Without milk or sugar I found the orange flavor kind of unpleasant, but with milk and sugar I thought it was okay.
Brisk tea flavored with juicy oranges. Zesty orange rind dryness, hints of soft, sweet juice. Perfectly balanced cup.

Without milk or sugar I found the orange flavor kind of unpleasant, but with milk and sugar I thought it was okay.
I got this as part of a sampler. I am not a huge orange-flavor fan but this tasted like real citrus orange.
Very nice amount of orange flavor, subtle fast of orange, but not too strong.
As someone who prefers lighter teas, I picked this out for the catchy orange scent that compliments the strong black flavor. In my opinion it's far too easy to steep an unbalanced mixture of those two flavors, often winding up with a surprisingly bold brew. That's not to my liking, but it's also my own fault. This tea is also a favorite amongst all of my guests and friends. Overall, it's a lovely tea and I'm likely to keep a stock of it in my cupboard.
It's a nice tea with a delicate orange flavor. Not too exciting. Kind of light tea flavor as well.
Cannot wait to try this tea! It smells like citrus heaven.
This is a very enjoyable and fruity tea. It does not have an overbearing taste but still manages to leave a very pleasant after taste.
A solid addition to my tea collection. I like to mix it with other teas, like the Donna Noble blend. :)
Other orange teas I've tasted are so strong, that it ends up giving me heartburn. This one isn't as bad as others I have had. I think I would prefer this as an iced tea.
Delicious with any flavor tea black or green even fruit teas.
When opening the bag you are hit with an intense orange smell. That flavor doesn't translate as strongly over to the tea, but it does lend a sweetness to it so no sugar was necessary for me.
It's an ok black tea with an artificial orange flavoring.
This is pretty good but I don't like it as well as the blood orange.
This orange tea is just bursting with flavor. Great on it's own, but I'd imagine it would be wonderful paired with some sort of vanilla flavoring too!
I thought I would like this one but I absolutely love it. It blends really well with the black grapefruit too. This has a really fresh, clean taste.
I am still experimenting with this tea. I bought it to make unsweetened iced tea, for which it is NOT well suited at all. In fact this tea is a little bitter after it is cool. However, this tea does taste great warm with a slight natural sweetness and very, very light orange taste.
Strong orange flavor. Was good without anything added to it.
It took me a little while to figure this one out. It smells amazing in the bag, with a very strong orange scent, but my first cup tasted like a basic black, no flavor. The second try, with a little longer steeping time, resulted in a nice but still light orange aftertaste that I felt worked really well as an iced tea. I'd still like a stronger flavor, though.
this tea taste fruity if you like oranges then this tea is for you
It's an orange-flavored black tea. Not particularly special and I probably wouldn't buy it as I'm not a huge orange fan myself.
This is my favorite so far...with just a touch of honey!
I like this orange tea, but in my opinion it needs a touch more orange.
my boyfriends favorite tea to drink when hes sick!
This tea is my children's favorite tea. They take it with a bit of sweetener.
This is exactly what I was looking for! I also mix it with one of the spicier teas (oriental spice, christmas, or gingerbread) and it's absolutely delicious.
Not near as orangy as I had hoped. Only just a slight hint can be tasted.
I was hoping for a tea with a good citrus kick. unfortunately, this didn't deliver. Not nearly as orange-y as I would have liked.
This scent was so strong I thought that this would make such a strong flavored cup of tea. I was mistaken. I could barely taste anything. Really bummed, I had high hopes for this
Really nice and flavorful yet not over powering. Nice as a mixer for other teas
I got this for a friend, as I prefer green and wulong teas. Brisk and full bodied. The orange flavor was predominate, but not over-powering.
I liked this one a lot with milk and honey - tasted like a creamsicle.
Don't like this as much as the berry flavors. It's a bit weaker.
Nice black tea with great subtile orange flavor...
Smells very nice in the bag but doesn't deliver much distinctively orange flavor. I found it little if no more citrusy than its Ceylon Sonata base. So it's an excellent choice if you prefer teas that taste of tea, but less so if you want a tea that tastes of orange.
I was really expecting a stronger orange flavor but regardless of how long I brewed this tea I didn't get much out of it. It was very... mild. I could sense that the flavor was orange but the sweet citrus flavor that I was hoping for just wasn't there.
It's good if you like citrus teas and it smells incredible.
As someone who generally doesn't like many things 'orange flavored', I had high hopes for this tea, as Adagio's the best at keeping things tasting natural. I was, unfortunately, disappointed when brew after brew, this tea failed to deliver. While it still managed to avoid tasting artificial, it still left a bitter taste which reminded me more of rind then of the sweet fruit of an orange itself. I'm glad it was only a free sample, and not something I'd wasted my money on.
Got this as a free sample. Wasn't expecting much, and orange generally isn't my favorite flavor, but it came out much more refreshing than I thought it would be.
The tea, when warm it tastes like a Ceylon with a hint of orange. I was underwhelmed. But then I forgot about it, and it got cold and it was actually pretty good.
I bought this to work on a blend, and with other teas it's pretty bad. Overwhelmed by any nutty flavors, and bitter when other orange flavors are added. A heads up for any other amateur tea blenders!
This orange tea has a nice citrus flavor. I like it iced!
The moment I opened my bag I knew I would like this tea. The smell is incredible! The taste was an excellent balance between the orange flavor and the black tea. Neither of these elements were overpowering or too strong. If you like oranges and black tea, this is a perfect flavor for you.
i was so exited when i got orange tea! and was not disappointed be the flavor, really good
I love this orange black tea, because its zesty, tart and orange flavor with a black tea taste. This tea makes, an incredible ice tea and blends well, with many flavors.
From opening the package, an awesome aroma came from the bag, and the taste was equally amazing. As expected, there was a strong citrus taste, and was so sweet I didn't need to add anything to it. Overall, it's a very soft and sweet taste, and since I tend to like my tea a bit stronger I had to steep it a bit longer than the instructions suggested. Very glad I added this to my order on a whim!
Fresh, natural flavor. Always consistent and soothing.
This was okay. It had okay flavor~ not overpowering
My husband loves orange spice tea, so I picked up this tea to use for blending. I haven't tried blending yet, so I may update my review once I get more use out of it, but as a tea by itself, it's good too. :D
I'm really not one for Orange flavored anything, but this tea is really nice when blended with others, like Strawberry or Cream... Or Both! I find mixing Strawberry, Orange, and Cream together very satisfying.
I liked this! I have enjoyed many cups of orange spice tea before, and now I wanted to try just orange flavor, without the spice. I liked this tea and plan to order more.
It's black tea with a hint of orange, you can't expect much more than that. It's good stuff though, if you like the two of them separate. Just with the orange was more there.
