A nice vanilla tea for days when I don't need to be wired!
It doesn't taste like the proper vanilla tea. Decaf is awesome bu the taste leaves something to be desired.

I have struggled to find a good decaf tea to enjoy with a good book right before bed. This has to be my favorite so far.No sugar is needed, it has a natural sweet taste that is not overwhelming. It almost reminds me of a sugar cookie!

My favorite decaf black tea that I've tried from Adagio. The vanilla is right in the goldilocks zone for both scent and flavor. Very tasty and highly recommended!
Strong vanilla flavor, a nice black tea, and great for when you want to drink a cup close to bedtime! It's hard to find really good decaf teas, but this is definitely one of them. There's not much to be said about it except that it's a nice, standard vanilla decaf tea. It's also a nice blending tea.

Wow. Such a yummy decaf tea! It had a very nice vanilla flavor and was a little sweet. When I made my first cup, I drank it warm with just a little rock sugar. As happens with babies and toddlers in the house, it got cold. I added milk and had something better than my usual coffee house order of a vanilla latte. Soothing and pleasant. A must for a decaf or vanilla lover!
This is by far the best tea I've had in a while. It tastes like sugar cookies (smells like them too!). I think I am going to have to try all the decaf teas from this store. I've been having really good luck with them. This tea is just perfect. It tastes like heaven in a cup.
Add a little honey and this makes a great iced tea! I let it steep a little longer to make a dark tea to pour over ice. Great summer beverage for those who want a decaf option.
I don't usually get decaf teas, but now that I'm no longer a kid (no longer no-longer-a-kid, even) I find that I can't have caffeine late at night and go right to sleep anymore. This is better than I thought decaf could be. the vanilla gives it a depth of flavor that most decaf teas lack, without being overpowering or cloying (if anything I would have liked it to be a little sweeter, but that's easily solved with a spoonful of honey).
It's also a very forgiving blend...it doesn't become undrinkable if you accidentally let it steep for 30 seconds too long, as many black teas seem to. A solid nighttime treat.
Open the bag and this smells exactly like a cupcake. It's uncanny. It brews up warm and sweet and comforting without being sugary--it just makes me happy.

For a decaf this has really good flavor, that is why I gave it a great rating. Most decaf lack a bit, but this one does not.
I've been trying to find a decaf black that'll do the trick in the afternoon and decaf vanilla seems to be what I was looking for. It's good without lacking flavor the way most decafs do.
I'm not usually a decaf person, and I'm very picky about flavored black teas. Sweet fragrances often taste cloying or artificial to me, the only exception being chestnut which I adore. Decaf vanilla passes the test: the vanilla plays well with the black-tea flavor, adding an extra dimension with no distracting off-notes.
This is a very nice vanilla - good flavor but not sweet. I don't like my teas sweet. This is often my morning go to tea. Sometimes I add a bit of cinnamon to it, as well.
Oh my. I love this tea. When I opened it, it smelled like a wonderful cupcake. Tastes every bit as delicious as it smells. An absolute favorite.
A yummy black tea without none of the caffeine, which makes it perfect for winding down before bedtime. Adding a little sugar and milk helps bring out more of the vanilla taste out. (Just be careful not to oversteep or it will be bitter!) Would probably go well for blending with other decafs.

I've tried this tea black, with sugar, and with cream and sugar. It is good each way. It doesn't taste particularly natural, but I don't mind. (I like koolaid, so I may not be an epicure.)
It has a natural sweetness. Upon the first whiff of it dry, I thought I would not care for it. But, I'm really enjoying it. It was kind of over-the-top desserty with milk and sugar, a little sweeter-than-necessary with sugar, and lovely straight. It wasn't bad any of the ways I tried it. I could see this being a good tea to quell my afternoon sweet tooth. (Who am I kidding, nothing but cookiescandycake handles that.)

I thought the taste of the vanilla decaf was really good. Being decaf did not make it lose any of the flavor. I really enjoyed drinking this tea.
This tea is a winner. The vanilla is delicate, natural, and doesn't overpower the taste of the tea itself. You can drink it with or without milk. I don't even notice that it's a decaf.
Not something I will keep in my cupboard regularly but it's a nice selection for nighttime. I prefer herbals but I suppose if I were looking for a good decaf tea for daytime sipping this would be a good option.
The smell is divine when you open the bag - like fresh vanilla cookies! This is good with and without milk and sugar. One caveat is that be very sure not to steep over 3 minutes - by accident I steeped about 20 seconds over the first time and it was a little bitter as a result. If you like strong tea, just add a little extra.
This tea is great for a tea to have late at night when you don't want it to keep you. It's slightly sweet but only enough to smooth out the bitter taste that sometimes comes with black teas. I enjoy black teas just as well, but this was a good tea.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this tea is the best I've ever had! It's my go to tea for anytime of the day, because I don't have to worry about the caffeine. Be careful not to steep it too long or it will turn bitter, but if done right your tea should be rich, dark, and smooth with a strong vanilla scent. I'm going to have to buy a bigger bag soon to replace my quickly disappearing sample!
Very good flavor for decaf. I enjoy a nice Decaf right before bed.
