I did not like this tea. I could never taste the almonds. I could smell them, but the flavor never seemed to happen. I tried about half a dozen cups alternating the brewing time, but it didn't help.
Ceylon black tea with a touch of almond. Plush mouthfeel, creamy marzipan notes, nutty sweet, balanced astringency.

This is one of my favorite flavored teas. It is so lightly sweet yet full bodied at the same time. Tastes great when blended with Cherry and Vanilla teas.
I found this tea to have a really strong flavor. I usually love the smell and taste of almond, but this is a little strong for me - I probably won't reorder.
This tea is all right, but the almond flavor doesn't stand up to the bitterness of the black tea. It smells good and almondy, but the taste is weak.
Very almond-y but not overly so. I found it a very pleasent tea, and usually add a little milk and sugar for a sweet snack.
Really tasty. The tea is a little strong smelling but once you brew it it's very well balanced.
I have this one at work with me. The flavor is mild but good. Great with cream and honey.
This is one of Adagio's better flavored teas. The almond blends extremely well with the ceylon tea to produce a nice smooth flavor.
This is a wonderful tea - sweet, thanks to the almond flavor; bold and refreshing. To me, the flavor is reminiscent of honeyed almond and is a warm and cozy flavor I just adore. Yum!
This is my new favorite adagio tea. Smells and tastes like almonds. I love it by itself, but I cannot wait to try mixing it with other teas. It is sweet enough not to need sugar; mellow enough to drink more than one cup. Even my boyfriend, who is not a tea drinker, liked it.
Does the job for a basic mixer - not much on it's own. A bit bland and just very sweet. It does work well with vanilla oolong though.
Great flavored black tea. Mixed with equal amounts of the coconut and chocolate chip, it makes a delightful candy bar tea!! Follow the steeping instructions on the label! It's good stuff!
This is a nice, mellow black tea, with just a whiff of almonds. For me, it doesn't need much sweetening, but I still like it best with a pinch of sugar and a splash of milk. Like all the Adagio flavored teas I've tried, the flavor is very, very subtle, but I prefer that over a strong, artificial flavor.
i enjoy all of the nut flavored teas, hazelnut being my favorite, but this is a close second. both the aroma and taste are fabulous!
This tea isn't bad, but a little lonely on it's own. I like to add a little coconut milk, which makes it very sweet and creamy.
is another perfect nut flavor the smell is great and the taste lovely
Very reserved and dignified almond flavor to a delicious black tea. Almond is a real natural as a flavor for tea.
Has a perfect sweet, almost woodsy flavor reminiscent of cherries. Bought this one for blending and it came out just the way I wanted it.
Nice light flavor. I am al big almond fan. I like to mix this with several of my favorite teas. I would like it even more if the almond flavor was stronger.
A great late night tea. I mean really late night, when you need to stay up but the buzz is wearing off.
Marzipan in a cup! I love it. I could see how this might not be what everyone would like but I'm hooked.
This is good, but I thought it would be a bit more flavorful. I mostly use it for mixing.
do you like milk tea? you know, like the bubble tea milk tea? well this is it! that is, if you mix it with a little sugar and milk. on the other hand, i agree with some others that the almond flavor doesn't feel 100% natural, but it's still yummy.
I love the flavor of almonds, and I really enjoyed this tea. It is great to blend with other flavors too!
The almond taste was nicely balanced, not too much, not too little. It gets bitter quite easily, though--I steep it for a very short time.
This is a very nice black tea. It's smooth with a hint of sweet almond.
Good, slightly sweet tea. Wonderful in the afternoon with cookies!
A great mix of two things I love. Wonderfull in the morning
Almond flavor was too light. Perhaps I need to brew for a long time. Will experiment.
A good cup of tea...but not a strong almond flavor. A little disappointed there wasn't more almond. The tea itself was very good and pleasant.
Very subtle almond taste, though the full almond scent is definitely there. Almost smells like a fortune cookie. I find myself craving another cup..
Smooth tasting tea - great tea on a cold winter morning.
This tea was dissapointing. The almond flavor was overpowering, artificial and not very almond like. It had a very pungent smell as soon as I took off the lid which gave me pause, and the tea tasted just as bad as the smell. Not for me.
A perfectly nice, unassuming tea. A pleasantly subtle almond flavor -- makes a nice, mildly nutty cup of tea.
This tea is okay. Tasted better when I mixed it with vanilla black tea. My husband hated it. I would not purchase again.
I love this tea mixed with cherry or vanilla. The almond taste is subtle, but it's there.
when i first opened this, the scent of almonds made my mouth water...then after it brewed it was just as good as it smelled. it had a light nutty taste and wasn't over powering. delicious
Good taste on it's own but better when mixed with other flavors... I will buy again with the intention of mixing..
I don't like the almond on it's own, but I it's great blended with vanilla or chocolate.
Decent tea. It has a sweeter almond taste than I had been looking for.
This tea was very good hot. There is a subtle almond flavor and is great mixed with other teas like cherry.
This was ok I thought it was a bit too fake tasting though
The flavor is subtle, but definate. I like to mix it in equal parts with cream.
This is such a wonderful black tea! The almond flavor and aroma is just right. I need very little sweetener with this tea, and I love a cup in the morning.
This is a solid flavored black tea. Just having the almond alone can be a bit off-tasting. Blended with another flavor makes it come alive.
A bit oversweet out of the box. The sickly sweet smell really killed it for me. I need to try it mixed with some others to see.
I quite liked this tea. Very sweet taste and big flavor. Overbrewed it will taste very bitter however.
We didn't like this at all, just had a fake flavor to it.
This has quickly become my favorite tea. A little honey and a splash of milk and I've got a sweet afternoon pick me up. If you've ever had Almond Milk tea from an Asian boba store, this tea tastes very similar (but with much less sugar and fat).
When I experiment with tea blends I like to add almond and this one is very good.
