I love black teas, especially dessert flavored black teas. This one is not for me. Steeped following instructions but about half way through drinking it turned bitter. I really love the Cherry Marzipan tea but this one the cherry tastes very odd.

Cherry and chocolate flavors come through, good with oat milk or cream and some sugar. Dessert in a cup.

The flavors in this come together beautifully. The base is chocolate with notes of cherry coming through. I enjoy with oat milk, no sugar.

★★★★★

Delicious cherry chocolate flavored dessert tea. Great with soymilk and sweetener

This isn’t my favorite. There’s not very much cherry flavor in this one.

Yummy really enjoyed. Nice flavor and nice strength

Very nice dessert tea. It's a very nutty and cocoa scent, but smooth. It's incredible with a little sweet cream!

Absolutely love this tea it’s like literally have dessert anytime you want it , definitely will buy again

Decent tea, it has a lot going on but it don't really capture the taste of black forest cake to me, it was still very tasty

★★★★★

The flavor was pretty good, very heavy on the cherry though!

★★★☆☆

I was a little disappointed with this tea. The chocolate flavor was fine but the cherry flavor was harsh and a bit off putting when you open the bag. Once it's steeped it mellows out a bit.

★★★★★

This tea is like dessert in a cup! The rich, chocolatey flavor blends so well with the cherry notes. I could drink this all day and often do.

★★★☆☆

Good black tea but not enough of a cherry to chocolate balance. Could use some more cherry flavor

nice notes of cherry and chocolate. i found i preferred this with rock sugar rather than honey as a sweetener.

I liked this tea. I can’t say I loved it though. There are to many others that are better.

I'm always on the lookout for new chocolate teas, and this one did not disappoint. The cherry notes aren't overpowering or medicinal, thank goodness (too much 'cherry' cough syrup as a sick kid), and the chocolate and cream notes all blend together nicely.

★★★★★

Delicious! I added a small spoonful of vanilla sugar and it was perfect as a hot tea. It went really well with a slice of cheesecake.

Smells like dark cherry with a hint of chocolate. Tastes like bitter cocoa and tart cherry, definitely better with milk and honey to soften it. Not as strongly flavored as I expected and not sweet, but I enjoyed it. I am partial to dark chocolate so for me the bitter cocoa and tart cherry was a nice combo.

it's like chocolate cake in a mug. Just enough sweetness to make it feel decadent without getting syrupy

★★★★☆

A nice chocolate tea- the cherry flavor is subtle but still present. I made my tea a little more decadent by adding chocolate milk.

Agree this tea provides a deep, rich flavor perfect as a luxurious morning latte!! Love it with a splash of coconut creamer (NutPods!). Perfection for me is 2tsp at 212 for 3 minutes. Mmmm

I wasn’t crazy about this tea only because I’m not one who likes to taste chocolate in my tea. If you like chocolate in your tea I’d definitely recommend it

I like the flavor of this one and love its smell. But it's a bit more mellow than I prefer.

This is a good tea. The chocolate flavor is stronger than the cherry, but overall still very good.

The chocolate was overwhelming the cherry flavors in my cup but it was still delicious!! I recommend trying to hand pick out some of the chocolate pieces to adjust and get the perfect balance! Yummy!

A staple of my tea rotation. Subtly chocolatey with a hint of cherry flavor makes for a unique profile -- a nice afternoon tea

I don’t like this tea, it feels too much perfumy chocolate taste, but I could see this being a good tea for others

I quite enjoyed this tea! The cherry wasn't too overwhelming to me, which is something that I was worried about, but it's very nice!

This flavor is crazy good. Tasty hot with a splash of almond milk, it’s like a dessert without the calories.

★★★★★

The flavors of this tea are really close to the black forest patisserie. I enjoyed it first thing in the morning right before starting my day.

This tea is so good. Love the chocolate and cherry hints. They are not overwhelming so you still taste the tea. Would definitely recommend.

Nice flavor, but the aroma is what puts it over the top. So far, have only had it black, but can't wait to try it wish sugar and milk. Will buy again.

★★★★★

Love the flavor. Feels like I am having a dessert but with no guilt.

Love black forest cake and this tastes exactly like it. Chocolate and fruit is a great combination.

No flavor, loose tea. I will stick to organic teas in a bag. I get them at target, amazon or whole foods.

very strong chocolate and cherry flavors that pair nicely together. Great to sip on a cold or rainy day

So jammy and delicious it's hard to believe it's tea and not a cake. I love to blend this with another custom earl grey and forest berries blend and it's the best tea I've ever had.

★★★☆☆

It didn’t really taste like anything but a black tea with a bit of a cocoa hint. Not bad, but expected more.

Solid flavor with sweet undertone. Enjoyable sips. A light sweet version of the dessert.

Maybe I'm a sucker for anything with the word 'Cake' in the name, but this didn't live up to the hype for me. I can't taste the cherry, or much flavor in general. I have a bit left and keep trying it with different brew tines, but --for me -- this is a pass.

★★★☆☆

the cherry is mostly smell and is medicine-y for my tastes.
