I was really looking forward to this tea, but I found it to be somewhat disappointing. The leaves smell wonderful, but I found the tea itself to be kind of bland, not at all spicy. It still smells good, but mostly it tasted like prunes for some odd reason. I'm going to try it again with more tea leaves and see if that was the problem (I used the amount recommended on the bag). It definitely wasn't the worst tea I've had, but it was far from the best.
My husband loved this tea. It was similar to chai but he said this was much better!

Ok, but still on the search for a spicy tea, I searched 'spicy' and this came up. It's good but not for me.
This tea was a hit at our library's winter tea party. It had a bit more bite than I was expecting, but since that's the way I like my tea, I loved it. I would totally order my own bag of this just for cold nights.

Adagio sent this to me as a free sample, and I'm already planning to buy more. This is one of the coziest teas I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. I'm wearing my new Harry Potter sweater and it's snowing outside and this tea is making this the perfect winter afternoon. Delicious with a little bit of honey.
Really lovely tea! I ordered this as a sample because I didn't know what it tasted like, but I wanted to use it in blends. It tastes like pine trees and happiness!

Nice balance of spices on a black tea base. Great aroma from the bag and while steeping, will make friends and family want a cuppa too! I think this would be a great tea to use to introduce people to flavored tea, and would make a great stocking stuffer for tea fans!
So I was really disappointed the first time I tried this tea. It wasn't the medley of spice and Christmas wonderfulness I was expecting. The smell was so amazing however I decided it must be something I was doing. I adjusted the brewing time, added some sugar, and a little milk, and viola! The perfect wonderfulness of Christmas in a cup that everyone says it is! Needless to say I'm one happy girl!

Definitely tastes like Christmas in a cup. Goes fantastic with a pinch of sugar. I like it a lot but the orange/spice is something I tend to only gravitate towards in winter.

This tea tastes as good as you always HOPE Christmas potpourri will smell but never does. So delicious! The cloves and orange flavor are perfect together, and there's just enough cinnamon to warm it but not overpower it. Perfect with a small spoonful of sugar and a splash of milk.

Every Christmas my mom would heat up orange peels and cinnamon on the stove to make the house smell wonderful. This tea tastes like my house smells on Christmas morning, like tea and oranges and cinnamon.
Wonderful flavor, similar to a chai, but with a hint of orange that balances nicely. It really does remind me of Christmas when drinking it.

WONDERFUL. Perfectly captures the winter season into a cup. Deliciously spicy, but not quite like chai--more mild than that. Easily drinkable on any cold day, and I find myself often craving it in the summer too.

the smell of this made me gag. i'd close it and shake it, and it world either smell like off oranges or fruitcake. needless to say, i was a bit reluctant to try it. I'm happy i did. it's actually really good and reminds me of christmas.

I've read that it was like Christmas in a cup and that is no lie! It is spicy without being too spicy like some seasonal teas can be. And while it does have some spices similar to chais, this tea is just the right blend to set it apart. There are certain tangy notes that offset the spices that make if taste like, well, Christmas. Just the perfect drink to get you into the holiday spirit!
This is amazing. I am definitely going to get this again. The smell and taste of it reminds me of years in the past baking cookies with my mom. It really gets me in the mood for Christmas coming up soon. Excellent, I loved it.
This tea was good. Not too much. Sometimes seasonal flavors go overboard but this was very mild.
I didn't really care for this tea, It smelled like a christmas tree draped in oranges. Thankfully I have a friend who really liked it so it worked as an early Christmas gift for him.

Tastes like a gingery chai. It was alright. I tried it without sugar, so maybe it would be better with?
I tried this tea with milk and a touch of honey. I like the tea but it seems to be lacking something which makes it good but not great. Another reviewer suggested that it is missing a bit of peppermint, I might try that. It does have many of the flavor notes of a chai but I would suggest Spiced Apple or Masala over this.
