It's not a tea that I would drink on its own - something about the taste by itself is a bit off - but it's excellent as a complement to other teas in blends.
Classic Ceylon tea touched with the flavor of fresh cream. Sweet and warm, pleasantly brisk, delicately creamy.

It's not a tea that I would drink on its own - something about the taste by itself is a bit off - but it's excellent as a complement to other teas in blends.
Nice light taste, great for blending and mixing in with other teas to create new flavors.
It's nice on it's own but excellent with other teas, flavored or not. Very rich and sweet.
It is not as smooth as the vanilla oolong, I will probably continue to order that instead.
This is a nice smooth tea, but my favorite thing about it is how great it goes with other blends. Want something to be sweeter? Add this tea. What about smoother? Yeah, add this tea. Maybe just a filler? Yea, it ought to do fine. Truly a multi tasking tea.
I find this best as a blend with some of my fruit flavored teas. I don't often drink it solo.
Absolutely heavenly!! Great as a substitute for coffee in the mornings!
Very Mellow tea. It was a great addition to my regular iced tea, making a good blend.
Mixes well with other black teas, smells great! Tastes like cream, but when it is mixed with other flavors, it enhances them, complements them instead of over-powering them. I mixed it with hazelnut, and surprisingly tastes similar to hazelnut coffee, except not bitter like coffee.
I actually really liked this! The flavor wasn't necessarily that of cream as in milk, but it was a wonderfully creamy black. Mixes great with chais, spicy teas, and goes wonderfully alone. Has almost a maple-y taste to it, which I usually don't like, but this is wonderful. Great gift!
You beautiful and deceptive thing, you. I have often sought a softer black tea to start my mornings and while going through samples to improve my blending I stumbled upon Cream which has been lurking all along in the background of so many blends taking that astringent edge off and adding a mild sweetness with cream and caramel undertones. Definitely a new favorite.
I use this tea just like I use cream for coffee. I mix it with almost everything I brew. I consider it a tea staple.
This is my favorite so far, great flavor and with a little but of milk its perfect.
Where has this tea been, and why have I not tried it before. Great cream taste.
Not quite the same taste as tea with cream but really nice and subtle. I like it with milk.
Appreciated by the recipient of the gift. I haven't tried it myself yet!
Surprisingly good, though not too often as it lends a rich body to the tea.
This is a pretty plain black tea. It seems to me to be more cream 'scented' and noted than anything, which is fine. Just a little too plain.
This is fabulous. Sweet and mellow..I added a touch of milk and a tsp of sugar. Would be great blended with a chai...will try that soon!
One of my go-to teas after a long day, not particularly tasty by itself, but mixed with other teas is where this one shines. Careful not to over steep though, it can get quite bitter!
love it by itself (sweetened, of course), love it mixed with caramel tea. it's a favorite.
Nice, smooth, not overpowering cream flavor. Great for a dessert tea with a little sweetener added. One of my favorites.
Cream is always a great mixer for anything you want to soften up a bit. Specifically other blacks, such as Earl Grey. I haven't tried it with many other teas yet, but it's complemented everything well so far.
I don't particularly care for this on it's own. But I blended it with some coconut tea and it tasted so good!
sweet cream with the deep black tea add rock sugar yummy treat
Very indulgent. With sweetener and milk, this cup of tea reminds me of fancy tea parties.
This is the perfect blending tea. I combine it with decaf. blueberry for a richer, smoother taste.
This tea was ok. Much better with something sweet.
Very light tasting tea with great flavor will be ordering again soon.
I use this tea to blean with other teas. I have come to enjoy cream to envent new flavors.
This is a very smooth tea, and while I do enjoy the taste I feel that the sweetness of the cream flavoring is much stronger than I was expecting. Rather than drinking this on it's own I tend to like to use it as a base for blends that need a bit of sweetness added without over-complicating the flavors. I mixed it with a chocolate chai from a different tea seller and adored the result - it also really cut down on the amount of sugar I would have otherwise wanted to add.
Cream is not bad I sometimes blend it with other teas but it has a very 'waxy' after taste.
I received this tea as a free sample, and I'm glad I did. This is a very yummy tea with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste. I think I will be ordering this in the future. I have also found that mixing this tea with equal parts of the Tigers Eye flavored tea is quite tasty.
I ordered this to add to my more harsh teas. The smell of the dry leaf is delicious but it didn't brew up quite as nicely. I had to add a bit of agave to give it that creamy taste. But I've added it to a few other teas and it really shone.
I haven't had this on its own yet because I've been too enamored of mixing it with the strawberry black tea. I can taste the cream in that mix though, and it makes for a wonderfully mild black tea with a fullness to it.
I assume this flavoring is also used in my favorite Adagio tea, Earl Grey Lavender. Delicious on its own and great for mixing.
Tastes like ice cream in a tea cup!! Love it, a perfect afternoon tea!
Really nice tea! Still, I like my tea with a lot of cream and sugar, so I ended up adding actual cream. But if you aren't looking for a tooth-rottingly sweet flavor, this is a good fit all on it's own.
I haven't tried this on its own, but I love adding a bit of it to other blends, especially anything with berries. I think 'brisk' is a good descriptor. Not very sweet, just a touch of creaminess. Definitely a staple in my tea cabinet.
I haven't tried this tea by itself as I have been using it for mixing with other teas. With that being said, this is a good tea when combined with others.
Say hello to my new Favorite mixer. I like to add this to teas that are a bit too strong to mellow them out.
This is the cashmere of teas, so rich and delicious.
Smelled a little artificial in the bag, but it has a nice, mellow flavor, though lacking character. The taste greatly improves with a little milk and brown sugar. It seems like it would be good for blending--I'll try it with my masala chai or caramel next time.
Purchased entirely for at home blending purposes, in an attempt to get a better idea of how things will mix together. Happy I was able to get it in sample size.
a full bodied black tea that has a pleasant cream flavor. It is good quality tea, but in my humble opinion the Cream flavor is outmatched when compared to the natural astringency of the black tea base.
Full, smooth and surprisingly rich.I really don't know how they pulled this off with just leaves, but this tea brews to make a calming, full-bodied drink that is perfectly suited for cold weather. I'll definitely be getting more.
I bought several flavored black teas to drink whilst kicking sugar. This cream black tea is unusual and lovely. I will be buying some of this for my mother's birthday- she is British and loves tea with cream but is lactose intolerant. I think she'll be delighted by this tea!
Meh. Falls flat on its own. I think its only potential use is in blending. Smelled like non-dairy whipped topping when I opened the bag, but once brewed it just tastes like rather boring (and flat) tea.
This tea has a wonderful smell when brewed. Definitely creamy and with a hint of something I can't quite place, like marzipan or something similar. Its creamy without sugar but it's a lot better with, almost exactly like whip cream. This is definitely one of my new favorites.
There's a softness to 'Cream' that makes it a wonderful pre-bedtime cup, and, as usual, I love that I don't have to add milk or sugar to it in order for it to be palatable. It smells marvelous, too, and, also per usual, I'm delighted with the sample, and will definitely order it again in the future.
