I'm not usually a big fan of fruity teas, but to my surprise, this wasn't bad. Orange flavor without tasting medicine like.
I love the single flavor teas for mixing. And Orange is one of my favorite flavors anyways
I'm not a big fan of strongly flavored teas so I was pretty happy that this tea ended up tasting not nearly as orangey as it smelled. It had just the right amount of flavor and allowed the taste of the tea itself to come through as well.

The smell is very orange before brewing, but it's not a very strong taste in the tea. A little sugar and milk brings it out more, but it's still very subtle. I'd prefer if was a bit stronger.
This tea smelled amazing when I opened the bag. I was disappointed when I brewed my first cup. The tea was very plain, not quite enough orange flavor. Maybe with some spice or lots of sugar it would be better. Will give it a try blended with another tea, probably something herbal.
Too bitter for me, and not due to poor preparation, I'm very exact about my tea prep. But alas, it was free...
not nearly as strong of an 'orangey' flavor as i expected. tasted like a standard black tea.
I got this one for my husband and lemme tell you, he is NOT a big tea person. But he fell head over heals for this tea. I make it for him every morning now. We can't wait to get more of this one!
This is great! I loved how RE L the orange is! The scent when you open the bag is amazing and it brews up great. I like it with just a bit of sugar or honey.
The orange is one of the better suited flavors for Adagio's flavored black tea base. It smells pleasantly orange both in the bag and the cup, the flavor is not overly powerful, but tastes pretty natural.
I use this to blend with other flavors. lone, it would be overpowering for me. But as a blend, it gives other flavors a nice kick. I especially like this one with cinnamon.
Delicious -- strong and orange-y without being overwhelming. I can see this blending well.

This was pretty much how I expected it to be, a solid black tea with strong orange flavor and only a hint of sweetness. Delicious.
This is the tea I've been looking for! It's not overly sweet or fruity, but has the perfect hint of citrus that has a really warm, full-bodied flavor. It's very smooth, and you get a hint of the flavor without it being harsh or overpowering.
The orange is really subtle, so it doesn't hit you in the face like some orange black teas. Great pick-me-up for the morning or early afternoon.
This was not my cup of tea. I imagined this would be a nice orange tea similar to Bigelow's Orange and spice... but without the spice. This tasted like strong black tea with bitter orange peels tossed in. It wasn't even palatable. Just tea with bitter orange oils.
Citrus black tea = happy me! The orange flavor could be stronger as far as I'm concerned, but it's a very nice tea.
Had my first cup of this tea with a little bit of the christmas tea blended in. It has an amazing orange smell and the flavor was amazing. This tea is wonderful with a portion of Christmas blended in. I liked it soo much that I made a blend. (it's called New Years)

One of my favorites for adding to an herbal blend--really makes you feel like dozing off. Also works well with black teas, but it smells stronger than its going to taste, and brewing longer doesn't strengthen the flavor. It's subtle, but delicious, even brewed alone.

Nice light orange taste, not artificial. Wish it was a little stronger though. I considered brewing it longer but Adagio's flavored teas can get bitter beyond 3 minutes. Not bad though.

Exceptionally tangy. It's a bit bitter, so I might try and even it out with a touch of vanilla next time. The smell is exquisite.
I really like this. The flavor reminds me a lot of the flavor of the chocolate oranges you get at Christmas. It tastes like true orange, and isn't overly acidic. Will make a great orange for blends where you want to avoid being too tart.
O.K. for a flavored tea. Used to like flavored, not so much anymore. Getting to be more of a purist?
I love adagio's Blood Orange, but sometimes I need caffeine. This fits the bill nicely, though the orange flavor could be a bit more pronounced.
I wanted to like it, but there was just something off about the orange flavor. It smells exactly how I though it would, but I steeped the tea for the usual 3-4 mins at 205-212° and it seems quite bitter. I'll try again at a lower steep time but I think it's just the orange flavoring. It's definitely better hot than it is cold, which is a bummer because I love iced tea. I think it would be better mixed with other flavors, so that's what I'll do with the remainder of my sample.
This tea is perfection in a cup. If you love orange-flavoured things, you will love this tea.
This tea was pretty good, nice orange flavor that didn't taste very artificial or anything.
This had a solid orange flavor, but this is not a tea I would regularly drink. It tasted a bit too candied for my liking. I would prefer the black tea to have a fuller taste.
I received this tea as a free sample in my box I didn't even know I was going to get, thanks Adagio! That being said, I really enjoy this tea. Just like a normal black, but with a little extra spice
I like the orange smell and flavor, but I feel like maybe it's missing something. Body, I guess? I'm still kind of new to tea. But it's still a very good tea. Just not one of my favorites.
This Blend teleported me back to an old bakery that made fresh bread and pasteries from scratch. One of my favorites was the Orange Chocolate Chunk Scone. It was warm and cozy to the tongue. Sweeten with orange zest and enhanced by the dark chunks of chocolate. This tea is a liquid interpretation of that scone, from long ago! Delicous!
Sweetned with Raw Sugar and a touch of Cream. But it can be done without the Cream. ^,^ Enojy
I tried to use this in a blend. I used a significant amount of it, but I couldn't pick out the orange flavor. It's nice by itself, but I would have liked a little more zing to it.
Excellent flavored black tea, as always. The orange isn't right in your face, but is more subtle and mildly sweet, like fresh juice squeezed into your tea. Great hot and iced, and with various types of honey.
Very bright, very fresh cup of tea. Nice way to switch up your tea regimen. A great cup for a spring day.
