There's a hint of lemon. I haven't found a good way to drink it yet, but a little honey isn't too bad. I think it would be good with some kind of ginger.
Brisk Ceylon tea with fresh lemon. Bright and sweet like Meyer lemons, with a crisp mouthfeel and refreshing finish.

hmm what to say? I wanted a yummy lemon tea and I read the reviews on this one thinking it would hit the spot. It is only OK, i'm not crazy.. The lemon just wasnt enough for me..
I was really excited for this tea at first, because I love lemon flavored teas. However, it was not that great in the lemon flavor. It tasted more like a lemon candy rather then fresh lemon. Still good though! It will be a lot better iced then heated.
Even just opening the bag is refreshing. A bright sunny tea, it is great in the early morning to help wake me up and in the afternoon to keep me going
great lemon flavor, a perfect tea for the afternoon
This one has a great bright lemon scent and flavor to it. The tea itself is really smooth. I got this as a sample with my last order so I'll actually have to order some more at some point. I bet this stuff would be great iced.
This tea for me is going to take some getting used To. I was expecting more of a Lemon flavor. I will try a few more cups and see if I end up liking it
Mediocre to say the least. Not very lemony at all.
This tea is simply black tea with lemon. It is a very nice mix of the two flavors. I usually stay away from lemon tea because it tends to be too lemony. Lemon Soleil is a great blend. Great a spoon of sugar or a bit of honey.
Again can not go wrong with lemon and good hot or cold.
My favorite part of the Adagio experience is that initial smell when you open a brand new bag. The lemon soliel was a bit off when I opened it. I expected bright, happy citrus notes, but instead got a musty lemon curd scent. Fortunately, the tea brews up much better than its initial nose. The tea tastes much like an English Breakfast with a small slice of lemon squeezed in. With a few drops of honey, its a lovely little cup.
It was just not my cup of tea. I thought I would like the extra lemon, but unfortunately I didn't.
I love this tea! It's so light and refreshing. I only wish it was available to use in my blends.
I love the refreshing taste of this tea. I was afraid it would be too bitter or overwhelm with too much lemon flavor, but this has a light sunny natural sweetness to it and was so enjoyable as an afternoon pick-me-up!
It smells a bit like lemon cake when you open the bag so I was really excited to brew it. However, the taste ends up just like Lipton lemon tea. It doesn't have a real lemon taste on it's own (I added lemon myself) and I was hoping for the smell to match the taste. Good tea, but disappointing.
Not a bad tea, but not my favorite. I would like a stronger lemon flavor. I'll use this to mix with other teas and to make sweet tea with.
Lemon and tea are a match made in heaven. This is fruity and fantastic.
Loved this tea as a sun tea and as a hot tea. The lemon flavor is certainly pleasant but not over powering.
Good if you like lemon...this is nice cold. Lemon is not one of my favorite flavors but this is easy on the tounge.
Seemed like a basic black lemon tea to me. Tasted good with extra sugar.
I am usually not a big fan of black teas. However, lemon soleil is a perfect blend. You can taste the black tea with a nice lemon flavor. Great tea! Would like to try it iced too.
This is a pretty good tea and I like it a lot, but I am still confused by why the website copy says TOTALLY MARIGOLD FLOWERS and the list of ingredients says LOL NOPE SUNFLOWER PETALS.
The lemon soleil is a bright black tea. The lemon adds a freshness that is very nice. Upon opening the bag, the tea smells like lemon cookies, which is very pleasant. It makes a sweet blend, but I rather like it. It isn't my favorite, but I will definitely drink it again.
Perfect lemon flavor tea without having to add lemon. Tart without being overly sour.
I did not like this tea very much. I have only taken one cup so far, and will update after trying it again. I was hoping for a sugary-lemon-overbearing flavour. Like a punch of lemon cookie! However, I understand that such strength often comes from artificial flavours or extracts, which would be unwise to use in tea. I would like to try this iced- no need for lemon wedges!
This tea delightfully surprised me. When I opened the package, the scent was more like a savory lemon flavor, and very strong. Now that I've made a cup though it's mellowed out, and while I'm not usually a lemon person this tea is still pretty good without any sugar. Blending time!
