Dissapointed with this one!! Just tastes like your ususal apple/cinnamon tea to me.
A taste reminiscent of the carnival favorite with sweet caramel and fresh apple notes.

Dissapointed with this one!! Just tastes like your ususal apple/cinnamon tea to me.
A caramel apple in a cup. Reminds me of fall. Delicious!
Not super my cup of tea, as it were, but I can see this being pretty excellent for blending.
Usually I enjoy teas that taste sweet with no additional sweetener, but this was too candy sweet for my taste.
This is what I give to friends who 'don't really like tea'. it's bold, but not overwhelming and has a sweetness that helps to win over tea skeptics.
It was a very tart tea, and was just not a pleasent tea drinking experience.
This tea is good by itself, but with some soy milk it's delicious!
Far too artificial tasting. Might be adequate as a single-serving Halloween tea, but I wouldn't recommend it in general.
Love the flavor and it blends well with cream and oriental spice teas. I think I know which one I'm using for my next blend.
This tea is alright, but nothing I would order again. It does smell and taste like apples, but the flavor is a little off.
I wouldn't say it tastes much like apple, but I like it much better when I mix it with cream tea.
just like a liquid candy apple, but not too over the top. so delicious.
I'm not sure what to think of this one. I think I like it but there are some strange flavor combinations going on. I think I need to try it a few more times before I make my ultimate decision.
This tea is smooth, with a wonderful hint of sweetness. Only takes a little bit of honey to sweeten :) But is also wonderful on it's own
I think I must like my teas very bold, because I end up being at least somewhat disappointed with all flavored teas I try. This one smells amazing, both in the bag and brewed, and definitely has a caramel apple-esque taste to it, but it's nowhere near as strong as the aroma is.
UPDATE: Again, this tea has a bold aroma, but it's small in flavor. I think, perhaps, that there are a lot of flavors competing in this tea, and no one of them is strong enough to stand out. The tea isn't bad by any means. it's just not bold enough for my liking.
Love this tea, you can taste the flavors but the tea is still there. Good with a little honey or sugar.
not exactly the most memorable of flavors...
This is the ideal holiday tea. It's sweet and fruity but not cloying or overpowering. I'm so glad I found this tea. The apple flavor is nice and subtle, and the caramel adds a sweet punch. It's wonderful.
I really only taste the apple. The candy part is missing for me. Still, a nice enough blend for breakfast, I suppose.
The apple and cinnamon are very subtle in the cup, compared to the way the tea smells in the bag. It's still pretty good, though.
Super-appley, what can I say. The sweetness rarely comes through for me, but maybe that is because I never put sugar in my tea. It's good, though.
It was pretty good, but I found I liked this blend infinitely more as an iced tea then warm.
The bags themselves smell pretty strongly of apple, though that mellows after brewing. While that particular flavor was not as strong as expected, the subtlety was still quite nice and the tea is an excellent addition to my holiday repertoire.
I absolutely love the smell of this tea! Mix it up with the caramel tea and it tastes like autumn time caramel apples. It's very good.
This was a surprisingly tasty blend. I recieved a sample of it with my last order and I was rather delighted in the taste. It does have a candy apple flavor and makes a great Autumn evening tea to drink while reading.
I didn't expect much - tried it as a sampler but it smelled and tasted just like apples. I'm glad I tried it.
LOVE it! Just like the black apple tea but sweet instead of sour. I never get tired of drinking this. It's good all year round, not just for the holidays.
I love the apple flavor on this one. It reminds me of chamomile but with the caffeine I crave.
I got this tea as a sample and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is! I steeped it at a lower temperature than recommended and that seemed to help get rid of the bitterness. It definitely has a sweet apple flavor without being overly sweet, and it's perfect for fall weather.
This tea is great: really does taste like a candy apple. Little bit of sweetener and its perfect after a chilly autumn afternoon.
oh my gosh, candy apple tastes JUST like an actual candy apple! it's so warm and naturally sweet. the apple pieces give such great flavor. definitely a great fall tea!!
You know, I remember having this in a holiday sampler a few years back and liking it... so why don't I like this recent batch? Was it changed somehow? This just wasn't good. There's no other way to put it. It was too artificial tasting and lacked cinnamon flavor at all. It was like fake buttered apples. I get that they were trying to pull off a caramel thing but it doesn't work with this. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Threw out my sample. Sorry. Couldn't do it.
Not nearly as naturally sweet as I wanted it to be. I had to put sugar in it to get a 'candy' effect. Caramel is barely detectable. When looking for an apple treat, I prefer sour apple to this any day.
Smelled wonderful upon opening. As I was drinking I thought it would probably be fantastic sweetened, but that isn't really my style.
Smells like a jolly rancher and tastes like a liquified spiced candy apple. Delicious!
Seriously brings me to mind of corn mazes at Halloween! The taste is just ok, hence rating it good and not great, but the smell is nostalgia for the pumpkin patch!
This definitely has an artificial taste to it. It tastes like an apple, don't get me wrong, but more like something that's just apple-flavored. I didn't get a big sense of the 'candy' part of the tea... I'm glad I only bought the sample because I probably wouldn't buy this tea again unless I particularly want it...
I was so hoping for a sweet reminiscence of an actual candy apple. I didn't think it could be done, and this tea proved me right. It was very bitter and did not have any sweetness at all.
Really good fall tea--I love the caramel apple combination.
I chose this as a sample to try with another order and this tea far surpasses the one I bought. It's sweet on its own, no sweetener needed, though I rarely drink a black tea without taking any sugar. It has the most wonderful aroma when you open the bag, and is as lovely to smell as to drink. I will be enjoying this tea often in the coming months and ordering more in the future. It would be perfect with any fall treat you can thinkof.
I love this tea, especially for the fall season!! It's wonderful by itself or blended with other teas.
my mother really enjoys this tea, so i gave it a good rating. i think it's kind of waxy tasting but still drinkable!
I liked the smell and it had a good flavor, but I'm not sure that I would buy it again. I do recommend it to everybody though, because just because it ended up not being to my taste doesn't mean that somebody else might not like it.
I chose this tea as one of my free teas. The aroma really reminded me of deep Autumn. Though I really didn't realize that it had a caramel flavor in it until I read about it...which I failed to do at first. I thought it was candy apple, like the name says, not caramel apple. But the taste in the end was pretty ok.
Not as strong as I was hoping, but decent. Tastes a bit of classic bubblegum.
Little bit more tart than I was expecting, but still delicious! Enjoyed it with some sugar crystals and it was excellent.
While other reviewers didn't seem to think this tea measured up, I found it to be pretty much what I was expecting, sweet, caramel, and apples. I would recommend this.
I definitely much prefer the plain apple tea if I want apple flavoring, or caramel if I want the 'candied' aspect of this - the caramel flavoring here is much more prominent than the apple, and there's a distinctly artificial taste to the candied aspect of it. Overall, the flavors don't mesh nearly as well as I'd hoped, and I really didn't enjoy this nearly as much as any of Adagio's other apple teas.
This is a great dessert tea for everyone excited for Halloween!
It tastes just like it's supposed to, apple with a caramelly, candy-ish overlay. Iced with a little milk or creamer is fantastic.
