I love peppermint everything so this rates high on my list
Christmas on your taste buds! I sincerely thought that the taste of peppermint would overwhelm all the other flavors, but that is not the case! You can clearly feel the slight and pleasant sweetness of candy in this smooth mix whether you drink it warm or piping hot!
I LOVE this tea. I'm working my way through my second bag of it. The smooth base, and the crisp mellowness of the mint - wonderful.
My mom, niece, and nephew love this tea. It's definitely a seasonal flavor but it's nice without being too strong. I prefer it with cream and sugar.
I think I just have a Candy Cane green tea that I love so much that these versions are just not as good. I felt this one had an artificial aftertaste.

This tea reminds me of the buttermint in the candy dishes in my childhood home. I love the mintiness of this Candy Cane blend. I took a good deep whiff of the dry packet and then took a glass of morning water with my medicines and would you believe it my medicine tasted minty, just from smelling it. Strong ,delicious,& invigorating mint. I love it. I NEED this blend in my life.
It was an okay tea, the mint flavor is very strong, but it has a tendency to get bitter and there is an almost buttery scent and flavor that, to me, is rather off-putting. I wouldn’t get this tea again.
I really liked this tea! I don't normally like mint in my tea...to me it tends to taste like chewing gum. However, this one does taste, like other have suggested, a candy cane, a peppermint patty, etc. The min is cooling but sweet and smooth and candyish. Vanilla, buttery, creamy. This would be a great tea to combine with other complementary flavors like vanilla, chocolate, maybe some fruits, or a good puerh. Give it a try!

This is the best peppermint black tea I have ever had. Full of true peppermint flavor and a rich black tea base. A real winner!
I really loved this tea! From the first sip your senses are filled with peppermint goodness. After the last sip there is lingering minty freshness. Wonderful any time of the year.
This tea was okay, but I had to modify it with some white chocolate, it really helped smooth out the harsh minty flavor, which is odd to say because this tea does have a buttery taste to it. I liked the buttery richness, but that mint was a little on the strong side for me, didn't quite taste like the candy cane flavor I was expecting. I wouldn't say it's a bad tea, but I think my preference leans more to
the White Chocolate Peppermint blend. In the end, I say Candy Cane is definitely worth trying!

this is just delightful and to me even more christmas -in-a-cup than 'christmas' blend is. not artificial-tasting. really tastes like a candy cane. great winter black tea. smell puts me in a good mood. oversteeping would make it too bitter/strong.
I love that this isn't just a mint tea. It has a deeper, creamy vanilla flavor mixed in that blends well with the mint. This is a personal favorite for me during the holiday season. A fresh tea to have with the first snow fall.

I love this tea. I buy enough to have it year-round; I get a craving for it now and then. You can easily cut it with another black (I prefer an Assam) to quiet the peppermint. I would imagine it would happily blend with another chocolate tea too. Definitely one to help you get into the spirit of the holiday season.
This is so minty! I've had other peppermint black teas that were too bitter or not minty enough. This is perfect, I get a little sweetness and vanilla with the perfect minty kick!

Absolutely amazing. It's got just enough mint to feel cool, just like a real candy cane. It's good plain or with a touch of added sweetness. The black tea base really holds it all together when it's plain, and any added sweetness gives it that true candy cane feel. It's particularly good with rock sugar (like the Amber Sugar Crystals on Adagio).
