Smells like cherry candy, but the taste isn't quite as strong. With a touch of honey, this is a lovely sweet treat.

I found the cherry flavor in this tea a bit strong for my liking. I felt it had a slight bitterness that made it lean toward a medicinal type flavor. I enjoyed the aroma of this tea, but will not be ordering more.
I love this black tea and is my go-to when I can't decide which to have. This tea does have a bit of a bitter flavor and nicely flavored with cherry. The bitter flavor is not unpleasant, just a characteristic of the tea that I enjoy.
This has a strong 'cough syrupy' taste to it. The smell reminds me of the green cherry, or the dewy cherry, but for some reason this tea really did not taste good when it was sweetened.
My children prefer that I serve the cherry chilled. I brew warm-hot and then let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
This tea was ok but it was not as sweet as I thought it would be.
It smells of potpourri. If you inhale before sipping tastes of it. If you take a breath, hold it, then sip it isn't terribly bad, but still not very pleasant. I am glad I purchased a sample bag. I will not be purchasing it again. I am not sure I will even finish the sample bag.
Very intense cherry flavor! Really like this one with some heavy cream. It's almost like having dessert!

I added some sweetener to this and it was quite pleasant. There was a smell and taste that reminded me of a cough drop, but since I enjoy munching on cough drops (the only 'good' part of having a cold), this was a plus. When my sample runs out I will order another sample bag. I don't like it enough to buy a three-ounce bag and have it take up that sort of space in my pantry, but I do like it enough to want it around occasionally.
Not exactly my favorite tea. I tried it cold as well as hot and preferred it hot. However, I am trying it cold again with some lemonade. Shall be an interesting combination.
Just what I want from black tea with cherry. I like almost all of my tea light and sweet, and when I did that to this one, it tasted like all dessert all the time. Great with pancakes for breakfast.
This tea has a pretty awful artificial cherry smell, but once brewed tastes pretty good. The cherry flavor isn't too strong, or fake tasting.

I love cherries, and I love black tea, but this particular cherry tea is not especially appealing. It has an artificial flavor and aroma. I've made two pots, but the rest of the tea has remained sitting in the bag.
You can taste the Cherry flavor. I added a bit of sugar to bring out the flavor.

I really liked this one...the second time I made it. It is really easy to get heavy-handed with this, or to steep too long, which definitely makes it bitter. This is what happened the first try. I got distracted at work, and when I came back to the tea, it had steeped too long and was awful. When made right, though, the cherry makes it a very happy, summery tea, and I love it.

I brewed this tea as an iced tea and it was too sweet for me (I never sweeten my teas until I try them first). It was almost like a cherry medicine sort of taste.

This one has a really smooth and even taste. I like it alone and I also like it paired with chocolate chip for a bit of a treat.
I am once again rewriting this review. Initially I loved it, then, on my next order, I received a batch that tasted like cough-syrup. After a month or so the bad flavor disappears though, and after letting my tea 'age' (for lack of a better word) it tastes as good as it did the first time I purchased it. Despite all this I still think it's my favorite iced tea, and I add a bit of summer rose to it sometimes to make it brighter.
A very satisfying cherry flavored black tea. It smells great and has a dark sweet cherry flavor. I decaffeinate this tea most of the time and it still has a great flavor.

I wasn't fond of this tea at all. The scent on opening it was very medicinal, and even though steeping mellowed the smell, it was still unpleasant enough that I couldn't drink it. My kids seemed to like it alright though.
It tasted like nothing so much as cherry cough syrup, which is a little disappointing, as I've come to expect more from the Adagio brand than fake flavoring.
This is a zesty beautiful tea. I love the cherry flavor, I think it's well balanced. Wonderful. I have a creamy lemon honey I add. It is my absolute favorite tea. I'm addicted to it!
