I'm a peach tea lover, and am often disappointed in the lack of peach flavor in tea. But Adagio's decaf peach doesn't disappoint! I steep at 190°F x 3 minutes. No bitterness, and lovely peach flavor that is enhanced with a little sweetener. Excellent iced, too. And it can be enjoyed any time of day since it is decaf. One of my favorites.

I really enjoy adagio decaf black teas they are so great about not compromising flavor to rid the tea of caffeine, this was just peach keen!!!

Ceylon + peach = awesome. Fantastic decaf. I never would have thought this was decaffeinated if I wasn't told.

What a calming way to spend the evening, drinking this tea while reading a book. The peaches add fullness to the decaffeinated black tea that is very restful.
I think this would be lovely as an iced tea.

Has a lovely peach aroma and flavor that isn't overly sweet and a light floral aroma that complements the peach. The black tea doesn't overpower it either. It would be great for iced tea, either sweetened or unsweetened.

This is a nice decaf black tea! No bitterness, and taste like a juicy peach.

I normally like the Adagio's decafs - sometimes even better than the regular versions - however this one tasted off to me. The peach flavor didn't taste quite like real peach.

I rarely reach for decaf fruit teas (except decaf raspberry on occasion) and, while I wouldn't seek it out, I would drink this happily if offered.

As usual, I prefer the decaf black fruit version to its original full caf counterpart. There’s less bitterness to the tea, allowing the fruit to really shine. That said, this was came close to the line of cloyingly sweet, but came short of crossing over. Still one I happily drank two cups of!

Some fruit teas are “okay” and some are “wow”. This Peach tea is a Wow! With a bright Ceylon base and plenty of authentic tasting peach flavor, the aroma and taste are a summer treat. This decaf version is just as flavorful as Adagio’s Peach tea.

This tea is nice either hot or iced and has a noticeable peachy flavor. Just be sure not to over steep it, I was getting hints of bitterness at the three minute mark.
★★★☆☆
It is ok, I love the other peach tea better, didn’t get much of a peach taste (212@ 3min).

Outside of the fact that Communitea presented this decaf on a Monday, this tea was wonderful. Nice peach scent and flavor with no bitterness in sight. I did find the flavor to be slightly lighter than the caffeinated version but this made it perfect for a relaxing evening sipper.

As is often the way I handle these samples of Ceylon teas, decaf or otherwise, I had this one cold brewed in the fridge overnight and it was delightfully refreshing and sweet. I don't typically care for peach but this was a delicious zero-sugar way to have a nice iced tea with lunch.

Adagio has the gold medal for decaf teas! This one was peachy keen. I made my CommuniTEA packet into an iced latte for an evening treat. The black tea was not bitter and the peach flavors were delicious. Happy sipping!

Adagio is really trying to change my mind about decaf teas.
I like it!

If you like peach tea and would prefer a decaf I’m sure this is a tea you’ll enjoy. As a less enthusiastic peach flavored tea person I’m less inclined to enjoy fully.

I normally love Adagio decaf teas but this one is just ok for me. The aroma is amazing but most of the peach flavor is lost once brewed. It needed a full tsp of rock sugar to bring out the peach and I don’t like having to add that much sweetener on a regular basis. I finished my cup but this one won’t be on my shopping list.

Just as juicy as her caffeinated counterpart. I sampled this tea as part of the CommuniTEA August 2021 box.

Dry tea smells strongly of peaches. Once brewed, the resulting cup is a medium brown with the same scent. When hot, the peach is muted. When warm, the sweet peach flavor mixes nicely with the slight astringency from the decaf Ceylon. The peach flavor lingers into the finish and is well balanced against the black tea. The decaf Ceylon did not turn bitter on me, and works well with the peach. Brewed at 200 for 3 minutes.

Nice rich black tea without caffeine. The peach flavor is subtle but enough. I like this one better than the caffeine version. I ordered a sample of this last order and will make some iced tea next. I brewed at 195 for 3 minutes.

This is such a smooth, delicious tea. The smell is incredibly juicy peach, and the taste is peaches and almost buttery smooth black tea. Steeped at the recommended time and temperature, I didn't get any astringency. Added a touch of sweetener. Yum!

Nice peachy flavor that got a little muddled when I sweetened the tea. I prefer naturally decaffeinated teas like honeybush to decaf black, but this was nice enough. (3 mins @ 212 F, 2 drops EZ-Sweetz)

What a wonderful cup of peachy tea! Adagio really nails the decaf tea process. I find that I enjoy the decaf version of their Ceylon tea so much more than the regular. There’s no bitterness at all in this tea. The peach flavor shines, and adding a touch of cream and sugar sends this into decadence! Delicious!

CommuniTEA Sample: A bit surprised by this tea. Normally I don't mind the decaf Ceylon blacks used in Adagio, so not sure if it is that or the peach flavor, but just not a big fan of this one. There is definitely some peach aroma going on, but just not a good flavor to the tea. There is a strange aftertaste that I don't like. I've not tasted it in any tea before, so no clue where it's coming from. I have many other peach teas and enjoy them, so not sure. Just not a fan.

Peachy aromas wafted out of today's packet. Steeping at 212°F for 3 minutes created a medium to dark brown tea.
Peachy scents kept rising from the steaming cup as it cooled, and were present in the flavor of each sip too. Flavors of peach blended with the black tea to create the olfactory sense of biting into a fresh peach with plenty of fuzz. Decaf Ceylon brought flavors of lightly malty tannins with no bitterness. A mild level of astringency is present yielding a dry finish.
As far as decaf teas go, this one's top notch! It has enough peach to satisfy any peach lover, and would make a great iced summertime tea too. It's so good you'll forget it's decaf.

Bold peach flavor in a subdued (because it's decaf) black tea. I would reach for this in the evening. Like its caffeinated counterpart, it is great iced with pieces of peach.

This is definitely peach tea. It's decaf too. I prefer caffeinated and don't like peach, but won't deduct because it's peach. Peach lovers should consider it if they are looking for decaf.

Sipping along with the CommuniTEA:
Strong peach/apricot scents from dry ingredients and packet. Once steeped for 3 mins at 190° F, I notice more strong apricot and peach fragrance from my cup. When I take a sip, I detect somewhat ripe (not syrupy ripe to me) nectarine flavors with a dry, pleasantly astringent finish. This is a nice fruity cup, where the decaf black tea balances out the sweetness nicely. Really good cup.

August 23rd Edit:
Still a good tea but somehow when not drinking a super bitter tea first I’m finding the peach flavor a bit too artificial. Still good, just worth noting when I’m choosing among decaf teas.

Great decaf black tea! Lots of peach flavor and no bitterness. Tried this on the same day as the plain decaf Ceylon and this is much more enjoyable.

I adore Adagio’s decafs. I find they are even better than the caffeinated version for two reasons: 1) I can’t have much caffeine and 2) they are less bitter. This tea had a nice, light and juicy peach flavor to compliment the less bitter black. It was even better with some monkfruit sweetener added in. It was like peach pie in a cup. Yum! Happy Sipping!
