Black tea and candy cane flavor? I never would have thought of blending them, but it turns out great. There is a very distinct flavor of candy cane, since they are blended in - it's much different than a generic peppermint flavor.
When I got this in my original gift box for Christmas I thought it might be too sweet but it's a great strong black tea with a clean crisp mint flavor that's a great morning tea or late evening after a heavy meal finisher.
Excellent winter treat. This tea has an extremely strong peppermint flavor, almost overpowering the tea, but I love peppermint so this tea gets a big thumbs up from me.

I really like peppermint tea, but I always prefer black tea because of the body (and because I like putting milk in my tea!) And this candy cane tea is the perfect compromise. I get the body and caffeine ofor black tea with the flavor of peppermint. It's addicting!

This tea smells fantastic, the peppermint oil is strong. It tastes pretty good, no where near as good as it smells. It is better than any other mint/peppermint tea I've had.

Just don't - it tastes like musty, old candy canes that were steeped in sugar water. Very unappealing
upon first 'sniff' before brewing this tea smells like dark creamy 'candy cane' wonder fullness. Then it looses it all during brewing. I still get a hint of the creaminess and a weird minty type flavor. It's odd, and not in a way that I will repurchase. Darn.
This is the tea you drink when you don't want the holidays to be over--at least the flavors of it. This tea is so warming and settles so cleanly. It is like magic in a cup. This is a perfect treat to send to good friends.

I love this tea. The peppermint is not overpowering and is very smooth. I love the little pieces of candy cane that melt. They're not enough to sweeten the tea but enough to add to the candy cane flavor.

Once you get past the eyewateringly peppermint smell this has, this is actually very good peppermint tea. The smell right out of the pouch turned me off a little, but after brewing a cup it was really lovely. Didn't need anything extra.
I am a peppermint junkie, so I just had to try this! It's got a good flavor - not too strong, but not too weak. It's like a Goldilocks peppermint tea :) It's good with or without milk/cream, and works well both lightly sweetened or unsweetened. Like I said, it's a Goldilocks tea!

Its not as pepermint flavoured as i thought it would be and has a bit of a weird after taste when mixing it with straight pepermint i found it tasted better
I love herbal peppermint tea, and thought this would be a nice alternative to try. The flavor was good, although I do wish it was a little more minty. I still prefer my herbal mint teas, but this was a good tasting alternative that I would buy again.
Smells great, different than I expected. It is not just a minty tea, actually has a candy like taste.
Generally I don't really like mint tea but I got this as a sample and loved it. It does taste like a candy cane in a cup with smooth mint flavor. I have also steeped it in chocolate milk to make wonderful minty hot chocolate!

It's perfectly minty and sweet, we order it year-round. It's one of my favorites and probably will be one of yours too once you get some!
Great for clearing sinuses or lifting spirits. This one is tricky. At first it was too week and five seconds later it was too strong. Had to add sugar and almond milk to fix it.

Different than actually adding a candy cane to your tea (which I've done for a peppermint tea). The peppermint in the tea definitely comes through.

I'm a big fan of peppermint tea so I had high hopes here. Candy Cane almost met my standards. Actually, the only points I take away here result from the smell of the tea, not the taste. After brewing, I didn't think I was going to like it, because it smelled too sweet, if that makes sense. However after tasting it, it is very good. Not too sweet at all (no sugar added to my cup). If not for the aroma it would likely get a perfect score.
