Tastes like a mix of vanilla and a very mild hint of ginger. I like it fine, but anyone looking for strong, nostalgic gingerbread flavor will be disappointed.
Both Gingerbread men and women agree: this unique tea is the perfect addition to any house (gingerbread or regular).

Tastes like a mix of vanilla and a very mild hint of ginger. I like it fine, but anyone looking for strong, nostalgic gingerbread flavor will be disappointed.
Not bad, but the clove for me is a bit overpowering.
Sumptuous, extremely well blended. Adding milk and honey is a pure delight. Me likes.
One of my favorite holiday teas. Perfect on a cold, winter morning!
Oh I wish I wish I wish I could drink this every day. It's sweet and a little spicy and ginger-y and SO GOOD! If you think the Chestnut is too sweet and cloying, and that the various cinnamon spice ones are too spicy, and ginger is just . . . ginger, this is the BEST of all worlds with none of the drawbacks. It smells amazing while steeping, smells amazing in the bag, smells and tastes amazing as you drink.
That being said, it tastes NOTHING like gingerbread.
I love this jus wish it had a little more molasses taste to it. Wonderful in the winter and fall.
It's toasty, rich, and is greatly complemented by a sprinkle of sugar and swirl of milk. Great for a breakfast drink, great kick of caffeine!
I was hoping to taste more vanilla or hazelnut to counter the crispness of the ginger
Great flavor! Really loved this tea! Will purchase again!
This is an okay tea. I find it to be a little on the bland side but it isn't bad.
This tea is no way bad, its a great tea! But Holiday Teas I expect a powerhouse of flavor. This smelled lightly of gingerbread but did not deliver on taste. It taste like a smooth black tea. I was expecting ginger and cinnamon...and really only got a smooth black tea. Again its great but not a gingerbread. I may try adding more cinnamon and ginger and see what happens UPDATE: I added Adagio Pantry items Cinnamon Bark and Ginger Inclusions and it definitely kicked the flavor up!!
LOVED this tea. Somewhat dubious of flavored black teas but similar to the cocomint the balance of flavors is absolutely spot on. A noticeable taste of gingerbread and the flavor gets more potent, but certainly not overwhelming, when drunk with milk. It adds to the creamy quality. A perfect drink to have on a cold day.
The flavor is not rich enough for my liking. The body could be fuller.
The taste is very crisp and full flavored. I've also tried it cold and equally as delicious
GOt this to share with my co-workers we all love it so much.
I love this seasonal favorite. I m not sure it tastes much like gingerbread, but it does taste like Christmas. I order a bag of this every November and mete it out slowly until the new year. It can get bitter if oversteeped, so this is one I definitely set a 3-minute timer for.
I really like this tea
This is my daughter's favorite tea! I get it for her stocking every Christmas
This one was ok, would have liked a bit more ginger flavor
Smells better than it tastes, but still tastes quite good. Full bodied and earthy, with a hint of fruitiness from the orange peels.
I enjoyed this tea. The flavors were very well balanced. I would buy it again.
My preferred ginger tea for winter mornings. Good for those days when I wake up cold and nauseous.
This is a favorite morning tea for me. The spices blend well and it really does taste like gingerbread or ginger snaps.
Wonderful flavor, really enjoyed with milk and sugar - almost like a dessert!
So amazing!!! I love this tea its perfect for the winter!
I enjoy this tea a lot. It has the warming sensation that makes it a great winter tea and a good flavor. Not exactly gingerbread but close enough.
Palatable. I did not get so much gingerbread flavor out of it. More like plain black tea and not very full. When I added milk to it it just tasted like paper.
Wonderful holiday tea or when you want a little holiday flavour
This was a gentle, mild ginger. I wish it had a bit more ginger body.
Love the winter flavors, glad to try this one out.
A nice seasonal treat. Needs some dressing up with milk (I use almond milk) and honey or agave. Even better when brewed with a little bit of cinnamon stick. This is very light, but has the bonus of not being as OVERWHELMING as the cleansery ginger tea offered on here.
A tasty, warming, winter blend that finishes with a slight sweet note, but lacks spice
This is a new favorite. Reminds me of fall and family.
My favorite so far! I hope this is one you carry year round. I have it every morning!
too gingery for me but I still enjoyed the cup I had. My friend loved it though.
It tastes like bread! I don't know how they did it, but it's worth a try. Not a go to for me, however.
Wonderful holiday tea! Enjoyed with SO while playing chess.
This is one of my Fall and Winter go to evening Teas mixed with the vanilla and cream black teas and goes will with Irish Cream for an extra kick!
This was a good cup of tea but, for me the gingerbread could have been stronger.
Perfect on slow weekend mornings, curled up and not going anywhere fast.
If you want to feel like someone's crumbled a cookie in your cup, go for this tea. It's tasty and reminds me of the eponymous treat.
Do you want your house to smell like you have baked cookies and yet don't need the extra calories? Brew this aromatic and delicious tea.
You can truly never go wrong with Ginger in tea. Great stuff.
Another favorite for me. Added some unsweetened almond milk and a couple drops of honey. Perfection.
A lovely spiced black tea -- also good for cooking with if you make any kind of tea-infused cookies or quickbreads.
I received a tiny tin sampler last year for Christmas from a friend. I loved this tea and had to order more for myself this fall. It is definitely a great holiday tea...smooth and mellow flavor!
I don't like ginger flavor, but for some reason I keep coming back to this tea because it's full bodied and warming.
This is wonderful with just the right amount of spice.
The yummiest tea ive had in awhile. i could drink this all day
Not as spicy or as flavorful as I had hoped. Maube more ginger ?
