especially with his nightly snack :) Recently my daughter tasted this and 'stole' have my stash! So this is definitely on our to buy list again. Taste very much like pumpkin spice muffins in cup. Personally, I love the smell :)

★★★★★

Anything pumpkin is a go with me. Just enough spice.

★★★★★

Yes I am one of those which love this flavor all year. Happy it's so flavorful.

It has an alirght flavor too it, but it s nothing special compared to other flavor blends out there.

★★★★★

It's exactly what you would expect, a great fall chai-like tea.

★★★★★

Tastes as expected! Reminiscent of a mild chai, but there is a slight bitterness. I brewed it longer than I should have, but it is still yummy. Tried it also like I would a chai (with milk and honey) and the spice comes out more. Tea is just as expected, I like it!

This is OK. It isn't bad, but nothing spectacular. The spice flavor is heavy clove, the pumpkin flavor is minimal. It expires quickly and becomes bitter if not drank within maybe 20 minutes of brewing.

Good but I preferred the Thai Chai Tea. Not as much Pumpkin Spice as other teas.

★★★★☆

Made a great gift! Recipient really enjoyed and smelled great.

★★★☆☆

Definitely has a fall spice flavor. Great for seasonal drinking but I wouldn’t care for it all the time.

We ordered this and its more pumpkin spice than 'pumpkin'. We think we prefer the Christmas tea overall.

★★★★★

If you can get your hands on some Pumpkin Spice flavored creamer and a milk steamer, you can make yourself one of the most tasty tea lattes I’ve ever encountered!!

I love this tea and look forward to it every Fall. It has a great flavor and aroma and just the right balance of pumpkin flavor and spices.

This brings the flavors of fall into a wonderful tea.

★★★☆☆

Not bad, but has an odd, strong aftertaste. Not sure what element of the tea causes this, but make sure to steep it a little less than recommended.

★★★★★

Pumpkin Spice Black Tea has become my 'go to' beverage for second breakfast.

This one was much tastier than I expected! I got a free sample of it and am always wary of pumpkin spice flavored things, because they are usually too sweet for me with barely any spice. This tea, however, was delicious! It had a good level of spice, but not overpowering. Lovely with a bit of milk.

★★★☆☆

I liked it a lot. As a chai it’s great, especially if cloves are your thing. It wasn’t as pumpkin as I had hoped.

This is a good, spicy tea, but I felt that it needed some sort of milk product, or perhaps a blend with a sweeter tea flavor, to balance against all that spiciness.

★★★★★

A nice spicey black tea. A really nice for autumn.

Nice mix of spices and flavor isn't overwhelming. Nice with a bit of milk.
