Spicy cinnamon with bright Ceylon black tea. Very warm and high cinnamon flavor, fresh with a spicy-crisp finish.

★★★★☆

It was all right, but I had hoped for a more robust flavor.

★★★☆☆

Nice basic tea. Not over powering. Enjoyed it with vanilla almond milk and stevia

★★★☆☆

Fairly smooth, and has a touch of cinnamon flavor that doesn't overdo it. I'd appreciate a bit more spiciness though, it also dried out my mouth after.

Captain's Log: CommuniTEA date 10/4/2020 : I am shocked at this tea. It is cinnamon but to me it was NOT the overwhelming burning spice sensation that I was expecting with this tea. I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite nice.
I am not a fan of strong cinnamon smells or tastes but this one was nice.
steeped @200 for 5 min and sweetened with a spoonful of (white) sugar.

★★★☆☆

This was ok. I like spiced tea but I prefer more flavors than just one.

★★★★★

I thought this tea would be to cinnamon at first- like overwhelming. But I was very pleasantly surprised when I brewed it! It's a lot more mellow, with an almost honey finish

★★★★☆

Very spicy and full of cinnamon. Great if you like cinnamon. Needs some milk and sugar.

★★★☆☆

The cinnamon flavor is not very strong and distinct. Not my cup of tea

★★★★★

Very cinnamon forward. Delectable tea, blends fabulously with the Celyon tea.

This tea is wonderfully spicy and sweet. So good with milk & sweetener!

★★★☆☆

The first cup I brewed exactly as instructed ans it tasted burnt and bitter. I tried again, this time at a much lower temperature, and it was much better. It’s a basic black tea mixed with a good amount of cinnamon. Not too spicy, not too bland.

★★★★★

The Fiery Cinnamon Spice was a bit too much, too 'smack you in the face' spicy, but this is a better, less fiery cinnamon tea.

I don’t like Cinnamon teas, I think they all taste artificial and this one is no exception.

★★★★☆

I’m not a big fan of cinnamon. It can easily bury other flavors (& usually does imo). But I was pleasantly surprised; this had just the right amount of cinnamon to give it a warm flavor. You can taste it, but it’s not overwhelming.

For me personally, the cinnamon was not as strong as I would have preferred it and I noticed that I didn’t have any of those cinnamon pieces that are shown in the photo but maybe that’s because I am sampling this as part of the Communitea sample and the cinnamon just didn’t make it into my little bag. 😕

I wasn’t a huge fan of this tea but then again I’m not a huge fan of cinnamon. It was just okay to me.

★★★★☆

Nice tea. Didn’t really taste much cinnamon. Not sure I would order it.

Great taste. Not peppery spice but cinnamon baking spice. Added a tad of cream and a bit of stevia and enjoyed every drop of it. 💗💗💗💗

Spicy, warm and cozy like all the colors of fall in my mouth! Yum!

I was in the mood for cookie, or pie, or something deliciously autumn, and this cinnamon tea satisfied those cravings. I added a little honey and milk to give it that little extra bit of sweetness and richness. I also used this tea as a base for a toddy for my husband's cold. I added a little clove for his sore throat, and a splash of good mixing whiskey. It did the trick deliciously!

The cinnamon flavor in this tea is subtler than the typical Red Hot style, sweet and spicy cinnamon tea. It's earthier and nuttier, lending itself well to a plain cup. It's not often I find a tea that I prefer unsweetened, and especially not a black tea; but this one stands well on its own with nothing extra. (3 mins @ 190 F, no sweetener or cream)

★★☆☆☆

This one wasn't my favorite. The cinnamon flavor was more reminiscent of cinnamon candy, which I don't care for. I imagine this tea would be a great accent for a blend, but it's a little strong on its own for my own personal taste.

★★★★☆

I liked to blend this with the chocolate truffle and make it as a latte.

Well it definitely smells and tastes like cinnamon! Not too much else going on here, it’s just cinnamon and black tea, though not as strongly cinnamon as I expected. It’s not particularly strong as a black tea, and tastes even weaker with cream and sugar. I expected something really punchy from the cinnamon and this doesn’t deliver.

I really enjoyed this tea while hot. I added a little sugar and did not find it to have any bitter taste, nor was it to spicy. I thought it paired well with the caramel cinnamon rolls I made today. I think this would make a nice personal blend with some caramel, and vanilla flavored teas. That said the plain cinnamon is a perfect tea for a fall morning! Makes me wish it was cooler here in California.

