This is a strange one, I agree with others that there's an artificial type taste to this, I can't pinpoint whether I like it or not. I don't hate it, but it's not my favorite, that's the best way to describe it. I definitely think my tastes lean more towards a cinnamon apple or something more along those lines.
I tried this unsweetened, with sugar, and with cream and sugar, and I think it’s definitely the best with cream and sugar. The apple flavor is very subtle no matter what, and I feel like this could stand more apple pieces in the mix to amp up that flavor a little bit. It’s not artificial tasting, but it also doesn’t come right out with the dessert flavor either. It’s a nice little creamy cup, but I was a little disappointed because I expected something much sweeter and tangier.
This blend has a very satisfying black tea taste that has been enhanced by the flavor of caramel and apples! Yes! caramel apples! Try it hot with milk or cream (highly recommended), or you can make it into an iced tea (I recommend it sweetened)! It may surprise you how much the apple flavor increases the thirst quenching power of iced tea!
This was a really good tea. I enjoyed it but wasn't a candy apple in a cup. Would order again though.
This tea is amazing! It tastes like a caramel apple or apple doughnuts. I do have a sweet tooth, though, so this may not be a favorite of people who don't like sweeter teas.

Can take a splash of almond milk, or not! I usually go for the splash of milk in my black tea but this one is tasty either way!
Disappointing - didn't taste like a candied apple and a had a weird aftertaste.
The flavor reminds me a lot of the Kentucky Bourbon in some regards. While not a bad tea, it's not as sweet as I was kind of expecting.

I like this tea a lot. The caramel flavor is very prominent, the apple substle but very good. I was curious if this would be better suited as an herbal flavor but it really fits with the black tea profile

This smells better than it tastes, though there definitely is an impressively-accurate candy apple sort of taste. Honestly, if you're looking for one of these fun flavored teas, I would recommend the taste of the butterscotch tea, which is quite nice! This one is just a bit too mild to me, perhaps, but that might be a bonus for some people afraid of a cloying taste!

This tea is absolutely delicious. Don't be off put by the smell if the dry tea, which can smell a bit cough syrupy. I add quite a bit of sugar, and it tastes like a delicious melted candy apple.in a cup b

This tea reminds me of a caramel apple candy I used to get as a kid on Halloween, so I absolutely love it for the nostalgia factor. Definitely think of it as a candy flavored tea. The smell is a little intense and artificial at first, but not an issue when brewing.

I took a risk buying this tea, thankfully I only got a sample. Though the flavors Adagio uses are natural (one of the reasons I love this company), the tea had a very artificial feeling too it. Too sweet. I will try to blend with their cinnamon apple rooibos tea or another black tea to see if that cuts the flavor back. Smells good, taste needs some work.

Not what you would expect, it's not artificial tasting in any way but has a subtle spice hint of fall in it, I feel like it can be enjoyed year round and it gives that nostalgia of Fall without being too powerful of overbearing.

First of all, this tea smells amazing in the bag! But when brewed, it just didn't knock my socks off. Strong note of cinnamon but not much apple flavor. I was surprised. Won't order it again.
A very nice sweet tea, I didn t get a whole lot of apple, but I got the caramel, and the black tea seems lighter than others, making the flavors really come out and require no extra sugar or cream.
Not one of my favorites, it has an almost whiskey smell, like Jim Beam Apple, so I thought it was pretty darn good!
I got this for my daughter and she LOVED it! She drank it all up before I could even try any!
