Nice decaf option to have with a soft vanilla flavor. This is a good choice when you feel like black tea just before bed.

Meh, I'm not much of a vanilla fan to begin with. So I made sure to add a little oatmilk to this tea to make it more palatable for me.

I find vanilla teas to be rather boring solo. So, i mixed the decaf vanilla with decaf orange and cinnamon chips. It was a nice take on the classic dreamsicle flavor.

The body is a bit light for me but this is otherwise a really good decaf version of the vanilla tea. I will continue to purchase the full throttle stuff but this is a great night time alternative.

This a favorite of mine I began drinking during pregnancy when I avoided caffeine. I like that the vanilla doesn’t take over nor does it have that artificial taste. It’s also nice to blend into other teas to create a half caf

This has a nice vanilla flavor, not overpowering, the black tea is flavorful without bitterness and I like that it’s decaf.

such a great vanilla flavor here, thankful for a good decaf at 4:30 in the afternoon too, nothing more to add other than it's great.

Wonderful aroma of vanilla. A lovely dark medium brown color. Rich vanilla flavor. I enjoyed this with and without sweetener.

It's a bit simple and one-note for my taste, but the vanilla itself is smooth and well balanced with the tea.

Adagios decaf teas are often a bit weak for me, so I brewed this one at 1.5 tsp per cup. This resulted in a strong, sweet, creamy tea, with just a bit if astringency, enough to make me feel like I'm actually drinking tea. My husband says the cup tasted like burnt vanilla, so maybe I need to work on my brewing technique. I found it pleasant and enjoyable, though I have trouble finding a good nut or chocolate pairing, everything I tried seemed to drown out the taste of the tea. Maybe a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie or blondie would do the trick.

Simple and comforting; that's vanilla.
Even though this particular tea is light in flavor, it still brews up a nice, smooth cuppa. It gets bonus points for being decaf, and super cooperative when folding it into other blends.

6/29/2021 - NIce light wonderful vanilla taste! Not too heavy, not too light. Perfect! Tasted great hot and cold. Love that it's decaf so I can drink anytime of day and not worry.
12/30/2023 - Coming around again! Lovely, versatile tea. Great in blends. I like using this tea to trim down caffeine a bit...half this tea, half a caffeinated flavor I like. This makes great iced tea or cuppa hot. Great for lattes! Yum! Love to brew this with a black or plain oolong to give it a bit of sweet vanilla taste. :)

Update review 9/11/2023: I am now using 205 degrees temp for black teas and makes the world of difference. It does not scorch the flavor of the black tea and makes for a better cup. Both the flavor and smell of this tea are exceptional, the black tea and the vanilla are both present and it's a very smooth drink.

This is comfort wrapped in a glass. The vanilla is very present in the glass with hints of cream as well. The decaf makes this a nice nightcap before bed, especially if you don't like mint or camomile

This tea has a mild vanilla flavor that is very similar to the decaf cream product. These teas are not that distinct from one another, so in the future I will probably just stick with the decaf cream since it is a bit richer in flavor.

I LOVE this tea! It's one of the very first teas I've tried from Adagio and oh so delicious. The vanilla flavor isn't weak at all, and it goes perfectly with the decaffeinated black tea. It's a favorite of mine, my family, and some of my friends.

This should be a staple in every tea lovers basket. Just the perfect amount of flavor. I add a tad of sugar free vanilla syrup and non dairy creamer and my morning is up and running.

I use this to blend for a decaf version of Earl Grey Moonlight. I blend 1/3 Decaf Vanilla, 1/3 Decaf Cream and 1/3 Decaf Early Grey. The results are pretty close, and now my favorite tea

I really enjoyed this tea. The vanilla is very comforting to me. it was good with a splash of milk and sugar.

Amazing! Great with the decaf creme too. Its a great base for other mixes in addition to being a great tea on its own.

I knew I liked vanilla tea from sampling the rooibos and honeybush, so I was happy to grab this to experiment with moderate caffeine black blends at home. Finally trying it by itself, I could definitely enjoy it on its own too! The rich flavor of black tea goes particularly well with the faintly cookie-ish vanilla, without being an obvious dessert tea. A+!

I would not know this was decaf if it was served to me with no attribution. It's rich and makes for a great wake up tea for someone who doesn't go caffeine first thing in the morning. I didn't have much luck cold brewing it though, but I love it hot in the morning.

Best vanilla tea ever!! Have purchased multiple times and will continue!

I've loved vanilla tea for the past 40 years so now that I can no longer drink a lot of caffeinated tea late evening, this one is perfect! I've been very happy with the growing number of decaf black teas that have become available. This one doesn't disappoint!

★★★☆☆

This has very little flavor. A hint of vanilla, but better as a mixer with other tea than on its own

I love a London Fog latte and I bought this tea hoping to get that vibe from it, and boy did it deliver. The lingering taste of the vanilla is soft and creamy. And it goes the extra mile when I do make a legit London Fog

I really like this decaf tea. The vanilla is warm and inviting, and the whole experience is smooth. I can also see this being a gorgeous base tea in a blend.

I love the regular vanilla, and this meets my needs for an evening tea replacement. Best with a touch of cream and sugar. This, along with the decaf chai, is an evening go to.

This is a wonderful decaf tea, perfect for an after dinner cup if you don't like caffeine before bed. It is slightly less sweet than the otherwise-comparable decaf cream blend. Not as wonderful as a caffeinated blend, but a great option on the decaf side of things.

Awesome flavor, I love vanilla tea and this hit the spot! Didn't make me jittery at all despite having traces of caffeine.

Another 'staple' tea to have in the pantry. I don't often drink it on its own, but it is highly useful in creating blends because of its versatile flavor and its lack of caffeine. Happy to get restocked :)

Avoiding caffeine is best for my evening teas. I love to add some decaf vanilla to the more deep or bitter teas. It really smooths out the taste!

I have tried numerous decaf black teas and I cannot taste the black tea with any of them. Compared to their caffeinated counterparts, I feel l’m just drinking flavoured hot water…
