Cream is one of my favorite blending teas and with trying to cut down on caffeine, I was thrilled to see the addition of decaf cream to the offering!
I've been dreaming of Adagio selling a decaf cream tea and my wish finally came true! And what a dream this tea. It tastes reminiscent of vanilla but it is different. Smooth and sweet, I love it any time of the day.
This is a lovely nighttime tea. I made mine into a latte but next time I think I'll just add a splash of milk and a little vanilla syrup. It doesn't need much and would probably be just as delicious on its own although I do enjoy my tea with milk and sugar.
This tea is a great option for those who crave black tea in the evening but prefer to avoid caffeine near bedtime. Definitely on the sweeter side, and stands up well to a splash of milk. While not comparable to the more complex and layered caffeinated black tea options, it is simple and enjoyable. Mixing this tea with other decaf blends would be a great way to add creamy sweetness.
I never knew that there was a 'cream' flavor until this sample was sent to me with my last order. I absolutely LOVE it. A smooth tea- I know there is probably no dailry in it- but 'creamy' is the right word to desribe it.
This is one of the tea flavors that I have been waiting for! It is absolutely fabulous for blending.
I love the cream taste! Maybe I could just add cream, but I still like this one.
I really enjoy the Adagio decaf teas. This decaf. Cream is nice by itself and also mixed with other decaf tea blends. Smooth, bold, yummy tea for any time of the day!
I tend to enjoy blends that include Adagio's cream flavour, so I was hoping for this to become a late-night favourite. Sadly, it didn't quite live up to that. The flavour is fine for the most part, but the last two or three sips end up incredibly bitter, even if I've added sugar to the cup beforehand. It's strange because this isn't something I taste in the rest of the cup, but it sours me to the blend on the whole.
I love the cream tea, and this is a nice and simple treat for nighttime! One of my favorites for blending and making any flavor a little creamier. The white cornflowers are a delightful touch.
Adagio makes the very best decaf tea and Decaf Cream does not disappoint! It is perfectly creamy with notes of vanilla. This feels like a dessert and blends well with other Adagio teas. I love that their decaf black teas are less bitter. Sip, sip away!
This is extremely good! My husband loves the regular Cream Black- but I can't have the caffeine. So I tried this and love it. I make it chai-style: extra concentrated, and then add lots of milk and some sugar. It's delicious!
Cream is such a versatile flavored tea-- a calming, soothing, nearly sweet blend ingredient which melds other teas. I'm so happy that it's now available in DECAF!!! Hooray!!! I've edited my blends accordingly where the lower caffeine is desirable. Also, I love the inclusion of the WHITE cornflowers-- visually appropriate and an amusing 'pun' to me. I already overwinter cornflower sprouts for spring bloom and sow more in early spring. I intend to harvest and dry some for personal use in teas from now on. Easy peasy since cornflowers are vigorous as weeds.
This smells like cake but the taste is smooth and creamy. And there isn't any bitterness. I'm so glad this is decaf, I can enjoy this late at night.
Purchased a sample, will definitely buy a normal size pouch next time.
This tea is d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s. Decaf makes it a perfect after-dinner cuppa for those of use who prefer not to consume caffeine before going to bed.
I was hoping for a more delicate flavoring, I found the scent of this tea a little cloying. I got it mainly for iced tea, and it works fine just not quite my taste.
Good as a mixer with other teas. Has a pleasant taste on its own but I bought with the intention to mix with vanilla tea or butterscotch to give them another flavor profile.
I'm so glad this now comes in decaf! This is my favorite of the flavored black teas - smells like ice cream, but isn't sweetened. Yummy any time of day.
Smells so good! A robust black tea, full bodied and creamy flavor that's great for combining with other teas.
So many of the tea blends I love have the Cream tea in them. It's so delicious but I'm trying to avoid caffeine. This caffeine free version is just like adding whipped cream to any tea without any of the jitters. Amazing!
I was so excited when Adagio released a decaf version of this tea. Cream plays such an essential part to so many blends but can also be bitter. The smell of the decaf version is so rich and creamy, almost cake like. I tried it on its own and it was wonderful. There was no bitterness, and it was an enjoyable cup. The caffeinated version isn't that enjoyable on its own. Now I am playing with mixing this decaf cream with all my decaf black teas. I am going to run out of my sample size pretty quickly. You must try this tea!
I was so pleased to see Cream added as a decaf option. Perfect for cool evenings while watching tv or reading a book.
About dang time for a decaf cream black tea! Lol :) The taste of cream has a nice deep smooth flavor and is great for blending with other flavors.
I really like this decadent decaf tea. I froth a bit of oak milk creamer to go with it. It’s sweet enough on it’s own and doesn’t need added sweetener
Great tea with flavor and no caffeine. Good neutral flavor to blend with other herbal and spices for a custom experience.
Delightful creamy rich smell and flavor. Delicious alone or mixed with another tea. I added a bit ofvstar anise for a bit of added flavor and it was perfect. And no caffeine...hurray!
