Orange Customer Reviews

The first thing you notice upon opening the foil pouch is the very heady aroma of real orange. This tea is liberally sprinkled with dried orange peel and there is no hint of a chemical or artificial smell. This is a black Ceylon tea that brews up a mellow and flavorful pot with a deep rich amber color. We enjoy it in the morning and would have given it 5 stars except that it in our opinion, it lacks the punch of a strong black tea.

I was surprised at how much I loved this tea! This is my favorite citrus black tea now. The orange flavor really came through and wasn't too sour or bitter. Very enjoyable.

This is good. I was wanting a little bit more tanginess from the orange. Sometimes the tea can get bitter. I enjoy it, but I don t think it will become a regular.

This may be my second favorite. Had it last night, very smooth. Not quite creme cycle, but a nice tea to read with.

I think this needs a little more orange. Very mild but very good. I am a citrus freak so a little more flavor and it's perfect

This has a light orange taste with an undertone of chocolate. I find that it very satisfying about noon between the coffee time and herbal tea time.

didn't taste orange at all, and the tea itself seemed 'grey' and not crisp in any regards, just ok

was not immediately one of my favorites, but did end up growing on me as I drink more of it. I'm not much of a fruit and black tea combo lover, however orange and black tea is probably the only combination I actually do like because of this.

This tea smells amazing in the bag, exactly like fresh oranges. But when brewed, a lot of that orange flavor gets overpowered by the strong taste of the black tea. It’s still good in the sense that it’s a nice black tea, but it’s not as good as what I had hoped. I did mix it with the blood orange and it tasted a lot better though!

A very lovely tea, though I think it could use some more orange peels. I used a little milk and sugar. Definitely something I want to keep as part of my collection. Might be nice with a bit of vanilla.

I really wanted to like this tea, bit there is absolutely no orange flavor once brewed. It smells great in the bag, but the essence doesn't translate to the cup.

It was ok - nice orange flavor but kind of artificial. I mixed it with Chocolate Truffle and it is a perfect mix

This tea is very mild flavored. I got it and the blood orange in the same order and we loved the blood orange which means this one is still waiting for me to drink more than that first cup. :-P It's okay and I will get around to it, but it isn't amazing.

Very flavor filled black tea blend. Almost like waking up to orange juice in the morning, but with all the caffeine necessary to really get you going.

I wish the orange flavor was a little stronger. It is a good tea and I will be trying it mixed with the cranberry tea for a winter-y orange cranberry flavor.

I mix this with the black chocolate chip tea and the mocha nut mate to recreate teavanas 'focus'!! So delicious and nice and high in caffeine to replace morning coffee.

Very good tea. Love the orange flavor reminiscent of constant comment but without the added spices that somehow seemed too spicy. Not my everyday tea, but a nice switch.

I was pleasantly surprised by this relatively simple blend. It’s like a much sweeter and mellow cup of Earl Grey. I definitely recommend!

It s actually good! I didn t think this would work well as a tea flavor but I was pleasantly surprised. I don t like drinking it by itself too often but it pairs well with other flavors.

This tea is good, but the orange flavor is only slight. It also comes off as a bit floral. I still enjoyed the tea, but I'm not sure I would order it again.

The orange flavor is not really strong, but this is my favorite everyday tea. And it smells heavenly! It is truly my go to product in the mornings. And if I don't finish my whole pot, I can throw it over ice with lemon and have it with my lunch. Update: This is still my 'go-to' tea almost every morning. It's forgiving on the steep (it doesn't get bitter if you over steep), and is great over ice with lemon if you don't finish it.

I dont like the bitter ness of it. I like black teas but i didnt find the orange conteracts the bitter

I love herbal teas but sometimes find them to be not strong enough, I make a pot of tea at a time, this tea is perfect, one spoonful adds a subtle orange flavor while enhancing the herbal teas strength. A little goes a long way.

You can really taste the orange in it but if you don't like a heavy black tea taste don't let it steep too long.
