This is one of my new favorite teas! It’s SO good!

My husband loves tea and loves chocolate, so I bought this for him to have on Sunday mornings. He loves it.

★★★★☆

Always one of my favorite, good chocolate flavor. I sometimes mix with a strawberry or raspberry herbal.

★★★★☆

Not as good as the Tiger Eye (but what could be). Good flavor and a step up from just the plain chocolate.

Tasted like chocolate chip oatmeal. Not bad probably won’t do it again.

First chocolate tea I've ever tried that actually tastes chocolaty. I've tried many chocolate flavored teas before and none of them ever did anything to satisfy a chocolate craving. Mostly because it didn't taste like chocolate, more like a poor artificial imitation of it. Definitely a reorder for me.

★★★☆☆

Slightly chocolatey but not overpowering. I didn't give it a five star because the black tea wasn't very strong even when brewed at the right temperature and time.

★★★★★

This one is a real winner. I like it alone or mixed with Adagio caramel tea.

★★★★☆

This tea is aromatic and sweet! It was great with milk.

★★★★★

This is my favorite tea from Adagio. Recommend it to any chocolate tea lovers.

★★★★★

Delicious and chocolatey! Smooth and easily drinkable!

★★★★★

I think this batch is a bit old as there is bloom on the chocolate chips. Still tasty.

It can be so tough to find a chocolate tea that does not taste 'fake'. Well, chocolate chip by Adagio fits the bill! It's even better in that it more closely resembles dark chocolate than milk chocolate. This complements the stringency of the black tea very well. I drink it straight or blended with Hazelnut (another black tea) but you could add a touch of cream for a delicious, creamy treat.

★★★★★

A tea to entertain, given the sweet chocolate with dark tea.

★★★★★

Loved this tea mixed with the almond & butterscotch☕️tea😋

★★★★☆

Overall not a bad tea! Has a dark chocolate flavour, nothing special but will be great for mixing!

★★★★★

Wow. I have to say I normally don t like anything with dark chocolate but I couldn t really taste the dark of the chocolate and it smelled super yummy. I had half a mug hot with nothing added and it was very delicious. The rest I added a small splash of milk and it s like drinking a chocolate chip cookie!

I have had quite a few of the flavored black teas. I have to say I don’t love the black tea base that is used. If brewed as per directions it is extremely bitter. I brew at 205 for 2 mins and this helps but I still find them to be a tad bitter. The chocolate chip was ok, not much of a chocolate flavor.

★★★★☆

This tea was good. I was skeptical at first because I don't like artificially flavored chocolate things. They always end up tasting like Tootsie Rolls to me and I hate that. This tea was NOT that at all. While I wasn't crazy about it on it's own (it has a nice mellow flavor) I really like mixing it with the Dewy Cherry and Wild Strawberry teas for a chocolate covered fruit flavor.

Awesome, rich dessert tea. I use this to blend with strawberry,. The addition of chocolate chips just make it perfect

★★☆☆☆

I couldn t figure out what the white things were... Closer inspection showed they were crusty old chocolate chips and they give the tea a crusty old chocolate flavor.

Alone, this tea is a bit weak. However, that being said, dressed up with a bit of steamed milk and youve got a great chocolate cup of tea.

★★★★★

Yummy chocolate flavor, good for cravings for a sweet treat.

This was SO YUMMY by itself and with other mix-ins! I recommend Almond Black with it!

Good blended with other teas or alone taste like dessert

★★★★★

I ve been using this mostly to mix with other teas and it always adds a nice, smooth chocolate flavor.

★★★★★

This tea is amazing! It's very smooth and I add in a little cream and sugar for an after dinner dessert.

★★★★★

My students loved walking into my classroom this morning because of the smell from this brew. It does taste like a hot chocolate tea, pretty much what you’d expect. One of the reviews recommended the chocolate black tea over this and now I want to try that one, too. I definitely enjoyed this, it satisfies the sweet tooth.

If you want chocolate tea, do yourself a favor and get the Chocolate black tea instead. This one is fine, but the flavor isn t as rich. I guess it would be better-suited if you want a subtler chocolate taste.

Loooooove this tea, super creamy and comforting. If you want hot chocolate but not the sugar it's a great alternative!

★★★★★

This tea has a dark chocolate mouth feel, and is great with just a spoonful of sugar.

★★★★★

Very good chocolate tea. 100% chocolate from the taste and smell. I also tried it with some light cream and it was almost like having a warm milkshake. No sugar needed if you drink it with or without cream. it is very good. I am a chocolate lover so my standards are high when it comes to chocolate and I really enjoyed this tea

This has immediately become one of my favorites. Where other chocolate teas fall flat this one excels. Reminds me legitimately of a chocolate chip cookie.

★★★★★

Tastes as good as it smells! This is a cozy flavor to pick you up at the slow part of the day.

★★★★★

Love this tea. Will buy again. Great taste. Chocolate lovers, good choice

★★★★☆

this is a strong flavored tea. Kind of reminds me of coffee oddly enough.

★★★★☆

I liked this one, and so far it's the only tea I've been able to get a picky 9 year old who doesn't like most tea to enjoy.

★★★★★

It's tea hot-chocolate. Works real well if you need that extra bit of sweetness in your life.

★★★★★

I love this chocolate chip tea! It is just enough chocolate that it does not overpower the tea itself!

★★★★★

You could definitely smell and taste the chocolate is this wonderful tea. I will be buying this in a bigger quantity next time!

★★★★★

This smells AMAZING, like a chocolate chip muffin. I bought it to mix with Cream and a pinch of Toasted Mate in a base of Assam Melody and Ceylon Sonata to try and recreate Irish Stout seasonal tea (tastes like Bailey s with cream added!). It turns out to also be amazing alone!

★★★★☆

Had a slightly nutty aroma once steeped, which was surprising to me! Other than that, it had a really nice chocolate-y aftertaste, which I found very soothing, though as I was tasting it, it reminded me of those chocolate bars with the high cacao percentages--bitter, but rewarding. Overall, probably not my cup of... tea... but I believe it'll be much better in a blend, or with some milk and sugar, if you're like me and have more of a sweet tooth.

★★★★★

This is the chocolate tea I was looking for. It's a lovely balance of tea with the rich aftertaste of chocolate. However, it does need just a dash of sweet. Using white chocolate shavings for that brings it close to Tevanna's tiramisu tea (how I miss it).

★★★★★

This is a great tea to get you through a chocolate craving. Great with a little bit of half and half and sugar

Not my favorite but pretty good. I don t know if I would buy it again.

★★★★☆

This is a really good and very chocolatey tea but it is much better mixed with other flavors than by itself. Very smooth tasting.

★★★★★

I love this tea! It smells like a really good dark chocolate, but the flavor is not overwhelming and it mixes very well with other teas like vanilla, coconut, and even Earl Grey! It's also very forgiving of being over-steeped. Of all the samples I got recently, this is the one I most wish I had gotten in a bigger size.

★★★☆☆

Great for mixing with other flavors. I love this mixed with hazelnut. I add cream and a bit of sweetener, and it is wonderful.

★★★☆☆

This tea tastes mostly like the black tea leaves but there is an undertone of chocolate that I like!

★★★★★

This is my favorite tea! I have a 15 oz. mug of this every morning with about three teaspoons of sugar; makes it seem like I'm drinking liquid chocolate rather than tea. It's also highly caffeinated which is great to kick start my day.
