This is so good with a tiny bit of milk, It always gets my day off to a good start. I think it would be good iced too.

★★★☆☆

This is a good caramel flavored black tea but I like the Caramel Creme Brulee better. This one might be really good being combined with the Creme tea.

Make sure water isnt to hot. My absolute favorite tea in the world! It's not overwhelming but not to weak either. I extremely hope this next batch comes before Christmas so I can offer it to my guests. I add some milk, and a tiny bit of sugar

Update: 1 year later, I order 2 of the the big bag every 2-3months since this has become my religious tea ☕ my obsession

Update: also, the customer service has always been incredible

This tea also grew on me. At first I dismissed it as a plain black tea with caramel flavoring added - and came to really appreciate what an enjoyable experience it was to have in the evenings after dinner. Its not a sweet dessert tea like some of the other options (eg: rooibos pecan turtle), but it sure is enjoyable.

Love this caramel tea! This is one of my favorites! I had some Kentucky bourbon tea that a friend gave me and I mixed in some caramel and it was delicious! I’ve also mixed a little bit of caramel in with the spiced apple chai and that is super tasty too!

This has to be one of my all time favorite Adagio teas. The flavor is rich and rewarding. The after taste soothing and worth every sip. It needs no extra sweetner. Don't over brew the first steep. The second {6min, 212) and even third (9 min, 212) steeps are worth trying. ENJOY!

I add this to my Mocha Nut Mate. I can't have coffee, so I want a rich depth of flavor and adding this does the trick. It has a creaminess and smoothness that is delicious.

I like a very stout tea and this is perfect to add to the coffee tea by adagio

One of my favorite teas of all time, and in the US I can only find it on Adagio. It has a sweet flavor that still feels quite subtle to me.

Bitter as heck!!! I expected something a lot nicer based on the scent, but I didn't get any of the sweet or buttery vibes I expected from this at all. Sad.

This is one of my new favorites. I had this tea with vanilla oat milk

Years ago I had a caramel tea I loved from England, then the brand stopped making it. I have tried every caramel tea I have seen since, and none have come close. This is by far the best. Nice black or with a little brown or demera sugar to further bring out the caramel flavor.
UPDATE: Have ordered this several times now, and to me the flavor has not seemed consistent from one one to the next. Bummer.

★★★★☆

A lovely weekend and special occasion indulgence. This tea is robust and sweet and delicious with milk in the mornings.

★★★★★

This is one of my go-to favorites. I drink it alone or mix it with cream tea and orange tea, to provide a little depth.

I've been looking for a Caramel tea for years, just caramel, not caramel/vanilla. I found it with this tea. But brewing it at 212 was a little bitter. Also used two teaspoons for about a 12 oz mug.

Strong scent before brewing, muted once steeped-- I found it needed cream to bring out a pleasant caramel note. Taken plain the caramel flavor hides in the tea and is a bit more vague, like the crispy burnt edge of a crème brûlée. My co-taster today said 'it tastes like the paper the caramel comes in.'

Caramel is one of those flavors that I feel works better in blends rather than as a standalone brew. Adding a bit of caramel flavored non-dairy creamer makes it more palatable for me.

Good to okay for me. What’s nice is that it doesn’t need added sugar for me to enjoy this black tea. I definitely get a bit of the tang at the very end but the caramel notes are too subtle for me.

Beautiful and mellow right out of the gate, you can really taste the brown sugar notes. I found it even better with a touch of honey and half & half.

Yes, it is delicious! It is everything you want in a decadent, rich, caramel-y flavor. The Ceylon tends to bitter so don't steep longer than directed.

I'm experimenting with Ceylons to figure out the best way to brew without bitterness. This one I brewed 1 tsp in 8 oz at 195 degrees for 3 min. It was astringent but not bitter, however the caramel flavor was mild. I HATE butterscotch (there is a difference!) But this was more of a toasty caramel, almost like 'burnt sugar' without any truly burnt or smoky taste. Overall, it was ok. Not particularly special, but not bad!

full flavor, delicious. perfect for early morning birdwatching. the caramel flavor is truly enticing.

★★★★☆

I was pleasantly surprised by this tea. I also mixed it with some cream black tea. it was a lovely combination. Its really nice on a cooler/cold day.

★★★★☆

In the bag, this tea has a modest caramel smell but it isn't too syrupy or like a candy from the store. After steeping at the recommended temperature for the recommended time, it was really bitter to me. I have since let it cool down to 190 degrees or even 180 degrees before steeping. Without sweetener, it's okay. It isn't a flavor that I love. With about 1/4 tsp of sugar or another sweetener, it's okay, but there isn't much of a change for me. I've often added a 1/2 tsp or even more of something, and sometimes I'll add milk too. Those additions together are nice but I wouldn't say this tea stands out to me against some others. It's 'good' but maybe not 'great' for my taste preferences. Still, I'm glad that I gave this tea a try.

A sweet tasting black tea that's delicious plain or with a dash of creamer. I do get some caramel notes and it's great mixed with chestnut black tea.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this tea offers a soft caramel flavor without bringing in the sort of sweetness which I'd rather not have in a morning tea. I really liked this version.

Just a hint of flavor with this one, which I love. I add a bit of oat milk to a hot cup for a creamy and smooth cuppa.