This was the right amount of lemon for me. I don't like my lemon teas to taste like lemonade. This tea was a nice balance.
A nice, refreshing lemony zing. Tastes good with a bit of honey.
Smells amazing, but the lemon taste is not quite as strong as I'd hoped it would be. A few drops of lemon juice, though, and it's perfect.
Very Lemony and light taste. I liked it very much.
I was really looking forward to a strong lemon flavor, especially because the tea smelled so good, but unfortunately the flavor was a little too subtle for my tastes. I ended up adding a bit of extra lemon, and that was the flavor I was hoping for. Hot or cold, this just didn't have that lemony kick I was looking for. Still a fine black tea, but if you're really after a strong lemon taste you might have to look elsewhere.
A really fantastic tea! It has a very mellow lemon flavor- fresh and light with just a little nip of sour. Delicious when served both hot and iced, and great to drink with breakfast.
A good quality and smooth black tea. The lemon is not overwhelming and most notable in the aftertaste. My only concern is that my first cup brewed a bit lighter than I would've liked.
This tea was surprising to me. The smell in the bag was fairly unpleasant--a bit like Pine-Sol. However, the taste of the tea when brewed was much lighter. It tasted a little bit like lemon cookies. A bit artificial, though.
This one kind of misses the mark for me, I think because it doesn't really taste much like lemon. It earns its keep when I mix it with blackberry tea, though.
Did not enjoy this at all. Tasted like dish soap to me. Brewed one cup and never finished it.
I had very high hopes for this tea, as I'm a huge lemon fan. The lemon flavor was nearly nonexistent--as far as I can tell it only served to acidify the black tea base. Disappointing.
Not at all what I was expecting, but not a bad tea. The base black tea is clean and sufficiently tasty. The lemon is very subtle during actual drinking, instead slowly amping up to a zesty, bright lemon aftertaste between sips. As other reviewers have mentioned, the sunflower petals add a grassy note that seems slightly out of place.
I opened the bag and was overwhelmed by the lemon smell, but thankfully it is subdued in the cup to a lovely hint.
Even though the standard Iced tea you buy in the store is lemon flavored I still don't find this to be that great of a tea. Then again most of that could just be i've been spoiled by the other amazing tea's that Adagio has available. This is just an OK tea. Nothing special nothing terrible. It certainly doesn't measure up to the other Citrus Teas in the Orange, and the Grapefruit. Of which the grapefruit I drink regularly and the Orange I would get again sometime for a change of pace. Though neither of those flavors makes for a particularly good Iced Tea.
The Lemon rooiboos on the otherhand is a pretty good lemon tea if that is what you are looking for.
I'll admit the smell in the bag put me off a bit, but when I tried it I really liked how much lemon flavor there was! I can't wait to try this blended with some other teas.
I really wanted to love this tea, but it was just okay. There was nothing wrong with it, per se, it just didn't knock my socks off.
Let me preface this review by saying that I typically don't like lemon flavor teas. This tea is AMAZING! It has a wonderful smooth lemon flavor without being overly tart. Absolutely fantastic with a little honey.
This definitely isn't my favorite tea. It was all right, but the lemon tasted artificial and the sunflower overpowered the lemon taste with a sort of grassy tone that I wasn't in love with. Not a terrible tea, but not great either.
I've been on the search for a good lemon tea and this just wasn't quite it for me. The lemon taste wasn't strong at all. It's a nice enough black tea but I'll continue looking for one with a stronger lemon kick!
Very lemony, very bright cheerful taste. Not a new favorite but a neat one to try on a spring day.
The closest I've ever found to a cup of tea with a squeeze of lemon. A little smoother than fresh lemon, which was nice.
good on its own, but better with an additional lemon slice
Excellent lemon tea, and I normally don't drink it. Would probably be good iced. Doesn't have a nasty artificial lemon flavor.
I am just a sucker for a good lemon tea, this one is creamy with notes of vanilla or cream in it~ Super great as a breakfast tea or evening tea~