I was happy to discover that the cinnamon flavor wasn't overwhelming. While others may find not spicy enough for their taste, I prefer it to be less forward.

I like cinnamon, to the point my husband tells me to stop putting it into baked goods. This just wasn’t it. It tasted watered down and didn’t have a sharp cinnamon bite I was hoping for.

★★★★☆

I was skeptical at first, but the cinnamon is mild and very natural tasting. Sometimes I feel like cinnamon can really be overbearing, not the case here. I added almond milk...very enjoyable fall cup of tea!

It was alright - the cinnamon flavor was very mild and I was hoping for more

This is a wonderful fall cup of tea. The cinnamon is mild and soft, as opposed to a spicy red hot cinnamon. I added a touch of ground cinnamon, a small spoonful of sugar, and a drop of almond milk to it, and it really opened it up. I wish the cinnamon was more pronounced on it’s own, but overall it is still a nice cold weather tea.

I don’t really taste the cinnamon in this sample, which is a bit disappointing for me as a cinnamon lover.

★★★★☆

Cinnamon complements the ceylon flavor well, and this cup benefitted from some honey and a little almond milk.  The tea in my CommuniTEA packet made for a cup with a light but definitely present cinnamon flavor that reminded me of a gentler baking smell, though it seems like some CommuniTEAers got a more moderate amount of cinnamon flavor.  An enjoyable, warming cup of tea, perfect for Fall, but I do think this one might be best blended with other teas (maybe vanilla, something nutty, chocolate, Fall spices), or even with a little orange peel added.

Actually really nice. The cinnamon is a nice flavor not too hot or spicy, perfect for me.

First off, I like cinnamon toast, but I don't like cinnamon candy. It smelled kinda candyish, but the flavor wasn't really that strong. I tried it naked first, but I didn't like that at all. For me the cinnamon just brought out the bitterness in the black tea. Some honey mellowed it out nicely, but if I didn't know it was cinnamon I don't know if I would be able to tell that's what I was tasting. I wouldn't turn it down, but I wouldn't ask for it either

This is good, but not something I would buy. A nice light cinnamon flavor with the black tea. Would probably be good for fall blends.

Im not a cinnamon fan, so the mild cinnamon flavor is just light enough to where i actually enjoyed this sample, plain.

Ooooh. This is lovely. I see other’s reviews that they don’t like the new blend. I like it for all the reasons that they don’t. It’s not a hot spicy cinnamon, but rather a soft, sweet, warm baking spice. Almost fruity. I’m drinking mine with a tiny bit of honey, and just sinking into the warmth of the cup.

I made it strong to mix with hot apple cider and was pretty disappointed. I didn't taste any cinnamon in the tea alone and when I mixed it, it just tasted like watered down apple cider.

★★★★★

This tea is so tasty with a splash of milk. I have used it in blends and found the cinnamon not as strong as I might like, but on its own it’s quite pleasant.

This is a fine black tea! Perfect for the autumn weather, doesn’t need any sweetener!

★★★☆☆

Tasted mostly like black tea with a bare hint of cinnamon.

★★★☆☆

I like cinnamon but I think you have to love cinnamon to enjoy this tea. It is, very simply, a lightly cinnamon-flavored tea. I find it to be pretty boring, personally, but again if you love cinnamon, it's definitely good.

Pretty basic cinnamon tea. Tasty, but nothing special. Probably would be good mixed with something chocolaty.

Very light cinnamon taste. Not as strong as I thought it'd be from the smell, but still good. More of a subtle watered down red-hots than a true cinnamon taste.

For me, this was a great cinnamon tea, and i went and got the bigger bag of cinnamon sample to brew more and taste. really enjoyed...

It's not really what I excepted, it didn't really have a strong sense of actual cinnamon. It's more artificial and doesn't really taste great. I mixed it with Samurai Mate and that was better.

Great cinnamon tea. Not quite as bold as the Fiery Cinnamon Spice though.

It's very good, but I don't taste the cinnamon as much as id like too. I can always add more I suppose. I like to add this to other black tea blends for that extra warm fuzzy feeling

Strong cinnamon flavor, very enjoyable. Perfect for the winter

I've had this tea for several years. Perhaps I would rate it higher if I hadn't brewed it so often.
