★★★★★

Just the right amount of black tea earthiness and peppermint coolness. Not a dessert tea unless you puke on the sugar but I prefer it that way.

★★★★★

This tea is one of my favorite black teas from adagio. It’s creamy and minty but it’s not overpowering like some mint teas can be. I’m a fan of Santa’s secret from David’s tea and this is an excellent substitute.

★★★★★

Exactly what I was hoping it would be. I brewed it for the recommended time of three minutes but it was a little week for my taste, five seems perfect. I always prefer to have milk with black teas and milk goes great with this. It truly does have a candy cane type of mint to it instead of your typical mint. I ll definitely be reordering this one.

★★★★☆

I am not a fan of peppermint teas, but I blend this with the citrus green tea and rooibos lemon and it is a very pleasant lovely tea. The peppermint is just in the background. I may give it a try on its own to see if I like it that way also. It has quickly in combination with the other teas a staple in my house.

A wonderful tea to drink when it s cold or rainy outside

★★★★★

Makes every winter day seem like the Christmas holidays. Excellent wintertime tea.

Minty. It definitely tastes like a candy cane (to a degree, obviously - it still tastes like black tea, because it is). I think it could potentially be really good in a blend with masala chai or some other spiced tea.

(Lifehack for lactose intolerants who want to make hot chocolate but think using mix with water is nasty: try using this tea as your base. It's good.)

I really enjoyed this tea. It's a good black tea with a creamy vanilla undertone and a subtle peppermint finish. My only complaint is that I wish the peppermint was a bit stronger. This is one of the first teas I break out during the winter season :)

★★★★☆

Pretty nice black tea. I made the mistake of drinking this in the middle of the summer... it is a perfect cup of Christmas!

Delicious! Not too strong. Love the little candy cane pieces in it!

★★★★★

As a huge fan of mint this absolutely hits the spot. The candy cane pieces and flavouring is enough to make this tea feel truly festive while still being very refreshing.

★★★★☆

This has a sweet, almost vanilla mint taste that meshes well with the Ceylon black tea. It s fine on its own, but it s probably better with milk and sweetener.
I m glad I found this. Before, I d tried blending various black teas with peppermint and spearmint, and it just didn t work. This is what I was looking for.

An ok flavor. I m not exactly big on the candy cane pieces though..

Unfortunately was not a fan of this flavor. The mint fragrance was too strong for me. If you really enjoy peppermint, I would still give it a go.

★★★★☆

A great holiday tea. Perfect on a cold, winter morning!

★★★★★

This might be one of my favorite teas. It's a refreshing and fun flavor without being overpowering or too sweet.

★★★★★

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this tea blend, and pretty much all we buy, but did not like the $5 bump in price for a pound... BAD ADAGIO! BAD!

★★★★★

Bought this for a Christmas present and it was well received!

★★★★★

Absolutely amazing. Just want I wanted with a peppermint lack tea. I was so happy to discover this because I've only ever found peppermint herbal tea. (I always need caffine.) Like a refreshing candy and in a cup!

One of my least fave flavours from Adagio. I'm sure some love it. It's just not 'for me'. It's strong so if no complaints about it being too mild, at least.

★★★★★

What a wonderfully delightful Tea...A Definite new favorite...

Got this for my daughter who loved mint and chocolate mint. The Peppermint is kinda vague. Mostly what I get is an ok black breakfast tea that tastes just a bit 'off' somehow. Not bad, but not great either.

★★★★☆

This did taste exactly like a candy cane, for better and worse. A fun winter tea, and quite sweet and minty. I really enjoyed drinking it, but found myself making it less than other teas. Still have leftovers, which now that it's March, I'm pretty unmotivated to drink.

★★★★★

This tea taste like eating a candy cane. Perfect tea during the holiday or anytime.

★★★★★

Great Christmas taste and feeling... the little pieces of candy cane add a hint of sweetness

★★★☆☆

I really liked this tea at first. It has a strong mint component. But as I ve continued to drink it, I find it cloying. The only thing that keeps me from tossing it is that I have so much of it.

★★★★★

Tasted like a pretty typical peppermint tea, maybe a little sweeter. Really good!

★★★★★

Great smell, kind of Candy mint
Flavor of minty is really fresh

★★★★☆

Tasty, but this one seemed a little weak. I need to try again using a little more tea.

★★★★★

The strong peppermint flavor is relaxing and perfect for Winter nights.

★★★★☆

Really yummy - reminded me a bit of a peppermint patty!

★★★★★

Good vanilla/mint flavor, excellent as an after dinner tea.

★★★★★

A nice treat for the holiday season especially if you enjoy the taste of peppermint. Very invigorating tea.

It tastes like Christmas. It has a strong pepperment fragrance.

★★★★★

This was the first tea I have ever tried from this website and I have been hooked ever since. The sweetness is just perfect and I have started drinking this instead of an afternoon snack.

★★★★☆

As a real peppermint fan, I appreciate the authentic bits of peppermint in this tea.

★★★★★

I like to think of Candy Cane as Christmas in a cup. The smell is just as good as the taste too!

Great for the holidays! Really tastes (and smells!) like candy cane!

★★★★★

This is my favorite of the Christmas flavored teas. It has a sweet, minty flavor.

★★★★★

Yummy, I mix it either with the chocolate chip or just the regular chocolate

★★★★★

really enjoyed this one, full of sweetness and light

★★★★★

This one had the candy cane 'pepperminty' flavor with a slight touch of cream. Wintery and delicious!

★★★☆☆

The scent may have been the strongest part. It has a rich odor that reminds me of the holidays. But for taste, it's far from my favorite.

★★★★☆

I'm a big fan of peppermint, so I enjoyed this tea.

★★★★☆

This tea smells minty, but there s also a slight buttery/creamy smell/taste to it. This is not a bad thing.

★★★☆☆

I thought this was going to be such a hit with my kids that I bought one sample and added another as my free sample. Sadly, it was not well received. I think they were expecting more of a bright sugary mint flavor, but it was a bit weak and a bit bitter. I think I might get some spearmint and mix this half-and-half with that to experiment.

★★★★★

Wonderful tea. Will definitely order more. I like how the mint flavors tingle on my tongue.

★★★★★

My second fave loose leaf tea next to the Chestnut. I gave my husband, who is a coffee drinker, this when he was sick and he loved it!

★★★★★

Sweeter than your regular peppermint tea, and with caffeine of course. Tastes delicious with a bit of cream.

I didn’t seem to think that there was a whole lot of flavor.
